I am 100% positive that the DOC doesn't offer conjugal visits. I'm sure Apollo wishes that they did. I don't think that that Phaedra married Apollo with the intentions of him reverting back to a life of crime. I see nothing wrong with marrying someone who had problems in the past, and is now getting his life together. Phaedra should've waited until he was home, and had a chance to work on his life alone. I believe that her intentions were in the right place, but Apollo wasn't ready to adult. I don't think that she was complicit in his life of crime. I just don't see her putting her rep on the line like that. This is the same woman who didn't want people to know that she conceived a child out of wedlock. What happened to the lady who was suing her, and convinced that the Feds were at the brink of arresting her?

Thank you! I feel great! I agree with you on invisible parts, and Kandi's hair looking like doll hair. She can afford the best of the best hair.. Her hair looks as if she went to Pookie's auntie shop, because she missed her appointment with her regular stylist. I saw Good Hair by Chris Rock, so I know that there are people (Ms. J?? He used to be on ROHOA as a friend) who can slay some hair...and they can keep it natural. I really don't like Kenya, but my heart goes out to her. I don't know the situation with her Mom. Maybe it was post partum depression, or maybe she never wanted kids. I don't think that I could reject my child in such a way. I hope that they're able to establish a relationship one day. I agree with you on Kim. However, Kandi has the cheapest looking weave that I've ever seen. I know that some people lose hair after having a baby, but she has to much money for her hair to look like that. On a shallow note, I just had a baby 2 weeks ago. The entire pregnancy I was hoping that my nose didn't spread like Kandi's. I wouldn't have minded it spreading, but I have a pointy nose and it wouldn't have been cute.

Geeat recap! In the book, the kitchen was the only modern room. That was part that they had right. I tried to reread the book in anticipation of the movie. I couldn't do it. It was very tedious, and I think that it's the worst book V.C. herself wrote.

Sam Jackson a self hating uncle Tom? Nah, I'm not a huge fan, but I don't get that impression from him at all. I saw Hateful 8, and while its not QT's best, and the gratuitous usage of the N word, and other sexist terms bothered me. Greatly! I thought that the story was very interesting. It kept me wondering who killed who and so. Sam Jackson wasn't bad in this role, I did hope that he wouldn't be killed. I looked for Channing throughout the movie, and was kind of shocked when he did appear. Then again, I liked Django, and Inglorious Basterds...so what do I know? 7/10

I don't have cable, but I have Sling and they allow you to watch old episodes. For some reason, only the last season that aired last year is there. That's why I was wondering if it came on. I'm going to look for it again. Maybe it's not called Worst Cooks. Thank you!

No matter what, I will always think that drugging someone is on par with attempt murder. It's not calculating. Neither is sleeping with Hakeem. She's just a hoodrat who can speak proper English.

Neither do I. I also don't see her character as any more low down than she was last season. Her shock at her father lying for Lucious was particularly strange. I don't find drugging someone who is struggling with addiction as calculating. It was low down and on par with attempting to murder Ronda. Drugging someone could cause an accidental overdose.
