That scene is so, SO great for all the reasons you list plus once again we see them function as a team and problem solving together. And Oliver actually uses a normal person's reasoning here. Of course you want a person you loved back if only for a bit, to hear their voice, or see their smile, or smell their hair. But it doesn't make some things right. In fact, why didn't Laurel dig Tommy up as well and go for a twofer on the pit deal? Malcolm was responsible for his death as well. Silly note, but I thought he was getting them water.

Really nice catch. Sakura12, thanks for the screen caps. Damn it, Oliver is so happy. He's glowy and shiny smiling at Felicity there.

Are there any gifs of this yet?

I would be completely fine if the sniping stopped but I expect Laurel will still be Laurel and Oliver will need to take a number to queue for kissing her ass.

Does Reiter feature in the flashbacks?
-
Thanks, but I meant if this was information that only gets revealed in this episode or was it something revealed earlier but I just forgot it. The part about him being military, not being involved in anything suspicious.
-
You guys are sort of making consider hunting this episode down. Was it known that Andy was military too? I only remember him bringing Dig into the bodyguard business.

Since Tommy mentioned a black president in the pilot, I assumed on a global scale, Arrow was set in real universe. Unless he referred to somebody other than Obama. But then there's MIT and pop culture references. Lost, Lindsay Lohan and the Kardashians off the top of my head.

She also worked as a bartender at Verdant. The world knew she was alive.

I can explain Thea's absence by imagining that it would be too hard for Roy to say goodbye and he asked the team to tell her everything after he was gone. So I can sort of see that from the character's point of view. Ray being there was pure plot and that bothers me, especially since so much of his presence was so damn plotty. Also see, hi, I'm a minister, I can officiate your wedding, person who I've only just met, even if my girlfriend, one of your closest friends, saw no reason to introduce us previously. And yes, they should have definitely had Felicity break up with him.

Have episodes been leaked vefore?
-
I didn't have that much of a problem with Thea not being there as much as I had with Ray there. It was the team saying goodbye. Logistically, I get Ray was supposed to see Felicity and Oliver in their 'our little boy is leaving home' moment but he felt superflous. Why would he be there, to give Felicity a ride? She knows how to drive and has her own car. And if he was, couldn't I have got a moment where Roy snarkily told him, BT dubs, thank for the electrocution, it relly lit up my day?

It's only logical. Hee.

Ha! I didn't even catch that.

I think it was obvious enough with what ended on screen. The direct cut from the two of them to the graveyard and the light shining through the tree branches, which has been used as their motif for a while now. Since I know Stephen Amell said he had some sort of say regarding the script, I wonder if he sent this back with a note saying, No. Please? Will do however many shirtless scenes if I don't have to say this.
-
In general I do think EPs like ship wars and see it as a way to generate interest. I don't know about these EPs though.
-
That cut dialogue is terribad. One, does not sound like Oliver at all. Two, is a really illogical segue from their previous dialogue.

What script page? I read this article and some things caught my eye. I wonder about those tense circumstances and the gift. Something to mellow out Laurel? I find this strange. Not the Diggle part, but the Lance one. When Oliver is helping to restore your zombie daughter's soul what else takes priority? I'll believe it when I see it. I've gotten so numb in regards to the flashbacks that I was surprised how good the were in The Odyssey when I rewached it. They carried the whole episode. I do wonder about the PA system. So many possibiities. ETA: I saw the script page and laughed. That's some really bad fanfic there. Plus, it makes no sense seguing into it after what they were discussing before. I wonder how they imagined Oliver hiding the ring in a book. A special carved out book that he used to hide pt from Robert and Moira?

I think a proposal is fine either now or later on. Their relationship had never been about let's give it a go and see how it shakes out. Oliver was near tears seeing Felicity with baby Sara after one date and they started living together as soon as they actually got together. On the other hand, if there is no proposal soon, I won't see it as any reflection on their commitment to one another.

As of the end of the last episode, does Felicity even suspect Ray's alive? Didn't she go into the recording thinking it contained his last words? And if she gets an inkling in 4x05 while Sara is first on the loose and then Oliver's either in real or halucinated NP, only to reveal her suspicions in the next episode, it's not really something that bothers me.

They've been made.

Going by Guggenheim's Tumblr Oliver definitely snitches on Felicity being erratic to Donna. And the force is strong in Andy is revealed to be alive in 4x07 theory since Lyla is there. Not really sure where she is in 4x06 since Oliver, Felicity and Donna are in her apartment in that episode. Also, the ring has left the bowl. This is not a drill. I repeat. The ring has left the bowl.
