Considering that the LoT episode with the possible future scenario features Oliver Queen dead in the public eye airs the day after 4x15, I don't see a chance that they won't break up. And I want it to be actually shown, for them both to be allowed to say something about it, so that it becomes a stoyline that affects the show's characters.

Oh, God. I'm that klutzy kid who gets a trophy for effort.

All I've got is, And now his watch is over, from Game of Thrones for the fallen from the Night's Watch. They're more border police, but there's a connection there.
-
I agree that they didn't have to do it this way, I just believe that they honestly, if erroneously in my opinion, believe the way they are doing it is the best. It's not that I see the story as good. I don't because I don't even see it as a story at all. It's that I believe the writers think it's good.

Snicker. My assumption is he wanted things to get emotional all around and to deal with the fall out. It's not like he got that either. He got four episodes of amnesia and then a sudden guilt trip that was swiftly dealt with.

Sure they could have, I just think they didn't want to. Nothing that Guggenheim has said so far indicates that he thinks this isn't less than awesome. So why would they tell Stephen he's not getting what he wants. When in their minds he's actually getting so much more!

I don't think it is either, but he shot himself in the foot. You are not on Parenthood, Steve. Wake up an smell the coffee. I am looking forward to his post-season interviews when this will be done with, though.

I just had a thought. What if the speech at the end of next episode is delived by IslandOliver?

She also posted some pics with the cast. I don't know why, but I find it weird to see Oliver (I'm assuming it's the character, not SA) with a backpack. Maybe he's homeless after the break up. I kid. The scene with the Lances is present day. No wig for PB.

I hope for the former as well. Just for there to be some goal in sight. I also hope he re-evaluates his perception of family. Way back when William came up someone wrote a fic about Felicity finding out and pointing out that Oliver put his family first. And obviously she wasn't it. I would love that to be addressed and dealt with on the show. I'm not holding out hope for this however.

Bamford posted some photos from the filming of this episode on his Instagram. There's one of Vote for Ruve T-shirts and ball caps with the caption, This may as well have been a real debate....we even had swag. Yeah, just like a real debate. Such a nail biter.

So he's actually ahead of the curve in regards to how long it took him to start feeling guilty about lying to Felicity?
-
At least nothing but the buildings shook, so yay, progress.
-
It sounded like Laurel to me as well. Which is weird since Oliver is the one who knows Vixen (and maybe Felicity?), but then again, that's nothing new.
-
Maybe they just play in William's room. Which is NOT AT ALL weird givevn it's a grown up William has never met.

That decision is really beyond my understanding because he's the only FB player that's either interesting or managed to spark with Oliver at least a little bit. The other two are flops and the new slave guy isn't showing that much potential. Both he and DR were on the verge of cracking up. It made me wonder how Paul Blackthorne prepped for that scene.

Oliver's bashful smile at the end of the laptop scene gets me even more than his first one. This parallel is an added bonus. Source Adorable. As was Felicity clutching Oliver's suit pocket to get a grip on herself while she was interacting with Laura Hoffmann. Why would they need two slow cookers anyhow? What is this madness?

Felicity: Leaving Mrd Darhk the sympathetic survivor instead of the pot of evil stew that she actually is.

If she does, there will be maybe five people in Star City who don't know who they are. I mean, Curtis is working with Oliver and Dig and/or Lance, maybe at the lair? I know there was something, but I can't remember what specifically. And he just said he's bad at keeping secrets this episode. He may not be the one in that grave, but he kind of put himself in danger there.
-
That's the only explanation. It's not like it was a big episode for her and the thing that set her apart from other characters was not good. Could it be another Thea?

Felicity's wardrobe this season is a thing of beauty. I want everything. Besides the crop tops because they'd look terrible on me. Even those if there was a full length version.

I think you kind of answered yourself here. I honestly have no doubt that 10-year-old Ollie would have been just as clueless in this situation.

4 Ways Arrow Could Deal With Oliver's Latest Problem by Laura Hurley If I wasn't tired of this story, or rather it hanging over everything, I'd propose a fifth. HIVE takes William and raises him. So 20-30 years down the line he can face off against his step-sibling(s).
