  1. This is just a bad episode. Kody and Robyn are trying to justify the poor treatment and neglect of Janelle and Christine's kids. They foolishly are showcasing the difference between the haves and the have-nots. Add to that creepy Nathan's scenes and talking heads. Nobody is going to be more likely to side with Kody by parading Nathan around to justify Kody's douchery.
  2. Does it really matter? Won't they just declare bankruptcy? I mean, all of the wives have done it at least once and it has been more than a decade for Robyn.
  3. Sacred loneliness is just another way to control women in polygamy. It acknowledges that is is terrible for women, but that it makes them closer to god. It is easy for Robyn to accept this concept because she has never experienced sacred loneliness. When Kody was on a regular rotation Robyn would call him back to help the damsel in distress and to have 'marital relations.'
  4. We don't need Nathan on the couch. I wonder if they are trying to shift to include him on the show. If TLC is testing that, and they read this site, making Nathan a regular is enough for me to completely drop this show.
  5. Here comes Nathan. We finally hear that Nathan is married to Meri's sister. That could also be why Meri tried for so long--knowing her BIL would be on the show, she may have waited to leave.
  6. Argh, the talking head with Ari and Sol. I hope this won't happen again.
  7. It is possible this is a reenactment. Maybe Meri went to Colorado or maybe Covid kept her away--it is 2021.
  8. It is awkward for Meri--they are doing it at Kody and Robyn's house. And we do get a sense of the hoard--Dickens Village pieces can be pricy. Especially for a family that can't afford to pay the mortgage on Coyote Pass. And that is a lot of pieces.
  9. The couch with Gabe, Garrison and Savannah will be difficult. Garrison is clear that they have reached out to his father. I think it is clear that they are focused Kody while Kody is clear that he is focused on Robyn. He talks about them reaching out to Robyn's kids or to Kody and Robyn.
  10. Janelle sees that Kody is willing to write off all of his other children to be with Robyn. Although this seems outrageous, this happens a lot in divorces. It is just different because of the overlap in the relationships. I do think Janelle has Kody's number. He wants her to leave rather than leave her. 2021
  11. This was the best episode yet and I am sad there is just one left this season and with the strike we are unlikely to see them again before 2025. That said, this episode reminded me of all the goodness in everyone, save Day. Homer admitting be loves Brother. Dusk learning the truth and wanting to change everything. Salvor and Gael getting back together. And Demerzel, I loved that they can not hurt Empire, but she could could walk away. Most difficult to watch was Glaewin's death. And I am counting down to next week!
  12. I have to say, when they asked Hollywood her age in the confessional and she said, "How old do I look?" I responded 42. Since the season started I thought she looked bad for 28.
  13. I think that they bought the house with the contents. Kody loved the oversized chairs and perhaps Robyn Alice saw the art as valuable. So of course she needed to add her own collectibles.
  14. Some people found the suspenders in Magic Mike very sexy. And I know the spoiler image is not Chris 🤣
  15. Just watched the first episode and I loved it. The good: Queens are talented, top to bottom There is variety in the drag Queens come from several German speaking countries The great: The first lip sync-- the best I have seen outside of the US AFAB queen Pandora Nox Pandora is a cut above everyone else. Just when I was ready to cancel WOW this pulled me back in.
  16. You can tell that Meri wants to invite everyone, but can't. She is on the outside of both groups. And she wants in. She wants the family that she lost. But she is smart enough to realize that it won't happen. I think Meri is realizing the TLC train is pulling out and she will play the game a bit longer and then move out. And maybe now we will miss her.
  17. Meri admitting that she is in the middle. This. Christine left, he is at odds with Janelle, and Meri is the third wheel. Meri's not in the married club and she is not in the friend club. She is alone, and she realizes it. This is after last year's tell all, so she knows that it is over. Maybe this is why there is honesty. There is no longer any risk. Meri doesn't have to worry about whether it is safe. Also, Robyn doesn't want Kody and Janelle to make up--she says it would be scary to include them in Christmas. And she asks him if he could be around the boys. The manipulation is real.
  18. Meri directly asks Kody if he reached out to the boys and Kody says yes. But this doesn't align with what he said in the fight. HE LIES. And I love that Meri says maybe Janelle isn't colluding with Christine. HE PLAYS THE VICTIM. This Meri is so good.
  19. When Janelle realizes she is 50 and she has nothing. Although Kody says she has the same assets as everyone else. The house doesn't count because he needs the McMansion for the Robyn spawn. I bet this is when Janelle dialed up Plexus.
  20. So Kody gets another come get your stuff message. At least he should be used to it. I can imagine that Robyn is seething because of the loss of her Plexus money. Per the fight, Janelle hadn't seen him in 3-4 months. I think part of the problem is they (Christine/Janell) wanted an equal portion of his time. time where he co-parented and offered affection. Kody likely stopped by for an occasional dinner and then went back to Robyn's. In his eyes, seeing you for an hour once a week should have been enough.
  21. WOW! That fight was all I hoped for and more. He was almost daring her to end the relationship.
  22. Kody: You undermined basic rules. You made fun of me to the boys. Your co-parent was Christine? Why? You have never admitted your culpability for the problems in the family. I think the boys night was an attempt to rehabilitate his image and admit that he did something wrong. But he hasn't said this to Christine or Janelle.
  23. Kody throws out the word culpability. Of course, it is not about him. He accuses the boys of lying. He doesn't believe they followed Covid rules. Then he pivots to Janelle: Kody: I'm trying to make you be responsible in a relationship. Janelle: So you and Robyn are the paragons of honesty? Love that she says he was gone for 4-5 months and he calls it an exaggeration and a lie. He flat out calls her a liar. Kody: Tell the world how I have lied. I made the efforts to love them. I was Atlas. Janelle: I think you are trying to use this to justify pushing me out the door.
