  1. Oh I don't think Quill has a chance of picking up the hammer unless it's a situation like the stone at the end of Galaxy where it was a complete selfless reaction. I'd rather see Cap, Widow, or Gamora pick up the hammer before Quill though. I was sort of disappointed that it was Vision who picked up the hammer in Ultron. I thought with Widow declining the attempt and Cap moving it just a hair was the preview before it actually happened with one of them in the heat of battle. I know why they had Vision lifting the hammer, but I wish it had been someone else.
  2. That picture made me chuckle. I thought it was humorous too because obviously Chris Pratt is also riding the Marvel gravy train. I now want to see Peter Quill attempt to pick up Thor's hammer.
  3. Yeah. I wonder if it's true, I was surprised when I read the article. Isn't there like 20 years between them? That's quite the age gap...I mean good for them, but it's definitely not my cup of tea.
  4. That was incredible! I fee like a book reader, I could tell where a lot of those scenes came from. However, I love that Effie is the wildcard and how she's involved in the last movie. I always hated that she was a non-entity in Mockingjay the book. I'm sort of excited that they did split this book. Looks like this fourth movie is going to be epic.
  5. They've apparently cast the role of Bullseye. I'm not sure how I feel about it being Jason Statham but I've always liked seeing him in action movies.
  6. Ohhhh! I totally second that request. I think Fitz has really come into his own this season (I feel this way about Simmons too). He really needed to be separated from Jemma so we could see him as one person. I wonder if Jemma and Fitz finally do get to go on a date, if they'll spend the whole time finishing each other sentences...
  7. Also....a novel. I just brought it for my school's IMC. Guess I have another book to read before my students keep it checked out for months.
  8. I'm going to be disappointed if the T-Rex isn't the big damn hero in this movie. It makes me nervous hearing how big and brilliant this new dinosaur is that the T-Rex is going to be out-matched. I'm sure Chris Pratt will have his moments too.
  9. I can't believe they actually killed Juliet. And may I say I'm glad that I love that Trubel said "I should have never left," because I definitely agree! I need to re watch this episode. Poor Nick. His Mother and Juliet in the same night. Who was Trubel talking to on the phone when Bud thought it was Nick?
  10. I've always liked Skye too. I like that we've come full circle with her. She came to Shield living in a van and looking for her family. We finished this season with her realizing she had found her family, it just wasn't her blood family. I also like that the pilot was Skye helping a "Super" and this finale, she's in charge of new "Supers." There's a lot of fun things with her storyline. I hope next season we see Skye, Fitz, and Simmons interacting again. Those three have been my favorite Trio.
  11. I re-watched the scene, unless Fitz compromised the door's hinges, I don't think it's his fault. When the liquid pops out, the door opens on the other side. Unless the lock for the door is by the hinges, I think Fitz just slipped on the glass. Although I'm sure that won't keep Fitz from blaming himself once he figures it out.
  12. Gordon: I'm trapped here. That's not possible! What did you do!? Fitz: Science, Biatch.
  13. Yeah, they're different. Didn't Quinn take off with the Gravitorum (or however it's spelled) when Shield fell and Garrett went crazy? He took it as his payment and Rayna let him when Grant wanted to stop him. It is unfortunate how similar they look and acted. I think it would have helped if they had gone with a completely different color.
  14. Jemma!!!! Just when her and Futz were about to get closure, she was taken by that thing. How did it even get out? What is it even?? I was surprised about Coulson losing his arm. I read an article previous to this about how that happens a lot in Marvel (shout out to Empire Strikes Back apparently). Loved Mac and glad he's back. I get why he's freaked out about Aliens and glad he's in charge of the Alien related items. Loved Bobbi. She's bad ass. I'm just sorry May didn't get to pay back Ward. And on that Ward note, no redemption thank the stars. Just classic "I'm going to blame everyone else other then myself." Wow. Definitely need to rewatch this episode and a couple previous. Decent end to the season.
  15. As soon as I saw it was renewed, I let out a whoop. I think it was super smart of ABC to renew. I wonder now when the show is going to take place. Right after this season? Carter setting up Shield (which is what I'm hoping to see) or after its completely set up and figuring things out. I am so excited!!!
  16. My guess is Hunter or Mac. I'm guessing it has to do with the boys finding out Bobbi has been kidnapped. I wonder if both fights listed are with Skye. I'm guessing the girl on girl fight could be May and Skye. And maybe the guy on girl could be Cal and Skye (she tries to stop him or save FitzSimmons from him?).
  17. Did anyone catch what the post-it on the mirror said in the opening with Koenig? Did it say "Don't forgot to call your sister?" I tried reading it, but it was so small and fast, I wasn't sure. I would love the idea of a female set of Koenigs out there, Triplett's mind would have been blown!
  18. I hate Ward. I hope he gets destroyed next week. I was just wondering about the Koenigs before the show started, so seeing them actually in the show, I practically squealed with delight. Made me sad though to hear about Trip and Fitz. Who loved when Coulson touched the tablet screen the "One Year Earlier" popped up. I also loved Coulson, Hunter, and Fitz together. I could watch them together every week. I was surprised about Mac. Is that it for him?
  19. That was awful. Seriously, Derrick is an original and THAT was his swan song? I figured something was up after they showed the pilot, but that was just awful. I'm so done with Grey's. I gave it up during the Addison era, came back with the plane crash, but now I'm done for good.
  20. Thanks Hybridcookie! Now I'm high-tailing it out of this thread. The pull to spoil myself is just too great.
  21. No big deal! I'm just nervous to go looking for spoilers online elsewhere for the answer because I don't want to be super spoiled. Thanks though!
  22. Can you spoil if anyone from Agents of Shield makes an appearance? Thats really the only thing I want to be spoiled about before I go in to see it...
  23. I'm from Wisconsin too, just west of Milwaukee so the references have made me squeal when we get referenced. Not only did I love Hunter putting his hand on the gun, I loved too that you could see when Coulson was talking to Fitz about Ward, Hunter was completely avoiding eye contact and looking towards Mike in the cockpit. He knew it was going to be a big deal and it was almost like he was shameful about working with Ward because of Fitz so he wouldn't look at him. I thought we were going to get a Leverage style flashback with Fitz and the hand dryer. Count me in on wishing it had happened. Who knows, maybe in the future Fitz will be pinned down in the bathroom with someone else and we'll see it.
  24. I totally forgot, I just have to know who's from Wisconsin on this writing staff. Coulson's from Wisconsin AND Cal set-up shop in Milwaukee?!? Is Coulson from Wisconsin in the comics? I just can't believed they've named two Wisconsin towns in the same season. I wish they had shot here, the Third Ward would have been perfect for this episode!
