  1. Yes. It was that because one of the guests said, 'Does this happen a lot?' because she was a little freaked out.
  2. I don't think Galavant was a show that could have a long life but it still had some left. The Enchanted Forest alone warranted another season.
  3. "Dainty manpain" as we referred to Victor on Penny Dreadful.
  4. Prison Break. 1. The show could have easily rotated the cast as the breakers completed their sentences and they brought new ones in. 2. Hearing 'excape' every week.

I wasn't able to watch because of a work thing but I saw some of the 3rd at dinner. I figured Kerr would have put the brakes on once Portland started pulling away and close out in Oakland. Then again I suppose now there's an extra 2 days of rest. I bet they're rooting for the Raptors tonight.
  6. I've never gotten around to watching this show until I heard it went to Netflix so now I can d/l and watch on the plane. It's been a fairly enjoyable so far, if breezy. I think the casting is good overall and they did a good job with the mythology quickly. I don't have the experience of watching week to week but the show works well watching near-binging, and I've seen enough that I'm interested to watch the rest.
  7. Someone tried to. He marched into the audience and physically threw them out Lee 5 years ago or so.
  8. There's a lot of shows back then that were casualties. It's too bad because the networks were talking an interesting creative turn (which might have been due to Lost). I've mentioned Flashfoward and Journeyman before.

And fouled out. He has to learn how to play with 5 fouls.
  10. It continually amazes me how ignorant these old men are. I guess I benefitted from my mother being a nurse (maternity/obgyn) because this seems like basic knowledge. I had to learn about periods when I was 10.

I was traveling today so I only got to see from the 4th quarter but I'm sick of Drake. I loved that they showed the Reggie Miller clip.
  12. She physically pushed him out of the way and the gun was at her eye level. Not that the show wouldn't do that but from what was on screen I don't see that as plausible.
  13. Is there another season planned? Because the way it ended isn't how I remember the book.
  14. That's great. I think the show has really firing on all cylinders this year.

They played much much better in game 2. This is the game where your stand.
  16. Didn't the kid see the dad die previously? I wouldn't be surprised if the mother brought him in on it. I doubt anyone is going to be killed off unless they want to leave the show. Five-0 is largely bullet proof. Steve's been wounded plenty, so him getting shot seems trivial. Jerry is clearly more likely, but it's just as likely Steve tackles him and he only gets grazed. OR she hits the kid by accident. Oh, I hope the show has the stones to go there. There's no way she gets off a second shot with Danny so close.
  17. It's got to be over 10 years since I read the book, and I'm surprised how much I remember. I'm dying over the mess hall officer running all the game. They made a great casting choice with him because the actor is spouting the ridiculous dialogue so well.
  18. The soundtrack for this show is incredible.
  19. For such a crack team, Fice-0 is dumb AF. And 'computer genius' Jerry doesn't have massive security on his computer FFS?! I laughed that Jerry actually hacked the plane because, no, but it was the other guys hack anyway. Cool motorcycle chase though. You'd think Wright would wear a hat and shave being very distinctive with a shaved head and full beard. I thought it was cool they used the fake alert since it actually happened irl. I actually wanted him to get away. They really haven't had a good recurring villain on the show. Wo Fat doesn't really count since he was essentially just a piece of plot. The guy playing Jun did a good job of being frayed out about the dad. I figured the cliche ending would be the dad pointing the gun at the guy and Jun having to shoot him or arrest him or something, but I liked how this played out. Didn't waste too much time with Adam and the new woman did they? That ending was ridiculously silly. I did notice the specialized gun, but they didn't search the bags at all when she got there? Plus, when she shot the gun she totally jerked it up so I can't imagine she did more damage than hit the light. *And* Danny was close enough to tackle her.
