This obit says she was in the 3rd season of ER. And she was apparently working on an original series airing on Hulu at the time of her death.

Former Buffalo Bills Wide Receiver James Hardy III (he played for them in 2008 & 2009), who's from my hometown (& was a former local high school football--& basketball--star), was found dead in a local river yesterday afternoon. http://www.wpta21.com/story/35621291/coroner-identifies-man-found-in-maumee-river-as-former-nfl-player EDITING TO ADD: Hardy was 31. He also played for the Baltimore Ravens, from which he was released in 2011. Our local news says he didn't necessarily commit suicide; he could've fallen into the river, had a medical emergency resulting in falling into the river, or gotten in there some other way. They've done tests which'll take a few weeks to get the results back, which they hope may shed more light on/clarify the cause of death. However, local news also says his mother reported him missing around May 30th.

Her name is actually Katie Lee, not Kathy. She's Billy Joel's 3rd ex-wife (between Christie Brinkley & the woman he had a daughter with & married a year or so ago). Spanish lady is Marcela Valladolid, who's actually Mexican & seems like she's off The Kitchen more often than not because she lives in California (the show films in NYC), & has gotten pregnant & been on lengthy maternity leaves--because of travel reasons--twice since the show started (she had her 3rd child, a girl, towards the end of last year; she also has 2 boys, 1 from a previous relationship). The sandwich man is Jeff Mauro, the last really successful Food Network Star winner.

Well, his character was so popular he was brought back from the dead on Dallas, & he was also considered a suspect in the "Who shot JR?" cliffhanger. I think that may top his other "best known for" roles.

I think Duclair was killed in the S6 ep (it was, like, Ep 621) involving his escape, along with some other "big bad"s Five-0 arrested & Kono's husband Adam from Hālawa Correctional Facility. Except Adam didn't intend to escape but got dragged along because he was chained to 1 of the "big bad"s in the bus they escaped from after having to be evacuated from Hālawa for some reason I've forgotten (but I think the reason for the evacuation was a set up to facilitate the escape).
