There were two notable events that kicked off arguments with B&J. The first was that after Brynn was born they were spending three weekends a month in PA with the Hoppy's. When Bethenny said she worked all week and would like time at home on the weekend Jason suggested he just take Brynn and let B have the weekend to relax. She explained that what she wanted was the 3 of them together relaxing and being a family. He said it wasn't a complete family without the Hoppys. He then said his parents could come down every other weekend and then they could go there every other weekend. The second was the Jason birthday incident. She had a birthday party with cake etc on the weekend before Jason's birthday when his parents were down to NYC. Then she had a golf and cigar getaway for Jason with his buddies the next weekend which was closer to his actual birthday. He was excited and thanked her and then after talking to his parents he told her it was mean of her to cut his parents out of his birthday. So I don't think they are as nice and normal as all that. I think they are just as messed up as Jason and Bethenny.

The oddest part of that bathroom discussion is that that is what modern looks like. That is sleek and modern. What's your problem? And that tile work looked first rate.

I have not really seen nor heard George. I have TiVo and I just fast forward through George. I read a big expose on Tivo a couple years ago and it said one of the data sets they collect is what you fast forward through. So I figure watching RHONY and ff through George will tell them that George is bad. I don't know if that actually works but the upside is I can watch RHONY without George.

I think that we as a group of public peoples really have a hard time with women that are the boss. I love the campaign that started after someone called Beyonce bossy. Her answer was, I am the boss. Any driven type A woman seems to really irritate us. Look at the women in reality tv that are getting a lot of flak, Kate G, Jen Arnold, Bethenny - I don't think any of them nor any of the men in their lives are perfect. But why is it that the women seem singled out for being mean, harsh, greedy? Just really not a nice reflection of what happens when a woman steps outside of society's norm. So because I feel that way I give a whole lot of leeway to women. I assume most of the press negative to Bethenny isn't about the truth but about the fact that she is a driven person that will not take no for an answer. If she was Lee Iacocca we would write books about her process. IMHO :)

He turned himself into a dog sitter. If he didn't want to live in a house with her employees and her dog there is an easy solution. MOVE. What a person does to an animal is what they are capable of with a human being.

Bethenny testified that he closed Cookie in a storage room with her bed and water. This came from a third party. So that means that if they called B a liar she had someone that was going to verify the story. Then he took her one night to a dog hotel and refused to tell Bethenny or her assistant where she was. So her assistant would back that up. I personally think that behavior is worse than him secretly filming and taping her.

Well the custody is over. Shared with sealed conditions. So now the paps are going to be logging real time trying to figure this out. I wonder why he didn't let Bethenny finish. She was still scheduled to speak. So it could be they both had dirty laundry. I don't know what could be worse than what we already know about these two.

I'm not seeing the same thing. There are plenty of people that stand up for Bethenny. I have not heard either of them publicly bashing the other since the gag order. I saw both of them bashing during the reality show. There will be NO joint custody since this is a contentious divorce. Yes some of her money. If she is worth $12 million there is no reason he should get $10 million. I hope there is a solution that lets her move back to the apartment that was built with her money, a custom Skinny Girl Bar and her corporate offices. I hope that Jason receives $$ that is in accordance with the pre-nup. I hope that Brynn has a healthy relationship with both parents without interference.

Ok, the primary custody is going to go to the individual that will make the non-custodial parent life the easiest. It isn't about how is the bestest parent ever. Crack addicts get custody for heavens sake. That shocks a lot of folks but I'm sure J/B's lawyers have explained this to them. Bethenny's testimony is about the fact that Jason will not preserve her relationship with Brynn. She also needs to prove that she will preserve his relationship with Brynn. (Not sure how grandparents factor in NY but here if there is a parent in the relationship it is the parents job to preserve the grandparents rights. So Jason's parents would be part of his time with Brynn.) So things like Jason's treatment of the dog, Jason saying ugly things to Brynn about her mother etc will go a llloooongg way to Bethenny becoming the primary custodian. It sounds like there were witnesses to Cookie's banishment and there have been witness to Jason's smart cracks during handoffs so Jason has some work to do when he gets on the stand. There was an evaluation of Brynn and things that her parents said to her will weigh heavily on the decision. So if she has all kinds of things that Daddy says about Mommy then Mommy gets primary and vice versa.

Wow I just caught the first 5 minutes of Marriage Boot Camp and Slade is rockin the Dean McDermott greaseball look. Is this a thing now in LA?

There was a lawyer moving to Rome. Anyone remember her? I follow her on instagram (romeifyouwantto) and occasionally read her blog. She did a hysterical piece on buying a turkey for Thanksgiving in a small apt oven. The butcher understood what she needed for her American holiday, sent her home to measure her oven, called her back to have her look at a turkey he ordered for another customer to see if she needed the same size, just hysterical. But it is a little slice of home. The hardest thing to find is cranberries. I actually brought bags of fresh cranberries to the UK for all my ex-pat friends. They acted like I had arrived with gold bars.

She also grabbed the oar and tossed that as well. So I'm guessing if she had a knife she would have thrown it. She said for the whole world to hear that she did it deliberately and then mocked Kristen saying it's just a little blood. If the other cast members are not going to be protected from her then she should be fired. I can't believe Bravo wants to be held liable for this kind of activity. Ramona has clearly demonstrated her nature. She'll do it again.

Here is a lovely 4 bedroom home, 1000 sq ft for only 150K. They go inside and surprise, surprise, surprise - the bedrooms are small. Really? How big did you think they would be in a 1000 sq ft home? Do you understand that this is not a magical tent at the Quidditch finals?

If you Tivo UTG and do not want your tivo viewing counted in the statistics for watching you need to wait a week before viewing. There are two sets of number now, the immediate and the ones that count dvr viewing. But even with dvr viewing no one cares after a week.
