  1. I had a question, and didn't want to search online in case of spoilers. I missed the last two seasons, do I need to watch them for the upcoming season this fall? Are there repeat players from the last 2 seasons, or all new players? I will be watching the missing seasons too, but just wanted to know.
  2. Ohhh, this looks good. Peter Kavinsky from All the Boys I've Loved Before, is in it and so is the new Blue Power Ranger! Already know that I will cry at some point during this movie too.
  3. This was super cute! I really really liked it. I'm going to be a cliche and say the book was better, lol. I know that some things are hard to translate to screen from a book so can give them a pass, but one thing that bothered me was that they didn't include the girls Korean family (their mothers family). Other than the dad cooking Korean food in the beginning, there really isn't a mention of how important trying to keep their connection to their mothers culture is. I think the book ending works much better but since there's no gurantee that a sequel will be made I can see why they went with the ending they did. Lana Conder is adorable and so was the Kitty actress. Janel Parrish didn't get alot to do, but like seeing the Pretty Little Liars ladies in new things. Lara Jean and Peter are ❤.
  4. I've read the books, and can't wait for this! The series was cute and just happy, which this trailer seems to have as well.
  5. I liked it ok, but really don't understand the hype over it everywhere. The action was great no doubt, but I gotta think it works better for people who have seen the previous movies, (I haven't) because did not care about the plot or characters. Plus no matter how hard I try, every time I see Tom Cruise I immediately remember the Scientology and Katie Holmes stuff. He is always Tom Cruise, never a character for me.
  6. Finally watching this season way late. The last episode of Season 2 with losing Tom was hard, and had to work up the nerve to watch this show, which always makes me cry. Good episode, loved Alfred stopping Faber from leaving and Sinclair shooting.
  7. I loved it, so much fun! I think I would put this one over the first one for me. It felt funnier and had more heart I think. Gotta agree with posters above, I liked Ghost/Ava as a "villian" or a better term would be antagonist; felt bad for her and horrified about the pain she must feel every minute. Hope she will become a member of team antman and the wasp. Luis is just perfect and everyone in the theater was rolling at the truth serum stuff and the return if Luis's storytime.
  8. I will admit on my first post I mentioned that the one thing my family agreed on about this movie was that it was all Star-Lord's fault; in our group we use that as a joke now (spilled something? its Star Lord's fault!), and nobody seriously believes that. He acted like anyone else would in that situation. I have watched this movie 5 times and Thor, Rocket and Groots entrance in Wakanda with the Avengers theme playing gets me EVERY SINGLE TIME. I wanna get up and cheer. Can't wait for the bluray to come out.

    Ocean's Eight (2017)

I really liked it. It was a fun movie and all the ladies were wonderful. 1 complaint though, I don't know if it was just me but I could not hear/understand some of the lines; either they spoke to fast or were mumbling them and I was like " What did she say" to my sister, and she would be like I didn't catch it either. Please enunciate people! One scene this happened in was when Lou and Debbie go see Rose backstage at her show and Rose is reading the bloggers review of her clothes, couldn't understand half of what Helena Bonham Carter was saying. Maybe I'm just used to the CC on all TV shows I watch.
  10. ^^^That isn't true according to one of the writers of the movie: I thought Alden Ehrenreich was great. (I like seeing people who were on Supernatural doing well)
  11. Can't wait to see what happens next season. I was totally surprised when Eve stabbed Villenille. Want to see more Kenny and Elena next season for sure!
  12. I really liked it. Was a light fun adventure film and I (only watched the Disney Star Wars movies) wasn't confused about much. Some of the references didn't have any impact on me cause IDK what they were talking about but the movie still worked, if that makes sense. I wish that the Val and Rio characters had survived, they were interesting. Also liked the little alien singer dude on Dryden's ship, that was cool.
  13. It was stupid, but for some reason I really enjoyed this episode. Don't care about Killer Frost/Caitlin, although a bunch of you guys called it that she's always had this split personality inside her! You guys are smart!! I loved Iris in this episode, from her outfit (shallow) to her talking to Marlize at the end. Depending on what happens, I was right about Marlize and Iris having some kind of connection in a way. I did not read Iris being mean at all to Harry. Just that she got a little justifiably angry when Harry went on about Marlize. I thought she was being too nice in a way, Harry did that to himself in a way because he was mad/sad? that he wasn't the smartest person ever.
  14. I can't wait either. What a douche! But I also agree with everyone else too, Marlize was okay with all the other crap that DeVoe pulled for the "enlightenment" so she can rot in jail.
  15. I was also one of the people that got emotional at the deaths resulting from the finger snap. In the moment, watching it, I wasn't thinking about the fact that some future movies have already been confirmed with the characters that "died," all I saw was some of my favorite characters dying/losing people they love. I cried. Peter Parker's was the worst for me, he was just a scared kid at the end, who didn't want to die. But for some reason the other two that really effected me, was when Sam vanished and Rhodey is walking and calling his name, it gutted me; can't explain why, neither character is one of my top faves, even though I enjoy them. The other was Groot and Rocket, I love them so I know why I cried but it was so well done. Groot and Rocket have been through enough! I think some of you have got it, in terms of what happens in the next movie; the finger snap deaths will be reversed.
  16. I just wanted to add my thoughts before reading everyone else's. I really loved it! It was different then what I was expecting and wanted based on the trailers but still great. The rest of my group of siblings and cousins were various degrees of loved it! to it was garbage :( One thing we all agreed on in a funny way was that it was all Star-Lords fault! Now back to page 5 to see what everyone else thinks!
  17. I think Marlize will kill/imprison DeVoe somehow and that is how Team Flash "wins" this season. Maybe a talk from Iris or something, this episode again made it a point to get Marlize to talk about the time her and Iris talked before. There has to be some connection there. Barry is treating Iris as more of a partner then DeVoe does with Marlize now; which is kind of a reverse of what happened before particularly in the DeVoe and Marlize relationship. Go Iris!!!
  18. Can't believe I feel so bad for Marlize; I mean she is in on the whole ruin other people's lives business with Clifford too, but I guess now she's feeling more guilty. I wonder when she'll figure out that she needs to pretend to be going through the routine again and then run the hell away from that place.
  19. This was the greatest episode yet. Loved all the guest stars returning to fight it out. Sad that Rip is gone, but happy that I still have my other original 3. Nate for sure has to be going back to Amara next season. Perfection! The come here hand motion was the best part, hands down. for me! ^ I was waiting for this, especially Wally's speed and Nate's steel.
  20. I liked this episode but definitely gotta agree on Barnes take down being stupid. I didn't need to see the team setting up their desks or what happened to the people that the agents were re-assigned to, the show could have used that time for a proper takedown. Cause Barnes is the worst. ^While I enjoyed this episode and this arc, have to agree on the above. @Danielg342 your alternate storyline was awesome!
  21. Oh please show, let this happen!!! LOL. Great episode! It was funny, serious and emotional all in one. I don't particularly care about Sarah/Ava relationship, but that break up was so tv cliche.
  22. I liked the scene at the pier? where Beth and Mark talk about what Mark is doing. I can understand both points of view, but Beth is right that Mark is missing out on time with his other kids. I would be totally creeped out if someone left flowers in the middle of the night on my doorstep. I feel like the episodes will pick up the pace alittle now, this one seemed to move fast.
  23. When are you guys getting tickets for? I have tickets for Saturday 28th for 13 people at night. But I don't know if I can stop myself from maybe going to a smaller theatre on Thursday night or Friday. I am weak. My sister was being a reasonable person and telling me that the first time you see the movie do you really want to see it on a small screen without IMAX? And like I DON'T but I do kind of.
  24. Omg, soooo excited!! Cineplex needs to get their shit together in terms of advance ticket sales. Only one theatre so for in the GTA offering tickets, COME ON Cineplex, do better. ETA: yeah, we complain we get results. Courtney Park has advance tickets on sale now, woohoo! Although still mad that Cineplex gotta push 3D screenings more than IMAX screenings. Lame Cineplex, lame , you can't make me watch in 3D (who am I kidding, the timings are better for the 3D screenings so I will break down and get those ones, in protest though)
  25. Solid beginning to the last season, although I know I'm going to be pausing for cry breaks while watching. Trish at the end sitting on the floor alone was heartbreaking. But gotta love Miller and Hardy.
