It was stupid, but for some reason I really enjoyed this episode. Don't care about Killer Frost/Caitlin, although a bunch of you guys called it that she's always had this split personality inside her! You guys are smart!! I loved Iris in this episode, from her outfit (shallow) to her talking to Marlize at the end. Depending on what happens, I was right about Marlize and Iris having some kind of connection in a way. I did not read Iris being mean at all to Harry. Just that she got a little justifiably angry when Harry went on about Marlize. I thought she was being too nice in a way, Harry did that to himself in a way because he was mad/sad? that he wasn't the smartest person ever.

I can't wait either. What a douche! But I also agree with everyone else too, Marlize was okay with all the other crap that DeVoe pulled for the "enlightenment" so she can rot in jail.

I was also one of the people that got emotional at the deaths resulting from the finger snap. In the moment, watching it, I wasn't thinking about the fact that some future movies have already been confirmed with the characters that "died," all I saw was some of my favorite characters dying/losing people they love. I cried. Peter Parker's was the worst for me, he was just a scared kid at the end, who didn't want to die. But for some reason the other two that really effected me, was when Sam vanished and Rhodey is walking and calling his name, it gutted me; can't explain why, neither character is one of my top faves, even though I enjoy them. The other was Groot and Rocket, I love them so I know why I cried but it was so well done. Groot and Rocket have been through enough! I think some of you have got it, in terms of what happens in the next movie; the finger snap deaths will be reversed.

I just wanted to add my thoughts before reading everyone else's. I really loved it! It was different then what I was expecting and wanted based on the trailers but still great. The rest of my group of siblings and cousins were various degrees of loved it! to it was garbage :( One thing we all agreed on in a funny way was that it was all Star-Lords fault! Now back to page 5 to see what everyone else thinks!

I think Marlize will kill/imprison DeVoe somehow and that is how Team Flash "wins" this season. Maybe a talk from Iris or something, this episode again made it a point to get Marlize to talk about the time her and Iris talked before. There has to be some connection there. Barry is treating Iris as more of a partner then DeVoe does with Marlize now; which is kind of a reverse of what happened before particularly in the DeVoe and Marlize relationship. Go Iris!!!

Can't believe I feel so bad for Marlize; I mean she is in on the whole ruin other people's lives business with Clifford too, but I guess now she's feeling more guilty. I wonder when she'll figure out that she needs to pretend to be going through the routine again and then run the hell away from that place.

S03.E18: The Good, The Bad and The Cuddly
dkb replied to scarynikki12's topic in Legends Of Tomorrow
This was the greatest episode yet. Loved all the guest stars returning to fight it out. Sad that Rip is gone, but happy that I still have my other original 3. Nate for sure has to be going back to Amara next season. Perfection! The come here hand motion was the best part, hands down. for me! ^ I was waiting for this, especially Wally's speed and Nate's steel. -
I liked this episode but definitely gotta agree on Barnes take down being stupid. I didn't need to see the team setting up their desks or what happened to the people that the agents were re-assigned to, the show could have used that time for a proper takedown. Cause Barnes is the worst. ^While I enjoyed this episode and this arc, have to agree on the above. @Danielg342 your alternate storyline was awesome!

Oh please show, let this happen!!! LOL. Great episode! It was funny, serious and emotional all in one. I don't particularly care about Sarah/Ava relationship, but that break up was so tv cliche.

I liked the scene at the pier? where Beth and Mark talk about what Mark is doing. I can understand both points of view, but Beth is right that Mark is missing out on time with his other kids. I would be totally creeped out if someone left flowers in the middle of the night on my doorstep. I feel like the episodes will pick up the pace alittle now, this one seemed to move fast.

When are you guys getting tickets for? I have tickets for Saturday 28th for 13 people at night. But I don't know if I can stop myself from maybe going to a smaller theatre on Thursday night or Friday. I am weak. My sister was being a reasonable person and telling me that the first time you see the movie do you really want to see it on a small screen without IMAX? And like I DON'T but I do kind of.
-
Omg, soooo excited!! Cineplex needs to get their shit together in terms of advance ticket sales. Only one theatre so for in the GTA offering tickets, COME ON Cineplex, do better. ETA: yeah, we complain we get results. Courtney Park has advance tickets on sale now, woohoo! Although still mad that Cineplex gotta push 3D screenings more than IMAX screenings. Lame Cineplex, lame , you can't make me watch in 3D (who am I kidding, the timings are better for the 3D screenings so I will break down and get those ones, in protest though)

Solid beginning to the last season, although I know I'm going to be pausing for cry breaks while watching. Trish at the end sitting on the floor alone was heartbreaking. But gotta love Miller and Hardy.

I really liked this episode. Glad Barry was atleast semi ok (or pretended to be) with Iris keeping the powers at the end if that's what made her happy. But I'm glad Iris choose to go back to journalism; not everyone on team Flash has to have powers. Hopefully her writing can connect with future plots, and threats the others have to face. Gotta agree with everyone that her outfit was nice, go Iris!

^ For me there was something missing in this episode. It was fine but I expect better from LoT these days. But can't really tell you what it was. There were some boring parts for sure, maybe it was too much Nate; he hasn't been annoying me as much as usual though so idk. ^ This was the best part of the episode!

Overall I really liked this season. I enjoyed Jessica having to face her past in a unexpected way. Can't imagine the feeling for Alisa or Jessica to be reunited after everything that happened. It was also interesting to see how Jessica's memories of her family were pretty much false. Her parents were seriously close to a divorce and she had no idea. Was that all being a self-centered teenager or because she had forgotten those things when trying to preserve her memories of her family. Also interesting is what they plan on doing for the Trish character next season. Is she going to be the villain or just another side plot for Jessica? I hope they don't go the villain route for Trish. Is there something specific that Jeri wants from Pryce and his PI's or did she just want them on retainer, because that was confusing for me?
-
I hope Trish and Jess can make up next season but I don't know how Jessica wouldn't always be reminded that Trish was the one that killed her mom. Like Jessica said at the end, it didn't have to be Trish. She got that her mom had to be killed, but not by Trish. Same with Malcolm and Jessica; I think they might have an easier path to becoming friends again especially if he's not working for her. No boss/employee dynamic, just friends. I liked the Jeri mentioned Rand Enterprises this episode cause I had forgotten that she represents dumb dumb Danny and the company. I hope next season we get more cases throughout the episodes and some lighter episodes, but altogether I really liked and enjoyed it.
-
Atleast it seems like Trish will get what she wanted. Dorothy really can't help herself can she. Poor Detective Sunday. I thought Jeri was going to shoot them herself, but she's way smarter than that. However, can't Inez be like Hogarth was the one that gave me the gun?
-
I really shouldn't love Kilgrave but I do. There are many waves to save lives, without superpowers Trish. I hope Jessica and Malcolm can forgive each other. I like their dynamic.
-
"She was legally dead, so I'm guessing that wasn't official." Poor Jeri, getting played like that. But there was definitely a calculating vibe from Inez. Like Inez said a couple episodes ago, she learned how to survive. Jessica is not going to forgive Trish quickly this time.

S02.E09: AKA Shark in the Bathtub, Monster in the Bed
dkb replied to The Crazed Spruce's topic in Jessica Jones [V]
It was Pryce, I was right! Tough situation for Jessica. But you can't control Alissa for long, no matter how much she wants to not be a killer, she just is. Trish is probably going to do something stupid to get her hit of the enhancers. Glad Malcolm went to talk to his family, if that is where he is. -
I wanna know who's shooting? All the previous killings were Alissa, maybe Pryce? Not cool Trish, not cool at all. I hope Malcolm is strong enough to not get addicted. I was laughing at this too. I also agree that Alissa is pretty funny, when not being a homicidal rage monster. Her little head poking out from the side when Jess was talking to Oscar was funny.
-
Aww poor Jess. Her life sucked. But she's still a good human being. I was cackling at the cringy Patsy Walker music video, LMAO. But it really is nice to see the great and complicated relationship between Jess and Trish.
-
Don't know how I feel about Malcolm and Trish. If Trish wasn't getting addicted then it would be great but right now it seems like this isn't going to end well for Malcolm. Holy moly, Jessica's mom eh? I'm with the people who are wondering why she didn't recognize her. I'm thinking maybe she actually isn't and the doctor and this lady are playing Jessica for some reason? Either way this makes the season even better and more interesting.
-
Inez stealing the TV was great. Malcolm being so happy with any praise Jess gives is so cute. Poor Trish, but it was nice to hear from her about what she was trying to get out of the relationship with Griffin, it wasn't love, even though that is what she was telling herself and others. Trish is going to become addicted to the feeling on being on the enhancers, and not going to end up in a good place. Although this may be how she becomes Jessica's sidekick proper. Janet McTeer going postal on the poor piano, I was legit scared for the mom and baby.
