Why does Leon always look so grungy? I just want to send them a bar of soap. Audrey doesn’t look perpetually dirty and they live in the same house. I don’t get it.

One of my nieces just started as a new grad ADN/RN in January. She’s enrolled in a BSN program. Mid-sized regional hospital in Ky. Base pay is $30/hr plus weekend and shift differentials. Her hospital does not differentiate with ADN/BSN/MSN on bedside nursing positions. The extra shift bonus is something like overtime plus $40/hr plus the differentials. She picks up one extra shift per week, so works four days a week, and will end up close to $100k. Anyway, nursing varies so much in roles, pay, etc., they Hunter could do very well for himself and will never be without a job. He chose well between nursing and also the military career. At least one Brown kid has some sense.

Let me make it clear I don’t think Utah or LDS I’m general and inbred. But when you get paranoid cults who do not seem to like outsiders, plus this family’s history, it gets weird. How does it go - Kody and Janelle are step siblings, janelle was married to Meri’s brother (no kids together), Robyn’s ex and kody are cousins, Christine and Robyn’s ex are cousins? What am I leaving out?

Yup. That jewelry was not that cute and overpriced. Robyn way overestimated their popularity and marketability. But yes, it was more about the power struggle of who is Top Wife than anything. Meri would buck anything anyone else suggested, janelle and Christine knew it was stupid but had to try to keep peace, and Robyn was ready to play the victim against anyone who she thought defied her.

Honestly not to make fun of innocent babies, but I’m surprised there aren’t more genetic issues the way this group is so inbred. They’re all related and intermarried to some degree.

While my primary opinion of Mykelti is a big eyeroll followed by a side eye, one pic of a kid on a counter isn’t really a big deal. Never let my kids climb up there bc too much they can get into or fall, but one pic, whatever. Bare feet, yea that’s gross, but it would take 30 seconds to wipe it back down and be clean again.

Robyn prob pushed that kid in the water so kody could rescue her victimized tenderloin who could have died right there in front of them. Plus give a story line for at least one more episode. Little girl list, kody rescues, Robyn milks for all the sympathy, prob can do a go fund me for whatever emotional trauma and physical disease they all have now, sue the zoo, etc.

Truley is an odd child at an awkward age. However, biting is just no. She’s almost a teenager. Biting is w really odd way of acting out whether it’s for attention, she doesn’t like how her mom acts around David, always gushing and proving how happy they are, or if she just doesn’t like the cameras. She’s too old for that.

Ari being lured away and attacked by assassin turtles, hired by Christine of course, just proves Robin needs a second nanny. One for each kid. Maybe a bodyguard, too.

This whole thing was nothing but a power play. Robyn wanting the other wives to do all work for her unmarketable business, then she could blame them all for not helping when her junk jewelry failed to sell. Meri saying she wanted college instead partially bc Robyns idea was dumb and she was catfishing, being catfished, whatever but also, I think if Robin had found the cure for cancer Meri would’ve found a reason to buck against it just to show she was OG Legal wife and nobody is the boss of her. Those two Mean Girl Wives deserve each other.

The amazing sent from Heaven rice crispie treat reputation cracks me up. I mean seriously. Butter, marshmallow, cereal. Maybe some vanilla or peanut butter or chocolate. One time I had a back of the box recipe that added funfetti cake mix or pumpkin spice cake mix for flavor. My husband likes them made from cheerios or lucky charms (he’s weird). Rice crispy treats are not Creme brûlée or a soufflé from scratch. Sometimes simple is best, but geez enough with thinking throwing cereal butter and marshmallow in a pan is a delicacy.

Robyn will never get a job. This is any other instance of manic Kody fleeing problems. Been saying this for years, he’s bi polar or something similar.

I bet Leon doesn’t cut off anyone who supports them financially.

I mean from episode 1 he jumped out of that 2 seat convertible and flit around like a giant manic fly refusing to light anywhere. As soon as there was an issue he’d swing that hair out the door with that doofus grin like NOT IT! He’s very seldom chosen to stick around and solve actual problems.

Robyn wouldn’t even have considered marrying them if the TLC train hadn’t driven into the station, so there’s that.

But when those shortcomings are human children who need a father, that’s where the problem lies. No kody isn’t the first man to have a failed marriage and when things get hard, blame everyone else then run away and start over with a new family. What makes it worse in this situation is he ran from 3 families who he vilified while those children had to watch him dote on kids that weren’t even his plus two new babies. As for Robin and her kids just being compliant and the favoritism not being their fault, I call bullshit. Yeah they were sniveling, simpering compliant, but she was also sneaking around undermining the other wives from the courtship days. Demanded equal time before marriage, admitted to being physical before marriage, then was constantly eroding the other women’s time until they were like here take him, he wants you anyway. She was not an innocent Snow White who just so happened to be perfect so everyone hates her. She’s a Stealth Bitch and I will laugh when this all implodes on her.

I think it’s both. She is over the top AND she wants revenge. Yes, it’s immature but although I do like Christine, I think she is has an immature personality. She prob thinks it’s cute and youthful, but yeah, Sis, glad you found true love so fast, but tone it down. Also - keep in mind this guy may be perfect for her, but with her only other relationship being AUB courting by Kody then treated like garbage since Robin came along, the bar is low. Underground. Subterranean. Mole people. I think she also might be revenging at little at Meri with a haha I actually DID get out and find love really fast.

I think the opposite about Janelle. She’s quiet and not outwardly demanding or dramatic like the other three, but still waters run deep. I think they had true affection and love, and probably a much better sex life than most people think for much longer than most people think. Janelle is also the one who honors rules and the family good as a whole, so her not being affectionate in public out of respect and mutual agreement, might still give her room to be more bold behind closed doors. Janelle didn’t need to establish stage 10 clinger behavior like Meri and Robyn for a reason. That reason is not necessarily apathy or lack of sex drive. Sometimes it’s just confidence and peace.

Probably more entertaining and interesting than anything Meri comes up with.
