  1. That divorce was nothing legit except Kody and Robyn wanting to be the legal couple. It made a shocking storyline, and got Robyn the official HBIC title. Their real dad was not a threat. COPS and Utah or Nevada of wherever they were grifting were not a threat. This was nothing but manipulation on the grounds of saving the children, who were in a very safe place already. Meri was so desperate to be one of the cool kids and have a secret from janelle and Christine that she let herself be treated like garbage. Meri is desperate and stupid. If I were Christine or Janelle, That honestly would’ve been the line drawn to make me leave. The whole scheming secrecy then BAM here’s what we’re doing, you have no choice, basement wives, would’ve been it for me. Robyn is a stealth manipulator and deserves everything she has brought upon herself. Kody has to take blame because he goes alone with it all and refuses to take responsibility. Meri is mean yet stupid, and I’m so glad the other two are gone. They’re not faultless either, but so glad they have enough backbone to go.
  2. No doubt Robin and the older girls also had to have a panic attack about being attacked and the sinfulness of a homaseckshul wedding. The three older kids are old enough to make a decision, but why they didn’t bring the Chikun Tenders to see their all siblings?
  3. Mykelti gets on my nerves, but I do think she tried to (very mildly) rebel bc there were so many kids and she did not get adequate attention. was meanest to her, and I feel like that’s bc she was so similar in age and looks to Leon that Meri thought she was competition. But no wonder when she met Tony and somebody actually paid attention to her that she finally felt seen, and an immature girl raised in a household of adults who made irrational and irresponsible life choices made immature, irrational, life choices herself. Bridezilla finally got some attention and didn’t know how to handle it. As a kid,Robyn latched onto her for child care and someone willing to spill family secrets. I understand why Mykelti was all for a relationship with Robyn. Makes me angry that she sort of turned on her own abused mother, but I get how Robyn’s attention made her an ally. Did she rush into marriage? Yes. Do they see ok, yes. Do I understand why she was annoyed that she always played second or even fifth fiddle to other siblings and she was angry, yes. Do I get where she wanted the same things as her siblings and didn’t want to wait - like Meri never did - sadly, yes. Mykelti was a mess, but it was her environment more than anything. I hope she has happiness now.
  4. I feel like this board is super mild compared to Reddit and especially to Facebook groups. But Marissa and anyone else are entitled to feel what they feel. 🤷‍♀️ But yes, bottom line, don’t put yourself in the public on social media saying “look at me” and expect all positive comments. That’s immature and stupid 25 years after Internet forums started.
  5. Being perpetually late can be an anxiety symptom, or it can also be a power trip. If it’s anything like they graduation where Robyn smirked about being late, prob some of both. I have a sibling who does this. If they’re not in control of the situation AKA have to work with everyone’s schedules and can’t set times or rules themselves, whether it’s just something like Sunday dinner or something bigger like family vacation, anxiety goes through the roof, they’re late, and it’s a constant fight.
  6. Wonder if she thinks she’s less likely to be confronted if she has a human baby shield.
  7. I think Leon is like kody. Both actually do very little, think they’re very important, and when it comes time to be the center of attention doing something official - they’re front and center. If Leon is indeed officiating.
  8. Gwen and Bea look great and seem so down to earth. Gwen did not inherit her mother’s taste lol, but in Christine’s defense, she grew up smothered with AUB modesty rules and was also not built like Gwen.
  9. I admit I have gone on and on about how dirty and gross Leon always looks, but they’re actually cute cleaned up and in real clothes. If they did officiate, I kinda love that sibling relationship, but also - shew - Apple does not fall far from the tree does it? Another Brown who overinflates their value while basking in the limelight to officiate a wedding. Just like good ole Dad.
  10. I don’t understand Robyns lie about wanting to rock on the porch with people who she made every attempt to live separately from from day 1. They could’ve easily put a small trailer in the original Utah house and then built on, but she even had that separate apartment there. Then when they moved, they were all separate on the Vegas Cul de Sac, which still blows my mind how they funded those homes. Then the Arizona mess has them living even further apart. Kody and Robyn both active chose to isolate themselves from the family who wasn’t fun anymore. How dare the kids get old enough to have needs, Meri stayed a selfish greedy bitch, Christine felt abandoned and her kids were absolutely neglected by their dad, and Janelle, who tried to keep them realistically on track, had enough after her kids were also treated like trash. I still think Christine had it the worst solely based on Kody being off screwing Robyn while Truly was being born, truly almost dying of sepsis, then the back surgery fiasco. These were real medical emergencies, not angsty teens voicing their opinion. Oh wait, I forgot. Robyn had a low grade temp that ERs laugh at and ask why didn’t you take a baby aspirin?
  11. Because she has always been arrogant, unfair, and bitter. She’s never happy or satisfied, but she’s the most content when she thinks she has something better than everyone else. She’s as narcissistic as Kody.
  12. Also need to give props where they’re deserved. Leon cleans up good. Cleans up being the key words. Clean.
  13. Kody is just another asshole husband and father who abandoned his family and their problems for something new and shinier. I completely believe it’s ok to divorce your spouse when you can’t work things out. It is not ok however, to divorce your children and treat them like garbabge while you have a do over starting a new family. Kody is an asshole who chose Robyn and her kids over everyone else. Bottom line.
  14. That’s just classic Meri. She is so self centered and has zero shame in expressing that her own self, child and needs are more bigger and better than anyone else. This was not an appropriate comment for another child’s wedding. If they were truly all each others moms and kids, and one big family, you do not choose favorites and blatantly announce the favoritism. Meri pulls this crap then wonders why she is isolated and why they’re all over even attempting to be friendly with her. It’s great to live your child and be happy to see them. It’s also extremely poor taste, yet confirming., not even revealing, how Meri STILL thinks she’s more important and deserves more than her other family members. I don’t know how janelle and Christine didn’t punch her in the face during those years of Meri eating salmon and going on vacation while they struggled to have cereal and hot dogs.
  15. Ok a lot to say here. First - wedding invites. The mature thing to do would be to invite Janelle and all the adult kids, no matter whom the mother. Even Robins kids are adopted in and old enough to decide for themselves. No need in my opinion to invite Meri, who you don’t like, and who doesn’t like you. Definitely no need to invite Kody or Robin, or the two small kids who can’t drive themselves or decide for themselves. However - we’re talking Christine here who is immature and also dramatic. If she wanted to out-Robyn Robyn, then she would invite her, kody and the two littles. Make a big deal about her trying to make peace and include them on her happy day, and the half siblings shouldn’t be left out. If they say no, makes them look like the petty ones. If they say yes, and they act a fool at the wedding, makes them look like the trouble makers. Exactly like when Robyn manipulated Meri asking if she wanted to be her surrogate. That was a no win situation. If she say yes, Robyn is the angelic hero, whether or not Meri’s embryos were viable. When she said no, it made Meri look like she was uncooperative and not only rejecting Robyn, but rejecting Kody and preventing his spirit babies from being born. ok the What does the nanny do shirt. Seriously Christine, let it go. That might be funny a year ago, but if you’ve moved on, you’re head over heels in love, you’re living your best life, then why are you even thinking about the Nanny and insulting Robyn. You like the drama and you’re not sincerely over Kody? Let it go, Elsa. Let it go. If I were her new fiancé, I’d be annoyed and questioning if she were ready to be married.
  16. All this! Why not just wear a long sleeve tee that fits instead of a too tight baby tank with a compression too under? Janelle looked best then bc she’d just wear a normal button up top instead of something from the Walmart jr section.
  17. Remember when Mykelti wanted to be a fashion designer 😂😂😂
  18. I dunno. The temu outfit is 1000x better and more flattering than those ugly, too tight strappy tanks with the suffocating long sleeve compression shirts they used to wear. The boob tattoo is the most surprising thing I see though.
  19. If neither of them had an issue, why would there be a need to put it in divorce papers?
  20. You have a great theory. Meri wasn’t a threat bc she reeked desperation while thinking she was somehow superior to the other two. She always came off to me like she seriously thought she was a better class of person than them. Robyn also always seemed terrified of Janelle, and avoided her, but more like she was afraid she’d call her out and make her be fair and play nice, not like she was marital competition. She’s throw out Janelle’s weight enough though to show some insecurity. Now Christine, however, was the youngest, bubbliest, still bearing children, Polyg royalty, had never given her cookie to anyone else and was accepted by their church. Christine appeared to have a charmed life, and Robyn got knocked up and had to get married, was in debt, divorced, had alcohol issues, etc. Christine was a Princess and Robyns made a lot of bad decisions. She was probably thrilled to learn how bad Kody actually treated Christine.
  21. if Robyn could play it up to get a check, you know she did. Yeah, I seriously expected him to be far more severely dependent the way she described him at first. I can also see her all “woe is me” he’s a tween boy hard to motivate and redirect, so difficult, if he didn’t jump at her lazy command. That woman is lazy and dramatic. I’m glad Dayton seems to be thriving as an independent adult and hope he cuts the cord and gets to live his life. He doesn’t have to abandon the family and move to Alaska, but he’s a young adult who needs some space.
  22. Prob her long term plan all along. Everybody please forgive me if what I say is offensive, I admit I don’t fully understand the range of the autism spectrum, but I swear to me Robin made it out like he was Rain Man level and needed constant supervision to keep out of harms way. Did she get an extra government check for having a child with autism? Was that her excuse not to have a job? Was it all part of the poor pitiful me act when she was trying to win Captain Saveahoe Brown? She made it out like he could not function without her reminding him to breathe and stay out of traffic.
  23. I think Janelle came out the worst financially because out of the entire bunch, she’s actually the truest believer. She is the one who had the most hope and did the most to work with her entire family to try to be fair and balanced. She actually thought they could all live together under one big house and live their faith. I say she’s the truest believer because - these are my personal opinions of course: kody = liked the idea of polygamy for the attention, being seen as rebellious and edgy to regular LDS, and of course being King Rooster with multiple women ruling over his planet. Meri = she was going to do whatever it took to keep kody. If he’d converted to airport hippie Hari Krishna she’d follow. Janelle = true believer. I feel like she the one who tried to explain what they did what they did religiously and lifestyle wise, and that she’s the one who appeared to try the most to be cooperative and make it all flow. She wasn’t going to give ultimatums or be wise financially because she was trying to earnestly keep her family together and believed them when they said they’d have one big house together. Christine = born into it, grew up in fear of living anything else, never really thought about any other life than polygamy, got treated like garbage by choosing Kody. Did not want the hard work of being wife 1 or 2, always wanted the Baby Wife Catbird Seat aka newest and prob fave. Robyn = if TLC cameras hadn’t been sniffing, she would not have gone anywhere near this family. She had bills to pay and limited options as a divorcee with three kids, one who she insisted was special needs. She’s all pious now, but I think that like Meri, she’d confirm to whoever paid the bills and let her rule the roost.
  24. All this and that was the blazing red flag that Robyn is bat shit crazy and also ruthless when needed.
