  1. I'm not surprised. I remember on a season of Survivor someone fell into a fire and severely burned their hands. Mark Burnett, the creator, said he would've fired any camera person who stopped filming and gone and helped.
  2. The speed in which these women can take someone else's crisis and make it about themselves is awe-inspiring.
  3. The whole thing about Adore just seemed so meh in the grand scheme of things. She came into this competition fully well knowing that her aesthetic was controversial and that Michelle would probably have some things to say about it so she either had the choice to 1. have a strong answer back in her own defense or 2. step her game up in other areas. She really didn't do either. If she had wanted to make a real point, in the first episode she should've gone out during the talent in full riot grrrl aesthetic and done a real uptempo punk song to say this is who she is, like it or not. To sort of collapse under the weight of being called lazy is a bit much, given how other Drag Race girls spent their seasons being told to kill themselves and whatnot.
  4. Knowing now that Roxxy Andrews did Alaska for Snatch Game, does anybody think that Alaska's comment in episode one about how she's the only one who can do Alaska but you can try because it's fun was actually a repurposed remark from Snatch Game talk?
  5. Acid Betty did it on Season 8 and Detox wouldn't have known that since the season hadn't aired when they filmed All Stars last year.
  6. I cracked up at the way that some of the girls made Tatianna sound so old because she had been on season 2 of the show but in reality she's only 26/27 years old now, younger than some of her current competitors.
  7. Does anybody think that Michelle's speech to Adore may have even been more harsh than what we saw? Because Michelle starts off with that whole general critique about how she's being harsh and then the audio sort of jumped? Like it went from that to her critiquing Adore and it sounded like it was the second part of a statement.
  8. Countess Luann is the Edith Wharton character I never knew I wanted but now can't look away from.
  9. And what makes it nastier is that it was probably filmed AFTER she told Luann so she obviously knows how it plays and knows how emotional Luann got and still can't sort of rein it in.
  10. The whole episode felt a horror movie where you're just sitting around waiting for like Freddy Krueger to finally spring his attack on The Final Girl.
  11. Sonja's whole thing about Tom makes less and less sense as this goes on, especially her bemoaning losing a lover. What about that Harry what's-his-face that she also accused Luann of trying to steal from her? Where was he when Sonja was having this great 10 year on and off again sexual relationship with Tom.
  12. I just keep thinking of that OC special where she proudly talked about getting in a producers face.
  13. I will always believe that the season four finale, in a lot of ways, would've served as an amazing series finale for the show.
  14. I feel like Luann's over the top professions of love and Sonja's sad girl antics are directly tied to each other because the more one person does one thing, the more the other person does the other. They keep upping the ante to piss the other person off.
  15. I bet she figured it was going to be this huge fight, and she would come out looking like the honest person while Luann is an asshole to her and denies the accusations in the most Countess of ways.
  16. I cracked up so much at Dorinda admitting she was really happy that the focus had shifted away from her man to Luann's man, which makes all of her shit-stirring make sense. Actually all of their shit stirring makes sense if you look at it through the lens of them deflecting from things. Carole and Bethenny harp on Jules because it took focus away from critiques about their own figures. Dorinda keeps the Tom shit show going because it moves the spotlight from her partner.
  17. The whole Bethenny/Luann thing just feels so egregious because it's out of pure spite. I'm surprised she's not going to take her on a walk on a bridge a la what Ramona did to her a few seasons ago.
  18. Bethenny pretending she was trying to protect Luann while simultaneously talking about this on camera, especially about whether she should tell her is beyond ridiculous.
  19. I sort of wonder if, other than just being a plot device for Rachel, Yael shitting herself is a reference to that notorious moment on another dating show, Flavor of Love.
  20. I always thought it was a nice wink to the gay following of the show that Carrie's seemingly ideal man would share the name as a famous gay porn star.
  21. I was dying that half of the reunion consisted of the host basically saying, "Well we wanted to do this interview or sit-down but due to this cast ain't being shit, we can't."
  22. The Melissa/Joe storyline doesn't make any sense because where were all these concerns about not wanting a "part-time wife"/having traditional values when she was trying to be popstar a couple seasons ago.
  23. They should hang out with Terry Dubrow and they could yell "penis" and "vagina" at each other all night long.
  24. Them bringing up the Harry stuff in regards to Luann and Sonja seemed a bit ridiculous since they hashed all of that out at the season six reunion I think and a lot of that ended up being a lot of shadiness in terms of production since, if I remember correctly, Luann didn't leave with Harry by herself.
