Erica Dixon was upset because she was trying to make sure she wasn't getting fired from the show. Those lycra dress lines to do not pay for themselves.

I am always confused by these designers who say stuff like, "I don't do red carpet dresses." I mean, maybe you've never had the opportunity but if you wanted to be a successful designer with celebs wearing your clothes, red carpet is like THE thing you should probably excel at since it gets you so much coverage.

It sucks that Karofsky is coming back because I always pinpoint his character as when the show went completely off the rails because it simultaneously wanted bullying to be funny and satirical when it happened to the other glee members but then went this dark serious route when it came to Kurt being bullying.

The acting on this show remains terrible. Karlie Redd barely had her drink near her mouth for her totally unplanned spit take when talking about Thi Thi's wedding dress.

I don't know how any woman with an ounce of an intelligence can in one breath say she's making a line of outfits for "all women" and then in the other can be approving looks made out of lycra aka the most unforgiving fabric known to man.

The whole scene with Erica and Karlie running into Joc and Scrappy would've been fine IF this wasn't a reality show. This show keeps on forgetting that this is supposed to be a reality show and not a scripted drama. You can get away with people accidentally running into one another on a scripted drama; it doesn't work as well when you're at some tiny club filled with extras and everybody seems to have a camera crew that mysteriously disappears whenever they are being shot from across the room.

Kristen's relationship with Josh makes think it's like if you took Megan and Don Draper and put them on a reality show in terms of her being the pretty trophy wife/model with her emotionally distant husband. Even the whole getting to do an ad because of her husband's influence seems like quite a Don/Megan-esque thing to happen.

It's hilarious to hear Mimi act all sad and distraught about the video whenever she's in her scenes with Nikko and then basically be the complete opposite when she's with anybody else. It's probably a case of a) her being hypocritical/not at peace with her decision and b) terrible scripting on the part of the writers. And where were Mimi's lawyers when the tape was being sent off to Vivid?

I still want to know if Joseline gets a cut of the sex tape since it was her money, funneled through Stevie J, that helped pay for Mimi's bolt-on boobies.

The acting in the last segment of this week's episode was reaching Tyler Perry level of awfulness with Stevie J clunkily delivering exposition about Benzino's family. That's why this show is so bad this year. They keep desperately setting up storylines in the clunkiest way. Like the Mimi/Nikko storyline would be more interesting if they hadn't had them talk about making one before the supposed leak. There was no point in mentioning it if it wasn't going to "leak." It's like ho-ish version of Chekov's gun. Same thing with every other storyline where, for some reason,they go out of their to set it up with clunky exposition. Real life doesn't have exposition for the most part. Things just happen.

And how is Kirk to say with a straight face that he never wanted Rasheeda's mom to find out about the paternity test he did when he did the test on the reality show they are both on. Like I get that reality shows don't like to break the fourth wall but that was straight foolishness and fuckery.

So they aren't even trying anymore. You have Stevie and Joseline at the art museum making a Solange hitting Jay-z reference which happened in May but next episode is Benzino's shooting which happened a few months before that.

She was actually pretty nice. She came to La Crosse a couple times. She got an honorary degree or something and my mom ended up sitting and having dinner with her at some banquet.
