As a fan of the original, I thoroughly enjoyed this pilot. I am always happy to find characters I can relate to, so Macy is my favorite. I look forward to hearing the backstory of how she came to be. I'm in!

This was a hard episode to watch! Issa done lost her damn mind and Molly is intent on burning bridges and blocking her blessings. I was cringing and going "Issa, no!" and "Molly, girl!" the whole episode. I could have done without Lawrence and the only reason I tolerate him is because of Chad. "I've strayed too far!" The church scenes were hilarious. Damn Nanceford. I was rooting for you!

I'm hoping that Nanceford isn't as sketchy as his situation looks. I literally squeed in every scene he had with Issa. Their chemistry is popping! Chad was slimy up to the wedding day that wasn't! I bet one of those dudes he kicked out of the stripper room snitched to his fiance. Lawrence wasn't my favorite, so I was happy that there was consequences to his indulging in ho shit. I cackled at the nurse telling him to remember to use protection.

I'm not gonna lie... Nathan is very easy on the eyes! Issa is still impulsive as hell. But yes, I would have to at least have his full government name and address before hanging out all day with him. Not to mention letting him know where I live! All men require background checks today. I'm glad she dropped We Got Y'all. I couldn't enjoy the skinny dip because I was screaming for them to get out the pool before the owners got home! Molly is messy as hell at work. Why couldn't she just hang with the other women? She managed to burn a lot of bridges and hasn't been at the new firm for a month yet.

Heroes on the Halfshell aside, the teams are making food I would want to eat. I'm hungry every time I watch a show! But there is something missing from this season. Tyler is dialing it in and these teams are forgettable. I'm not really rooting for anyone this season.

Ooh! After Kalorie tried to clap back with that "I sent you Home" line, all Vanjie needed to do was say her name 3 times (with all the other queens saying it too.)! That would have been even more gag worthy.

Problem was that Kalorie hesitated before delivering that line. I'm willing to bet if more time was alotted to Vanjie, she would have came back with "You went home right after me bitch!".

Oh Mama Asia. That was a stunt fail if I ever saw one! That simply wasn't in the cards for Kameron. The other Queens really dislike her. I'm glad Aquaria won. Let's see if Ru will treat her like the others.

This is a wild ride! Two things are bothering me a little, though. Where is Chau? We see all these Clippers in white, yet we have not seen their Baron. Also, what happened to Waldo? Didn't he agree to be Widow's regent last season?

This season's reading challenge was pretty lame. Snatch Game: Why is it that queens who go on RPDR don't fully prepare for Snatch Game? If I had to impersonate someone, I'd study them! Research is your friend. Aquaria hit it right from jump with the Michelle Obama name card as she played Melania Trump! I cackled. Asia however, didn't do well as Beyonce. She even managed to cow Vixen as Blue Ivy. Yikes. Eureka was great, and Monet did a hilarious Maya Angelou. Monique's Maxine Waters was a wash, like Ms. Cracker's Dorothy Parker. Mermaid Realness: Aquaria made me pause to take in her look. Werk! I also liked Monet's Warrior Mermaid and Kameron Michaels. Lip Sync: Wow, I actually caught Ru's face fall as Monique's wig slipped. "Dammit, she can't stay now." If Monique had held it together and knew the words, Vixen would have tumbled her way home!

Oh boy. Monique lost the lipsync the moment her wig slipped out of place. It took me a moment to notice that she also didn't know the words to the song. I'll need to rewatch Snatch Game again so my thoughts can be more coherent.

I think it was more Lydia chose Quinn over Moon. A Baron is probably a far better option than whatever Moon had going on back then. Even hopped up on opium, MK managed to hold his own against Moon. Impressive. So Quinn's men swooped on the encampment MK and his mother were in. The way I want this story to go is that even knowing Sunny was the one who killed his mother, MK doesn't decide to now try to kill Sunny. Sunny did all those awful things under the orders of his Baron. He probably doesn't remember all the people he's killed in Quinn's name. MK also knows that Sunny is hard to kill. Hopefully he will regain his gift to get out from under Widow's thumb and stop being manipulated.

Drying my thug tears after Untucked... Blair was a goner. I told y'all the Black queens are Lip Sync Assassins! It's going to be epic once 2 of them face off against each other. The Body panel was the best one. Proportionizing! Monet X Change is my fave. Snatch Game next week! These bitches better bring it.
