  1. I nominate Mike Wallace. He'd eviscerate Kody!
  2. Apparently, Kody has been attending Robyn Stella Adler Brown's Workshop of Fake Crying. His feigned emotion is about as convincing as hers. And reaching for the host's... hand? For a beat, I didn't know where his hand was going. He's clueless about professional parameters of physical contact. Or just ignores them because he's King Kody. And Meri's hair... what? how? Most importantly, why?
  3. LOL! I noticed that, too. What a cretin! I wonder if he hugs his business colleagues at gun shows. That would be about the same level of lack of professional etiquette.
  4. I was referring to Janelle, not Christine. As per the article posted above: Janelle admits that she realized she doesn’t have any assets for her children since everyone else in the family’s name is also on it. “I have gotten myself in a very stupid position as far as an independent woman. If I were to leave, or want to leave right now, I would have no estates. I have nothing to leave to my kids. My hands are completely tied ’cause everything I have asset-wise has everybody else’s name on it, too,” Janelle admits. As a a co-owner of property/properties, wouldn't she be entitled to liquidate her share, either by a sale of the property/properties or by the other owner/s buying her out?
  5. In a co-ownership contract, if she really wants out, wouldn't she be able to sue to force the sale of the property or to have the other co-owner/s buy her out?
  6. Oh, but let's all give it a try.😜 I'll start. Excrement.
  7. WOW! He is an emotionally abusive bully completely devoid of self-awareness. Every one of his remaining "wives" and every one of his children should be ready. As soon as they dare to fall out of lockstep with his demands, he'll unleash that same vitriol on them. Janelle, stop being a fool. He's utterly self-centered, cruel, entirely lacking in empathy, and possibly mentally unhinged. Don't let your daughter spend another day in his toxic shadow.
  8. Stockpiling food and supplies is an mandate of the Church of Latter Day Saints, and I believe Janelle grew up in that church. Church members do it individually, and the LDS Church does it corporately in storage facilities throughout the country.
  9. I think Meri should be very concerned about having someone/ones in her home who would drop six grand just to be in her presence. They couldn't possibly be right in the head. What would motivate someone to spend that kind of money unless they had an unhealthy fixation on her? I really think she's putting herself in a potentially dangerous situation. Sometimes obsessed fans do crazy things.
  10. After Janelle listens to Kodouche's confessionals from this episode, and hears his complete and utter self-centeredness and disregard for the wellbeing of all and any of the non-Robyn "wives" and kids, if she continues to perpetuate her part in this sham of a relationship, I will have zero respect for her. She's not a stupid woman. She did not grow up brainwashed by this wacky theology. She has not been cloistered from the rest of the world. She is not without options. What she is subjecting her daughter to is inexcusable. If she truly plans to live on that god forsaken plot of rat-infested dust in community with that pathetic excuse for a human being and his manipulative (and only) wife and partner, she is a fool without a shred of self-respect.
  11. And before the income generated by the tv show, supported and fed by the state.
  12. And if he had even the slightest desire to win Christine back and persuade her to give it one more chance, what better opportunity than several days together, away from the others, to show her that he wants to make it work. But his facial reaction said it all: I won't even consider it because you matter little to me.
  13. Yes! As though he was in the student lounge at the dorm, shooting the shit with his bros on a Sunday afternoon. That's about his maturity level, if even, so it's not too surprising. And Christine's perched straight as an arrow at full attention. A visual that represents their relationship. She gives (or gave) it her all, and he barely shows up to call it in.
  14. Negative references to snakes most likely have their origin in the Biblical story of the garden of Eden, where Satan appears in the form of a snake. Scapegoat also has a Biblical connection in that its origin is in the Hebrew tradition of sacrificing an animal, often a goat. Weasels are highly intelligent, so that won't work. They do kill more than they can eat, but they store the food for future consumption. Robyn would never be that resourceful - too much effort. How about a tick? Parasitic, get under your skin and give their hosts lots of pain. And their bodies blow up.
  15. Right! Could someone please explain to me his logic? Yeah, I know, that's a big ask. If I have a child/children with a man who I've never married, I leave that man, I sell whatever assets I shared with him, how in the world would a new boyfriend/husband gain access to my ex's money? If there's spousal support, which is doubtful as they've never been legally married, that would end if Christine married. If there's child support, which I hope there is, that would be designated for the child and would be a set monthly amount, very unlikely to be big bucks. How does Kody think this new man would gain access to Kody's riches, even if he has them?
  16. Maybe it's Robyn, who used her dark magic to be transmuted to a drapery, so she can hover over the two of them and instruct Kody telepathically what to say. We all know he hasn't had a thought of his own since she came on the scene. And of course, she chose the color Brown.
  17. Does he? I kind of think she's exactly what he deserves.
  18. I suspect even God finds them too boring to want to spend eternity with them.
  19. Though I confess to a morbid curiosity about these people, am I alone in finding them the dullest group that has ever graced reality television?
  20. I believe one is to drink one serving twice a day before meals, which gives the feeling of being full so that less is eaten at the meals. The very same thing could be accomplished cheaper and more healthily by drinking a glass of water and eating a carrot or two, or other fibrous vegetable. Like all the other gimmicks that have come before and will come after Plexus, the immutable truth is that there is no magic potion for attaining healthy and sustainable weight loss. She's wasting her money and possibly jeopardizing her health.
  21. As much as I'm loathe to side with Madame DuBrow, that's my understanding of the phrase, as well, for example, to be used in a discussion or meeting when it's time to move on from a particular topic, but to indicate the topic isn't being put permanently to rest. What I find notable, though, is that the debate over this phrase is infinitely more interesting than the women who are using (or misusing) the phrase.
  22. Comparing Kody to a Golden? How dare you, madam?!? 😲😲😲
  23. It gives "Join us in the parlor after the service for punch and fellowship" a compelling new dimension.
  24. That will be one massive tidal wave if they're ever released!
