  1. Wade Tillerson had like a geode type ball of something on his side table that looked like the same stuff the necklace is made of. When he called and said something was coming in the first episode.
  2. Anytime she appears on screen in anything (including this), I say "it's like with me and Joe." At first my husband didn't believe it was "the Joe girl" as he calls her. lol He had to concede.
  3. The show started losing me when she refused to consult a lawyer and went off with them in their cop car. Wealthy people just do.not.do.this. She hasn't consulted a lawyer about ANYTHING. I think most women would be scouring his phone, scouring their bank accounts, googling the shit out of all these people including her own husband, getting a lawyer or investigator to find out wtf has been going on with him. But she just floats around in a naive manner and puts herself in the hands of the cops. But I'm still kind of intrigued by the blonde friend, and various other aspects of the mystery. Maybe Grace acts like she does because she does have some kind of psychosis.
  4. I think he told Grace to keep the driver for herself, and he didn't use it. She kept mentioning it, so perhaps it was just to establish that Elena said she took the subway, and Johnathan just...left. So it's possible they were either together or he followed her. Which could all be a red herring. Or maybe the driver will tie back to whatever Grace did. It's Chekhov's driver!
  5. The opening credits feature little girl Grace, with Nicole actually singing Dream A Little Dream With Me. Seems relevant. And what does The Undoing mean? Is this Grace's undoing, of her mind? Or of her family of origin? I have not read or know a single thing about the book, but it's title is You Should Have Known, so that's also intriguing. Who should have known what? What is being undone? Also, there is one incongruous quick shot of little Grace looking from behind a curtain or something with blood dripping down it. Her dead dog story seemed weird and out of place. And a lie. Maybe that's also what she imagines about Johnathan As for affairs, I think Johnathan could be having the affair with Elena, but so could Grace's dad. He's the one paying all the money for the school, so maybe he's arranged the scholarship as well. And whoever is having the affair isn't necessarily the murderer.
  6. Yes, thank you. Besides being hopeless it was also stupid and nonsensical. Lose - lose. I'm glad they conducted research to discover people don't enjoy repeatedly watching heroes die humiliating deaths. I'm sure they'll get it right now. 🙄 Maybe they should take a peek at Tarantino's success, which is retconning history so that the BAD GUYS get the humiliating deaths.
  7. The AMC twitter acct for TWD happily posted about "Uncle Negan," literally, with a gif of him sitting next to the kid saying "I don't bite.". With plenty of positive comments under it. 😕
  8. This is why I can't believe they would also resurrect stupid Lucille and remind the viewers of that. I've never understood anything, really, about what they do with this revolting character.
  9. Someone wrote that, and they cast a boy to sit there and listen to it, and JDM said it to him, and the director and crew filmed it. And it's apparently not meant to be part of his villainy. While Hollywood is currently under a cloud of systemic sex abuse. Fuck this show. Not even going to bother reading about it now.
  10. I actually don't really care about fictional Negan. I have to give quite the side eye to the people making this show, though.
  11. So, if I have this correct, Negan's redemption arc consists of 1. Pedophile grooming talks with stranger's kids. 2. Bringing back Lucille.
  12. 😳WTAF? Who fucking wrote that scene? Also, JDM acts like he's on meth.
  13. In our case, it was at least short-lived, and my dad was never brainwashed to that extent. He was not a rah-rah person, luckily. And our family is quite bonded in our hate of Amway, so I guess God works in mysterious ways! 😄 My dad passed away a couple if years ago. I wish he could have seen this.
  14. I can tell you from experience that this scene was 100% accurate. My dad sold Amway and this was a constant battle in our house. And it was just like that, that wanting to use a normal brand of ANYTHING was a "lack of support" and commitment. What I remember most is the disgusting toothpaste that had moss in it. Moss! Agree!! Cody destroyed her life, and he doesn't care that it's all fake. He's all in even knowing it's a scam. Also, he was a complete idiot to give her that ring in the first place.
  15. ...where are they getting ice?? And how is this a good use of it?
  16. I know I'm a month behind these comments, but I am enjoying this show too. My dad sold Amway during this time period, when I was in high school, and one if the biggest fights we ever had was when he tried to force me to use Amway makeup. I did not! Lol I also love the vintage clothes they have Krystal wearing.
  17. OMG, this happened to our family too. I forgot all about it til now. 😆
  18. Her wide eyed self conscious acting is unbearable.
  19. Cuz someone saw Gone With The Wind too many times.
  20. No, they can only be led TO the group. Lol. Maybe they should have pits like Woodbury did?
  21. Wait, are y'all saying you aren't riveted by this content??
  22. Hey, that's kind of interesting!.......oh..never mind.
  23. I'm eating lunch, working, and reading this forum on my phone all at the same time, so forgive me for overstating the case. Lol. Seems like a reasonable prediction. I doubt they will kill off Michonne as I'm sure they want her to appear in RICK GRIMES THE MOVIES.
  24. Ok, to clarify, this was a PREDICTION from tvline.com, based on the actual fact that the show is reported to be sticking with the comic version of Negan's redemption. "PREDICTION: Season 10 will remain true to the comic books, at least in the way that it redeems Negan — a development that will allow the departing Danai Gurira’s Michonne to feel that she can safely pass the bat(on) of leadership to him as she pulls a Maggie and hits the road." So take that as you will.
  25. I'm sorry. I forgot to tell you to put your shittin' pants on for that announcement. 😝
