I sincerely do not at all blame Carly for cheating with Lorenzo. That whole situation was fucked and Sonny's fault. I think the difference between the BFF Jarly and any kind of actual affair would be the loss of trust and what kind of situation would lead to them being in that situation. Up until now Jason has been a rock, but not anything more, even if Carly sometimes wishes he was deep down. I would be interested in a situation where Jason is reaching for her, or so desperate to help her (as he's always been able to) that things get out of hand. I don't expect that, but it's a story I would watch every day, live and then on Hulu with popcorn and cocktails.

An actual affair between Carly and Jason. Or Carly and anyone at this point. All of their breakups and drama have been driven by Sonny doing something wrong. Except Carly going to the Feds, he has bombed their relationship each and every time. And yes, I think that Jarly is still on the table. As much as Jason has put the pin in that over the years, I believe it could happen. I believe it SHOULD happen at this point.

I used to like Bobbie, before she started spending all her time propping Carly and yelling at Julian for no damn reason. As far as I know, Julian had no damn idea about Lucas before he died/went into WSB witness protection, but Bobbie still treats him like he abandoned him and has no right to give a shit about Lucas at all. By that logic she should step the hell off Carly's life, but nope, that's not gonna happen.

I looked it up. Franco has been living with Liz and her kids since August of 2017, which was a year after they started dating. Frankly I'm surprised that they have been together so long. I feel like this might be the longest time that Liz has been with anyone at one time. The stint with Lucky where they got married the first time might be longer, but I'm not sure. ETA: no, Liz and Lucky were only together that time for a little over 2 years. Jesus.

I would be an avid fan if they did something new and different with Sonny and Carly.

I think Scout is a non-issue for FrankenDrew because he is fixated on the memories of Drew's life that he has. He knows, intellectually, that he is not Drew Cain, but those memories are what he's got. Anything after 2012 is not part of that, so not his business. Which, objectively, earlier than 2015 or so, Franco's memories are not worth having anyway, so they should just approach it as filling that gap. Though, I do look forward to someone explaining Franco and Drew's connection to him.

I mean, it would be entirely consistent for GH to finally write a complex story for Drew now that BM is gone and they can recast. And probably tease Dream when Jason pisses off Sam by putting Carly before his own family. Which he will do. It's only a matter of time

I can't believe that Lucky would just take Laura's word and shrug it off to go do some "adventure" or whatever. It bothers me. I shall fanwank that Lucky showed up as soon as his current thing was over and is helping the kids deal with this shit off screen.

Charlotte goes to public school because Lulu and Dante insisted. Joss, I think probably goes to public school because of all the issues and problems that both Kristina and Michael had as private high school students. That's a guess. I think Molly WANTED to go to public school. Morgan never went past elementary school outside of military school from what I remember. Emily went to public school as well, to be with Lucky and to maintain the kind of school life she was used to with Paige. Dillon went to public school because he wanted to, I think he had gone to private school in Europe with Tracy. Jason and AJ went to boarding school, I assume Ned did as well. Brooke Lynn went to public school in Brooklyn as well as PC. Writing wise, they obviously keep the teenagers to the same school for ease of storytelling. I can't imagine Drew, who just lost his son, abandoning his toddler daughter. It will piss me off and I'm glad I don't have twitter or facebook anymore or I would make an ass of myself.

Jason was actually side eyeing Sonny hiring Dev at the warehouse pretty hard. It's always nice to see when Jason isn't blindly following Sonny. It's so rare. Makes me miss the days when Jason hated Sonny as much as I do. Maxie's lack of faith in herself is a huge part of her character. She, like Kristina now, was a bit aimless for a long time. She settled on fashion because it interests her, but she still has very little faith in her own ability. That's consistent with her character. Lulu has never had that lack of self confidence, that defeatist mindset. I have no idea why the "bestest reporter ever" hasn't gone back to school to further her perceived awesome. And, no Monica, it wasn't "yesterday" for FrankenDrew, it was 11-12 years ago. His fixation is creepy.

Well shit, the stupid brain story is consistent after all. All the brain damage talk WAS from Faison about Jason being programmed. So, the transfer would have worked, in theory. That is the only time I would approve of an actor being unceremoniously fired to the the old actor back. All other instances have made me stabby. And I don't even LIKE Lulu, but JMB was way better.

I liked Little Men, but I thought Jo's Boys was laying it on a little thick. But, again, I was 10 when I read them. My greatest impression was that being an adult and having to compromise sucked monkey balls.

True, and it you look on the characters realisticly, Jo would not have fit the role that she would be expected to play as Laurie's wife, and I do think that he would have just assumed that she would adjust herself to it in time. Like, gender roles were a big deal still at that time. I think they would have really hated each other after a while. Jo fit much better into a more middle class world. Now, Laurie flat out told Amy that he was determined to marry a March sister, didn't really matter which one.... that doesn't really reflect well on him. He was probably being dramatic, but it was still not a good look. Amy... I don't know how well that worked out. As I recall they were both freaking insufferable by Little Men and Jo's Boys.

A day celebrating the long suffering parents of these asshole children would be nice. Mac, Laura, Alexis, Julian... and Ava in memory of the asshole that was Lauren "Kiki" Jerome, RIP.
