  1. They keep trying to fit a brunette into the cast and it just doesn't work. I am not a fan of JLH. There is no way I am going to buy her as whatever kind of agent they try and bring her in as - brilliant mind or kick ass rouge (those are the only two options right?) I might be slightly amused if she is a mommy character and has a few kids and a happy marriage so that JJ can't corner the market on that one anymore. But if not a mommy, please, please, please....do not even go there with her and Reid. Or her and anyone.
  2. Unless I missed an article somewhere down the line, Jim Bob and Michelle might be millionaires, but I sincerely doubt that Jill is "wealthy" herself. Is there a link to something that provides their financial status individually? TIA.
  3. I thought Jill said that while she liked Derick either way, she preferred the unshaven look which is probably why Derick looks like that (I tend to agree with her).
  4. They look so happy - congratulations to them. Her dress is lovely - such a relief after all of the "hospital gowns" that are paraded down the aisles lately (you know, where anyone on the guest list can be the bride's gyno or give her a mammogram). I hope they had a wonderful day and am glad that Derick's mom could be there, good health vibes to her for sure.
  5. I teared up at the song and the adorkable way the proposal came out - even Jill's "yes...totally". I was a little disheartened to see Derick's brother with a "date" in one of the photos they showed, I was hoping he could be for Jana. I felt so sad for her when it was her and Joy talking about the engagement "date" - she has to have some happiness for herself soon. Derick's mother seems like she will be a great influence on Jill as a role model, I did laugh when all we saw of the step-father was a rattling of a newspaper in the background. I really think he is not happy with the TV show part of this relationship. I really think that Jill's wedding is going to hit Jim Bob pretty hard, it's obvious that he loves his kids and he will have a hard time letting go of his girls. I'll bet we get a lot of tears at Jill's wedding from him.
  6. I am actually very angry at Kathie at the way she just seemed to throw Josh to the wolves with the moving out issue. Of course he was going to be blindsided. She was the one who created the toxic food envrionment that Josh was forced to grow up with as her "only" companion for 21 years. She created the world in which Josh was pretty much forced to be her whole world and her, his. He apparently was a live-in housekeeper as well as being a feeding partner. She didn't seem to have the intestinal fortitute to stand up to her dick of an ex-husband when he would tell Josh there was "no room" for him on trips with his new family and didn't seem to want to confront the dick when they were at his house either, in fact she seemed incredible weak with him. However, when she decided it was time to live alone, have fun, find some "Prince Charming" to screw, it was ... bye bye Josh, don't let the door hit you on the ass. She gave lip service to how shocked she was at his reaction but didn't seem to really give a shit now that her life was on track and she had a may-un in her life. What did she think he was going to do? A jig on his way to the local real estate office to find an apartment? And oh yeah, great idea to want him to find and furnish an apartment during a year-long process where he won't even be there for months at a time - great use of money. I really felt sorry for Josh and to have everyone all up his ass over candy and soda made me want to reach through the TV and slap Tammy Faye mommy, little chris and that....wife of his. Sorry, Powells, if your plan includes never ever having a Snickers and a Dr. Pepper again, the majority of your clients will fail. Maybe you should have been harder on mama who thought that because she had good man now, she could eat a few hundred more good meals - no issues were solved there I see. I hope Josh really does find himself and find a way to be happy - the best thing he can do is put them all in his rearview mirror and send cards on holidays.
  7. Hey loathsome threesome at the table - karma. I am now hoping for an Amy/Derek win.
  8. Only if he pinkie swears 13 times to retire for good after the season.
  9. After taking a break to watch the cuteness that is The Little Couple, I'm reluctantly tuning back in for the last hurrah for this season. I'm already over this one and ready for the next season. Let's get this over with.
  10. Oh ABC, you really suck at this, don't you? No intro, no build-up to Charlie and Meryl and yet we had to see whatever that was with NoNo again. I really wanted to see Charlie. I'm surprised Tom could contain himself and not mention again that Candace's freestyle was the lowest scored ever while his BFF Dancica's dance just keeps getting better and better.
  11. If I didn't know better, all this shade being thrown Candace's way would make me believe that she is actually going to win this thing.
  12. You are totally forgiven observer with that adorbs picture! Oh to the finale. The preshow was a bunch of crap with the Amy and Meryl love and oh yeah Candace too. And for the second time? Fuck you Tom. Enough with the humiliating Candace for her scores last night from the loathsome threesome. Oh Maks....was that really your last freestyle ever? Please let that be true. The weeping .... my goddess the weeping. It's ridiculous now. We all get it - you are a big ball of love and cotton candy and butterflies now shoot out of your ass.
  13. Mother of goddess observer! I was just about to eat. On the other hand, if I keep that photo nearby at meals, I just might lose a pound or thirty!
  14. I think the bigger reaction will be if anyone but M&M win. Me? I'm hoping Candace can pull it off just to see the judges faces after their mean spirited 8's last night. That would be priceless. I wonder if Val and Tony will hoist Maks up and parade him around like the hero leaving Meryl on the ground to be picked up by Derek and Mark the way it happened with Melissa in the All-Star season? You know, one of those 13 seasons that Maks didn't win. 13.
  15. I feel like with both Amy and Maks (because it's all about Maks and his 13 times losing) we have seen it already this season in spades - even though I found Amy's more likeable. I wish we had gotten something more from both of them. That is way I liked Candace's - she couldn't be more out of her element, but she tried and I thought James' did a great job on his freestyle when he could have gone the overwrought contemporary route with Peta in pasties and a thong. ETA: Sorry to see James go, he had a better shot of sneaking in a win against Amy and 13Times than Candace - but then...the judges went for blood with Candace tonight and I think if her fanbase rallied around her last week when everyone including Tom rolled the bus over her, you just never know....
