I just started watching this. I guess I was too young during the original run. I’m only 3/4 through the first season. But I have questions: —Does everyone at the “agency” enter through the same closet elevator thing? Neighbors never noticed tons of people entering that house? Or are there mysterious entrances all over Washington? —Amanda meets the spy that gave her the hideous ring through a car accident and then the very next episode, she meets someone else the same way. She’s not even wary or curious? —Whatever happened to her mostly unseen boyfriend Dean? He just disappeared and wasn’t mentioned (unless I missed it) when she met the spy that gave her the hideous ring. —What is Francine’s job? Besides the one where she had a lookalike spy, she doesn’t do anything. She’s pointless to me.

I get she was excited, but I would’ve made sure I was actually pregnant before telling someone some life changing news. Or say maybe I am, let’s test. I don’t get the whole “I took 5 tests but 2 were positive and the others weren’t so here’s some of them?” thing she did. Maybe that’s just me.

Lots of stuff to do. The weather hasn’t been to bad so they could do a zoo—Philly or Cape May. Please Touch Museum in Philly is pretty neat. Or since Layla is always walking around with a bag of chips, they could go to the Herrs Potato Chip Factory in SE PA.

I thought Zade got the treats since the pics were together. I always get my kids the litttle heart boxes of candy (like 4 pieces).

He got a second trial b/c the first one was overturned. They rules the letter was out b/c they couldn’t cross examine her. I think they need new laws on this type of stuff b/c she couldn’t be asked about it b/c she’s dead. Good on the 2nd jury for finding this creep guilty. Also I hate hypocrites—he didn’t like that she had an affair, put penises all over the place, & wouldn’t divorce her. But then later, he had an affair and I guess that was ok. Jerk.

I wonder if if was b/c the show was still on. Maybe in the contracts or something. After the show ended, wasn’t that when all of the now no/limited social media ones went all/mostly radio silent?

Yowza is right! The baby won’t even be in there for Iong. It also looks like one Carlin had for Zade so Katie should’ve just borrowed that one.

Overall I liked the movie and hey—Andrew Walker is always welcome. But they made the ex too nice and he and Goldy got along. I’ve read most of the books. I couldn’t remember most of the plots but the ex was a real jerk in the books, especially to Goldy. Also I didn’t realize this was the 2nd movie. The first one Curious Caterer: Dying For Chocolate will replay on Tues.

I personally won’t be surprised if we hear Jeffrey does something else whenever he gets out. I can’t seem to find a release date or how long he was supposed to be in prison but he was denied parole in Jan 2022.

I remember my grandma (originally from Alabama) coming to visit. I think I was 14-15 and she told me she had something to show me and I was old enough to see it. It was a pic of my great-grandmother in her coffin. IIRC she had passed recently but it was too far for us to go to the funeral. I was like “eu—gross” in my head and didn’t say too much. She then gave me a tea cup and saucer of my great grandmothers. I still have that.
