Really enjoying that the new writers are presenting different sides of various arguments and the drama it creates. Love everyone being called on their shit. See old writers, is it SO HARD!!! OMG with BLQ insinuating mob violence on Blaze's mom for wanting to keep Blaze's relationship a secret. That was so vile. I really loathe BLQ. The older men on this show are smoking the younger set. No offense gratuitously shirtless Cody, but I'll take Brennan, John, Gregory or Mac anyday!

Finally got around to watching Sunday's 2 hour episode which was listed as the new season's premiere. No murder, but that guy was piece of work. Couldn't remember if I'd ever seen the story before. Now this week looks like no episode Friday and a new one Sunday again.

If they Franco Heather and Laura lets her anywhere near Ace, this will be utterly ridiculous. Between Kevin and Laura, that is quite the family of killers. And Alexis better not end up representing Heather after she gutted her BFF.

What a busy day for Carly: praising Willow for breaking the law for Jason, undermining her daughter's resolve to stay away from her criminal ex, not helping with the lasagna, and trying to remember who Drew is.

Jake lighting into Jason!! 😍 👏 SBu continues to... act! The hot guy from the training academy puts Anna on notice that they all know she is soft on Sonny. (Jordan should think about tapping THAT -not Drew!) Maxie looked great today, hair and makeup! Are we going to have to change it to That Fantasic General Hospital?! 🤞 Almost negating all this goodness was the evil that must be mentioned, Diane's shiny gold wrap chain belt. Again.

Didn't we have two young brothers who were reconnecting and didn't seem to be taking the race all that seroiusy in the previous season as well? I think I liked them more though.

Unfortunately, Dante had gotten to the point where he was constantly looking out for Sonny, wanting to investigate things for Sonny, and filling Sonny in on police investigations, so Dex might be an upgrade!

Ugh. Every time producers try so hard to script a competition reality show so they are sure I will like it... I hate it! I will be shocked if this show sees another season.

Looks like Sam had an extra cup of coffee to take on Jason after all her stoic moping for Dante. Go Sam! This falling out is more believable than her thinking he shot Dante. Can't wait to see the Carly/Sam catfight that ensues when Carly finds out Sam is trying to keep Jason's kid away from "the best man she knows!!!!!"

Laura asks Curtis for his playlist! 😂 I really can't see them having the same taste in music. Hey I could be wrong and she and Kevin could be getting their groove on at home. Carly to John: "Jason is the best man I know, while you sir are an ammoral piece of shit corrupt FBI jerk who I shan't deign to let eat in my five star establishment!" I was so mad at him for apologizing to that delusional harpy.

How are some of these people not crushed by the weight of their own double standards and hypocrisy! I feel bad... but I had to FF'd Trina. Girl did go on.

FYI, if you usually avoid 20/20, they did the Ruby Franke case this week and did a good, thorough job with little sensationalizing. Lots of similarities to Lori Vallow.

Sounds like the middle kids have been brainwashed against Shari and the police by Kevin, Ruby and Jodi. Hopefully none of these kids will ever be subjected to the lot of them ever again. Hard to believe after perpetrating that kind of torture and abuse, Ruby will be out of prison in a couple years, with Jodi probably not far behind. I didn't buy that while in jail Ruby came to realize what she had done. If she truly had, as a mother, she would be utter inconsolable and unable to live with herself. I'm sure she thinks she will get out of jail and start a new "brand" as someone who overcame Jodi's manipulation and made mistakes but is now the best mother in the world!

Andrea's OTT smiling, giggles and enthusiasm over the fact that Egypt was a bartender was just embarrassing. To her brother: "OMG, so, like, she poured drinks, right beside you, at the bar!!!!!" 🙄

I hated all those "leaves" on the ceiling. I would feel like I was being eaten by some felty venus flytrap everyday. The boat was pretty random, and maybe a couple kids can get in and play. That is not going to go over well. And no way are they using that sail as a screen!

I was so bummed when they didn't go up in flames! Wow Duff still sounds stuffed up, poor thing.

Jason is all good with Danny helping a fugitive and lying to Sam, but Mikey says his hiding out is not working for him and Jason immediately turns himself in. 🙄 Why is Sasha such a terrible model, when the actress was a pretty big model in Sweden?! More importantly, why did Cody bop the horse on the head with each carrot before feeding it to him?! Are you supposed to do that? 🥕🐴

I can't believe Jeff let that insufferable buffoon go out a hero with swelling music, extended play sob story and a solemn torch snuffing. I think Jeff still thinks he's a talk show host bettering humanity by showcasing the power of the human spirit blah blah manifested through Survivor. In contrast, Survivor AU has minimal idols and twists, savvy players, two tribes, 47 days and still features individual questions from the jury. I eagerly awaited each new episode (and they have 3 a week!) I hope Jeff is watching.

Willow is no Nurse Jackie when it comes to stealing meds. Okay I may get pelted with rocks and garbage for this ...but I felt Drew and Nina had a bit of a Tracey/Hepburn sparring vibe going today that was more playful and almost flirty than the OTT rage of the last few months. They both seemed to be enjoying it. I might not be mad if this turned into attraction. Bonus if Carly and Sonny's heads explode.

Does John know Anna used to be in love with a mobster? I hope he and Anna do not get involved. She has had one too many "I was just seeing what I wanted to see" phases for my taste.

Feras was the clear winner of the final 3 (for me). Mark was on the wrong side of things too often, and did stuff that made his own alliance distrust him. Caroline was never in contention. As for Ray, I have never seen any player so happy to just be there to support another player in winning! Very entertaining season. And done without a bazillion idols and advantages and twists happening all the time. Just a few to keep it intertesting, but for the most part, tribals were about alliances and strategies. I fear US survivor will never be great again.

Dex: I want to report I almost murdered Cyrus on Sonny's orders. Oh, and Sonny is involved with Pikeman and illegal weapons dealing. Anna: Thanks but no thanks! And we never had this conversation. Okay, buh, bye! That's our Anna! How about immediately interrogate Dex properly about everything he did and knows. Get a team in place to follow up on leads generated by the interrogation and decide next steps. She doesn't know if Dex will change his mind or be killed after he leaves the room. So stupid! Having bitched about that, I watched every bit of the show today and it held my interest. The new writers must be doing something right, cuz I was almost rooting for Joss as she finally got a crumb of a clue about Jason. ... ...I SAID ALMOST!!!! 🤣

I like Diane too and hope these writers do her more justice. ...so to speak. 🤣 I remember my dad listening to old time radio programs of "Our Miss Brooks" and Eve's fiesty working woman character was a true original.
