  1. The only possible good thing that could come from the Francoing of Heather is if she becomes sane enough to finally brush her hair. ...But really, she needs a complete Ty-over.
  2. If they make John a bad guy my head will explode. He is the first rootable character to enter the scene in forever. Sounds like Jason is protecting Carly, so of course he will be hailed a hero for killing people for all the right reasons. Does Hallmark make a thank you card for that? Congratulations Willow,! You have checked bingo boxes "treated a mobster's gun shot wound", "committed crimes", and "allowed criminals and guns to hide out near where you live with your children" ....you are officially a mob moll!
  3. Doesn't matter if Jason is doing all this to protect his favorite mobster, or even if he's doing it for some greater purpose, he is still a piece of shit for dragging Danny into it. He should have given it up right there and then, not pressured his young son to get involved in his crimes and violence. His kids are better off without him. Okay, now I never thought I would say this.. EVER.. but for the slenderest of moments, when Drew was grilling Carly and calling out her all consuming Jason love, I was Team Drew!
  4. When Carly said "Wait outside until my lawyer gets here," I was like, OMG the show doesn't know how search warrants work! Then John goes "I don't think you know how search warrants work!" 😍😍 I forgot about that. That bridge is high enough to bungee off of and all of the these people are surviving jumping/falling off it! 🤣 Jason is still a wimp though, cuz Sonny had his bridge fall with him and still lived! Jason merely has a flesh wound.
  5. Maybe they will bring back RoHo as Jax. I seem to remember he had some chemistry with LW as Todd ..but that was a lot of RoHos ago, so it's a bit foggy.
  6. The case was new to me too. 48 Hours is very hit or miss. They almost always give away the entire case in the opening minutes, so there is zero suspense. And they often present an espisode like this right before the defendant goes to trial. Why not wait until April so so they can give us the conclusion?
  7. Tragic. This is why I always told my brothers to break up with a woman immediately if they have a crazy ex or weird shit starts happening. It is more common than one thinks. Doesn't often end in murder, but no one needs to suffer that over someone they just met. Also, Dateline is on to us and our fast-forwarding, cuz it looks like they no longer announce "coming up...." before commercials, which is when I hit the FF until the next segment. Now they just subtley blend it in! 😖
  8. Nothing turns Sonny on more than having some female comfort and absolve him after he's gotten (or nearly gotten) a loved one killed. Good thing Ava is just "helping Nina get her husband back." 🙄 Just make Jason and Carly end game and get it over with. At least SBu was able to squeeze out a single manly man tear for her and I will get the joy of watching Drew and Sonny's heads explode. Who do we want for John? I'm gonna say Liz or Alexis. Maybe Nina is on the list too, but she might be one toe over the drama line for him.
  9. I agree, very difficult brief. Ironically, I like the crop of her painting shown in the review better than the whole.
  10. "They either have something on him or Jason is working against Sonny!!" Um, yeah, like there hasn't been brain implantations, memory fuckery, look alikes, twinning shennanigans, and massive amounts of brainwashing that these people are well aware of. I hope to god they make it more compelling than a redux of that. Or that he is just working with the enemy in order to protect Sonny. ...but not gonna wait on the edge of my seat for that.
  11. Nancy did not look like spring. 😬 I wish they had spent the money they saved by not having the beloved Baker's Cam 🙄 and hired a better stylist and make up artist for her. She was downright garrish, and I know she can look so much better. ...Oh, and there were cakes! 🤣😇
  12. Noooo! Fucking Nigel! They couldn't get anyone else?! There are so many talented and well spoken alumni. I know the premier didn't do great in the ratings, but I'm hoping that the popularity of DWTS last season will give SYTYCD a bit of a boost.
  13. Okay, Anna might be dead to me. She tells Chase it's okay to give her an update on Dante's shooting while Sonny is standing there, then she stands up for Sonny when Olivia goes off on him, literally stepping between Liv and Sonny to assert that Dante was simply shot in the line of duty. I guess yesterday's disgust was fleeting, cuz today she had boo boo tears for Sonny. The way they kept zooming in on Dante, I thought for sure he was going to go into the light and see Lulu. That would be fun, but unlike Mike, Curtis, Sonny and a great host of others, I do not want Dante to cross over.
  14. It would have been absolutely epic if Raymond had voted out Feris or Kirby. That would have made him a legend. I wonder why he didn't go for it. Doesn't he see that they will get rid of him whenever it suits them. Especially now that he is making moves. I don't get why he was so keen on Val as some huge threat when he had the opportunity for a mike drop moment taking out one of the top dogs. I don't have way to watch Jury Villa. 😞
  15. Rage at Sonny telling John about his powerlessness with Deke, and how that made him uniquely qualified to relate to Karen and know what she needed. I'm sure he did see her pain ...but only used it to prey on her so he could feel powerful. I really hope the tears in Anna's eyes listening to John were because she was realizing how deluded she has let herself become about Sonny. ...but then the woman sobs at dog food commercials these days, so who knows!
  16. I did not know they were doing this new style of auditions and was like, wow, these are the most curated, staged, scripted auditions ever! Seems like kind of a "The Voice" format when we have to see them at home and learn the saddest/most challenging thing about their life immediately. I hate that. Having said that, so glad the show is back, and Jojo is nowhere to be seen. WTF with that 30 second tribute to Twitch. They could have shown some of his amazing dancing highlights in different styles!
  17. I froze the letter every time they showed it and was able to read quite a bit. She was definitely trying to get the mother to probe the brother to see if he would be willing to come forth with a made up story that she was providing about the husband and drugs and Mexico. She probably never sent it cuz she knew they would not do it.
  18. Bummed Steven is out! But what on earth was he thinkng with those sad, tiny flowers and then using the muted color. Hope one of the underdogs pulls off a real showstopper and takes the win!
  19. Soooo, Maxie generously forgives Brooklyn for totally fucking over Deception and BLQ promises Maxie that she is only running the company to trick Tracey, get control, and give it back to Maxie. But now BLQ changes her mind and betrays Maxie again by coming clean to Tracey, agreeing to run Deception for a few years when she will decide IF that's enough for her and she still wants to go off and persue her dream job in music. (What a Princess!) And Tracy, should that happen, says she'll SELL her shares back to Maxie and Sasha. Yes, of course, Anna is not playing any favorites with Sonny, excepting she hauls Ms. Wu and her bodyguard to the station for questioning, while she chats casually with Sonny. Then she has the gall to say to Sonny: "Now if I catch wind you are engaged in criminal activity, I will come after you." Um, Anna dear, he is a MOBSTER and IS ALWAYS engaged in criminal activity. Ugh. In real life, the cops would have probably shot Sonny and Ava when they pulled out guns when the shot rang out!
  20. I haven't been a big fan of hers, but thought Monica won it on the day. I enjoyed the sketches she was making during her trip and the way she spoke about what she wanted the commissioned work to be. Her submission was good, and I was fully prepared to love the final piece ...but then I didn't like it. It was too much cloud and swath of land with bits of things on it. I thought maybe the big, sparse landscape was so different from her crowded, hyper-detailed style that she will need some time to evolve.
  21. By the end it seemed like his parents were resigned to his guilt. They mostly expressed sadness for themselves and Christian's family. I wonder if Erika feels guilty. She should't, but it would be hard not to go there.
  22. It's like Dateline thinks we only care about these big splashy headline making cases. Often times the lesser known and more subtle cases, where the people are just seemingly everyday people, are even more fascinating to me because it's like those people could be my neighbors.
  23. Smug, Sonny-apologist Anna is almost as annoying as weepy, sad sack Anna. "Yes, he is a mobster, killer, crook, but you are not taking the whole measure of the man. He is also pals with my daughter." Glad they are making Jake the good brother and Danny the fuck up. See Sam, that is what happens when you park your kids at the Q Daycare for Neglected Children.
  24. Joss: Sonny is a criminal! He is vile and evil and I hate him and will never forgive him. ... ...That was Michael, you need to come back to Port Charles to protect Sonny!!
  25. Michael referring to Sonny as a "gangster" to Dante. 🤣 I mean, it's true, but he's been milquetoast mobby Magoo lately.
