How funny they got the comment from here. Maybe that is where Jake got that he is a whiner. On The Bait, he said his baby was not a whiner like him and that everyones thinks he is a whiner.

Have only watched The Bait, recorded DC. Andy really went off on Jonathan about how he handled the crazy guy. I think his approach was better than Andy's idea of tying him up and risking being sued. I am beginning to like Jon more and Andy, not so much.

My guide shows new episodes tonight but they are repeats.

After the new show last week, I watched the old episode of Eileen and Judy. I had not seen it before. WTH is wrong with E's husband, he is a fireman but lives in a house that is a fire trap and he puts up with a wife that is mean to their kids and him. He even admitted she had some mental problems but he continued to support her and allowed her to berate their sons. She was so horrible. I was glad to see that APS was involved. I wonder if they are still together.

In the Duggar special Josh said that mom took care of the food in part so dad should take care of the diaper changing. Not sure if he said this to Jill or Jessa and Ben. He said he helped with the diapers. I think the younger generation of men are more likely to think that way. I was a little reluctant to post anything about Josh here (wrong thread/topic) but wanted to point out men changing diapers in the Duggar family is not totally foreign.

I asked Dr. Green about the son-in-law on her FB page. She said he was a new guy, so the daughter did not take long to move on. She and Ruthann really need therapy but from the update notes it looked like only the granddaughter is getting any follow up.

[snip] You can have a beard and not be dirty. I also don't like people saying he is depressed (that is an actual clinical diagnosis) and unless you are a licensed professional and have met with him you should not say he is depressed. Many of the men in my family were hairy and they were not depressed or dirty. [snip] He is a father reading to his son and that is a good thing.

I like Derick and I think he is good for Jill. I think they will take baby steps away from the Duggar mentality. He will not put her family down and run from them because she loves her family and he probably does as well. I think Iz stands a good chance of going to college and even becoming Pistol Pete.

The Lonely Js Club: James, Jackson & Johannah

I am optimistic that a few of the kids will take a different path, maybe just slightly different but it is a start. Marjorie seems to have a lot of respect for her parents so even though she is probably enjoying the attention of being in a Duggar courtship I think she will continue to follow more her parents guidance so I don't see her giving up pants or theater. Everyone keeps going on about Derrick drinking the kool aide but I think he is being respectful of his wife's beliefs but he still is tied to his own family and I think he wants his kids to have an education like he had and the fun experience of Pistol Pete too. Things won't change instantly for any of these couples but they will change, some a lot some just a little. -
OK, that back story about her daughter was enough to make me hoard, no I think I will drink instead. The poor granddaughter, I wonder if she knew the whole story about parents and Ruthann. I could not figure out who the son in law was. Had her daughter remarried already? You know her house is probably worse now than it was before since she is not doing any of the follow up. It was good to see that her granddaughter was getting some therapy.

I am confused, Intervention was not on Sunday (or did I miss it?) However it says there is a new one on LMN tonight at 9. On A&E it says new episodes will be back in July.

I miss seeing the kids (don't judge me) ;) -
OK that is now 4 families from Ohio on so far. Go Bucks! ;) I am afraid they come for me next. I am glad Matt got the family with the little kids because he was really pushing them. Boy did they look familiar to me. It just said Ohio and no city, looked my city, Columbus. Maybe they just have those faces that look familiar to everyone. I am sure they did not want CPS to know what city they were in. Yama was much easier than most hoarders. So she gets her hoard cleaned out and then she is pregnant. Umm, maybe I will do a whole house clear out if it would get me some action.

Here is the original story. http://nationalreport.net/duggarlifetimemovie/ I was tipped off by the news header that was running some other crazy stories. Then saw at the end of the article it was from the National Report.

What is going on with that? I have noticed it on several cable shows lately. I was beginning to wonder if there was something wrong with my TV sound system. It is really bad on A Haunting (most recently on Destination America but also has been on others). I have to rewind often to try to make out what people are saying as the music is blaring.

Josh & Anna Smuggar: A Series of Unfortunate Events

Huh? Where are they getting this. I have not seen it anywhere else. Not believing this until a more reputable source verifies. -
It made me happy to see a baby Israel picture. All the negative in this forum as of late is just too much for me to wade through. I hope he does grow up to carry on the Pistol Pete tradition. Glad the comments are positive on her instagram. Maybe they will come out of their Duggar bunker.

Don't be too hard on Jessa for appearing cold. I act that way too. The most important thing to me is to be strong and in the worst situations, I am very calm and cool. I cry in private. As to sounding rehearsed, I am sure they have talked about it over and over between them as well as with their parents. Retelling their recollections so maybe there stories sound the same because that is their recollection. People keep saying they contradict the police report, I don't want to reread that as it feels too invasive, but my recollection is they say they were asleep and were told they were touched.

I feel bad that anyone who doesn't say what the public wants them to say is wrong, coached, brainwashed. I am going to believe them for what they said. If they put it past them I believe them. If they forgave, I believe them. They don't have to prove that to anyone. They did touch on the underclothes incident but said it was so subtle they didn't really understand what happened. Jill also said she could not speak for the other victims or tell their story. Jessa did say she knew the other victims had forgiven Josh. Josh needs to speak for himself instead of letting his family bear that burden. I still don't like their cult like religion or their judgement of others but I don't hate them and hope all the family learn from this.

I thought the same thing about CPS. Also that her father did not send in CPS and take his daughter earlier. Though I am glad he went with his kids to help with Kimberly's hoard. It was good to see the follow up that she is continuing to keep her apartment neat. I can't believe her neighbors in the building did not turn her in. Her place had so much trash, all those drink cups, it had to stink. Joyce and her husband, crazy. Surprised they are still together (even as roommates). It was good to see the regular format and familiar faces.

I hope to not get blasted but I think Joe Q Christian public will be ok with this interview and their reasoning. I am not anti Christian and am a single, liberal woman. I did read all the police reports and in fact the sleeping victims did say they didn't know except the sitter on the couch woke up thinking he was taking her covers as did one of the sleeping victims. The under the clothes was when when the very young victim was on his lap and another in the laundry room. One of the sisters told on him for the book reading incident. So yes he did confess to all the others (that we know of) and was told on for the one. I also agree it is awful that In Touch published the report and the victims/survivors had no control. The preview with Jill broke my heart. I am so sorry for her and the other victims/survivors. I also would never criticize any of the family for hunkering down and defending one another from what the feel are attacks. My family would do the same and actually I can imagine many families would also try to fix their issues themselves rather than getting outsiders involved. However they really flubbed it up. Again not defending their actions but I don't think they ever said they took Josh to a friend who was a State police, that was all supposition that they were friends. It is a small town where everyone knows everyone. I fault them they tried to deal with it themselves and failed and that they first turned to their (my opinion awful church) and did not immediately go to law and real professional help. They say they got real help, which I think was a requirement after the police report who got CPS involved. I hate the whole Gothard thing and hope that the family will find its way out but going after them will only make them double down. This is a teaching moment, hope someone benefits.
