Is her makeup line really that spectacular and unique to make her the youngest billionaire ever? I have never even seen it, is it something you can buy in stores or is it online order only? I was flipping channels tonight and hit E! just as they were getting ready for the Met Gala. I wonder if when she has her makeup artist doing her makeup if they use her brand? She honestly looks like a 40-45 year old woman. I have a 14 year old niece. I don't remember what our discussion was but the fact that Ellen is older than me came up. Niece Tostandon says "Really?!, she looks so much younger, she must really take good care of herself! I thought she was younger than mom!" (Who is in her mid 40's). I told her if mom & I had professional makeup artists doing our makeup everyday, we'd look more amazing than Ellen! I then found a picture of Ellen with no make up. She was shocked and said I looked much better without makeup than Ellen! I asked her then if she was impressed with the Kardashians. She told me she thought all of them were fake looking. Good Girl!

Mr. Tostandon gets home from work shortly before Survivor starts. He tries not to start the show until I am sitting down (we eat dinner in the living room on Survivor night). Since it was a 2 hour episode last night and he has to be back at work at 4am, I told him to go ahead and start it and I could hear from the kitchen, which aggravates him, he says I'm going to miss something important. I popped in when it said Production stepped in and talked to the group and Dan. What I missed though, was Missy and Elizabeth using this to take the target off of themselves and put it on Dan. From what I had seen, I thought Janet was taking the position that it was up to her to resolve this issue in her own. I read an interview with Jeff this morning where he detailed everything. Where I originally was thinking that Janet approached them and was putting words in Elizabeth and Missy's mouths, I now know they approached her and did express fear of Dan. My heart goes out to Janet. She was in a very awkward position and did what she thought was right. I will need to go back and rewatch the few minutes I missed. Now, I'm as angry as the rest of you! ETA: My back still hurts just from watching the challenge where they had to keep the 3 balls from rolling off. . That's an awkward position to have to stand in.

Just watched the dude ranch episode. What did they do, rent out the whole ranch? When they were doing the western dancing, it was just them. I thought I saw another guest then realized it was the women they brought to babysit. When they did Adam's birthday cake, they were in a room set up with several separate tables like a dining room but they were the only ones there. I am torn about the one little girl who gets nervous. I am probably in the minority here but the way she acted regarding the horse was more like a 2 year old, not a 4 year old. Then Adam carrying her around like she is a toddler. I remember being 4. I never remember my parents carrying me around like a toddler. Just my opinion, but it was almost like Adam created and added to her fear. They should have asked if she wanted to ride, once she starts crying in fear, say "ok, you don't have to", don't try to force her. I really dislike these people the more I watch them. They sat outdoors talking while everyone else took their kids in and got them ready for bed?

All Episodes Talk: Let’s Talk About Dr Phil the Show
alegtostandon replied to Lola16's topic in Dr. Phil
I just watched the episode. I knew nothing of this story but did see the movie they were referring to. I am really torn. How did an 8 year old survive by herself in an apartment for a year? Why did Dr. Phil not utilize any of his many resources to do more research? How did the previous family get a judge to legally change her age? What about the first family that gave her up? How was the birth mother located if all adoption records are sealed (per Google)? Envision Ukraine Orphan Girl being of normal height, etc and I see an adult, not a teen. One last question: as a new viewer to Dr. Phil, why does his wife look like a totally different person than she does in the earlier episodes? -
I had watched a movie about the Dionne quints several years ago, Beau Bridges played the doctor. At the time, I asked my mom, who was about the same age, if she remembered the controversy. She said all she really remembered was having the Dionne quint dolls. I have always thought this show is no different than what happened to the Dionne quints, just the 21st century version. We lived in Houston 1964-1966. My sister's birthday is Sept 18. She had to wait until the following year to start kindergarten. When we moved back to Chicago, she was a year behind other kids her age.

When my stepdaughter was 18, she ran off and married a much older man (30) who had full custody of his 2 sons, ages 4 and 6. The 4 year old was still in diapers. My stepdaughter would show up at our house with a diaper bag like he was a baby. I think she liked playing "house". The 4 yr old would run into the room & stand with his legs spread & say "I need a diaper change". She & the man asked us to watch them for a weekend. I told the 4 year old if he was old enough to know he needed a diaper change, he was old enough to use the toilet. I bought pullups & told him to let me know before he had to potty, if he didn't and messed in his pullups, he'd have to change them himself. By the end of the weekend, he was using the toilet. Stepdaughter and Man were divorced a month later. I have not followed this show in years, I don't know the names of all of the kids. There was TH's with 2 boys, probably around 12 years old, one had a "J" name, I think the other was Tyler. Who does he belong to? I cannot believe Ben & Wife are still living in that tiny house, everyone else seems to have a decent size home. I would think they would want to build more than a deck off the master bedroom.

For some reason, at the beginning of the episode, I was thinking about Percy and the way she and LaSalle called each other "City Mouse" and "Country Mouse". Fighting with a cold, I fell asleep pretty early into the episode and woke up right before the end to Mr. Tostandon telling me "LaSalle was killed". I had to reverse the show to see for myself. Like others have said, I expected it to be one of Pride's dreams. Why couldn't it have been Gregorio who left?

Is that Blake in front of Adam? It looks like a much older person. We all know the moment they do a marriage vow renewal, they're heading for divorce!

I remember reading an interview with Dawn Lyn a few years ago, she said she was always embarrassed at having to act like a toddler and ther reason they wanted her to wear those short dresses with her panties showing was to make her seem younger than she was. She really got on my nerves when I was a kid, hated her ugly puppet doll. As an adult, I kind of feel sorry for her. From what ther interview said, she was the main breadwinner for her family till her brother made it. That had to be a lot of pressure for a little girl

S03.E13: Against All Odds/S03.E14: Tell All
alegtostandon replied to Drogo's topic in 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days
I guess what bothered me about Avery & Tim giving Jessie the 3rd degree is, what business is it of theirs. They kept questioning him as to why he was there. Did they think he was driving past the TLC studio and thought, "hmmmm, maybe I'll drop in and see what's going on.". It was, though, a very civil conversation until Big Bulky Ang barged in, swinging her weight around. Thank God she cleaned all of the garbage out of her "boob pockets" otherwise they would be flying. I totally agree about Darcey. Her dress did not fit her right, and she could barely walk. Why cannot she just wear a pair of jeans? Ang, you are actually worse. For some reason, she thinks people actually cares what her uneducated mind is thinking. I know nothing about dating apps, I wonder if when Caesar said he sent $40,000., if he actually meant 40,000 credits? -

I thought Caesar was looking for a way to escape! Everyone questioning why Jessie was there, I imagine TLC invited him. Big Ang should be nice to Avery... she's within egg donor age... Ang may get desperate! Ang outside chain smoking with Tom... now saying she started that fight in defense of Tom. Her old stand by to excuse her unacceptable behavior..."I apologize for my actions but not for what I said." -

I thought the fact that Darcey was not aware if the 2 previous engagements & Tom saying "you never asked" prove Sister Tom's point that Darcey had no interest in getting to "know" Tom. I would have loved it if Tim would have said "it is freaky for him to put your 10 year old over filtered unrecognizable photo on XXXX- Large tshirt!". I wonder if Sister Zied had to pay for the ring because the store would not accept Rebecca's credit card. Oh, you know she has more Caesar's she is scamming! I'm sure TLC had to fork out quite a bit of money to get her to agree to be on camera & blow her US cover. Just watched a bit of Part 2...Big Ang has appointed herself the TLC hostess.... bringing Jessie in to introduce him around, feeling it's her responsibility to defend him. What a crazy bitch! Could not believe when she said: "I never seen no Muslim treat their elder with no respect!" -
I totally agree with you. My grandson went from kindergarten right to second grade. I fought it, sure enough, as he got older, it was more difficult to keep up. All of his friends are older, at 14, he thought he should be driving because his classmates were. He just graduated from high school at 16 and has the maturity level of a 16 year old. I do not pay enough attention to this show to know if the girl who was "moved up" would now continue to be a year ahead of the other girls?

I have brought up the nose picking a few times. I know there are things that small kids do but it is up to parents to teach what is and is not socially acceptable. I read the above article and this is basically what it's saying... do it in private. I have never seen the parents prompt the kids to go grab a tissue, to wash their hands or say 'if you need to pick your nose and eat it, go into the bathroom.' It's probably going to take other kids teasing them to get them to stop. There are just some things you don't do in front of other people. Picking your nose and eating it is one of those things. By no means am I wanting to see these kids being like the Duggars, but when there are 6 kids within the same age range, there has to be order. A chore wheel is just a very small start. The uncle is no help, he's just like having an additional child. I like listening to the girls having fun and chattering. I love seeing their smiles. Hazel seems to be growing into her face, which I figured would happen as she got a bit older. If you look at her in the family picture at the beginning of the show, she has a beautiful smile. When she was doing the video for Mother's Day, her little voice was adorable, she seems to be the only one with a Texas drawl.

S01.E21: Tell-All Part 1/S01.E22: Tell-All Part 2

I think I read somewhere that he's her adopted brother. I have no idea if it was a true adoption or she just says that. I know this woman who refers to people she's friends with as her adopted sister, adopted son, adopted grandkids. -

Yes, that's a program, probably based on the 12 steps of AA, for the gambler. Al-Anon is for the families of alcoholics. We work the same 12 steps as AA, to get lives on track. We are there to work on ourselves, not on the alcoholic. Tiffany needs a support program for families of gambling addicts. She needs to be able to talk with someone who has been in her shoes, to be able to break away from the trust issues, realize that she has no control over Ronald. Taking control of his ATM card or making him screenshot his banking transactions is not going to stop him, he'll find a way around it or if the urge is strong enough, will say 'screw it, she doesn't trust me anyway. '. Mr. Tostandon was in a 31 day treatment program. I had sessions that I was required to attend on my own 3 days a week, in addition to the ones we did together. After the 31 days impatient, we had a year of weekly after care, in addition to AA/Al-Anon meetings. -

It looked as if she took the 2nd dress from the right and cut it after the first ruffle, leaving the netting so that we could all see her thigh tats. So, Deaven did not have sex for 2 years till some random Korean she met online comes into town & they go straight from the airport to a pay by the hour motel. And because of his Super Sperm, she ends up pregnant. What concerns me is that there was no protection used. Like I use to tell my step daughter, a pregnancy lasts 9 months, HIV lasts a lifetime. I have no words for Jenny & Submit. Even if he has really started divorce proceedings, which I highly doubt, and she moves back to India, it's going to be a totally different relationship. She will no longer be the forbidden fruit. Why was he not asked if there are kids involved. I cannot tell if Ronald has an issue with alcohol. He claims the only addiction he has is gambling but said he's trying to stop drinking now. Does the alcohol trigger his desire to gamble? Mr. Tostandon, who has been sober & very involved in AA for over 30 years, always says "I did not get in trouble everytime I drank, but everytime I got in trouble, I'd been drinking." I do not know if there is an equivalent to Al-Anon for the families of gambling addicts. I cannot believe the Wellness Center he was in did not recommend some type of program for Tiffany. It will be interesting to see if he does end up getting a Visa & moving to US. ETA: those dresses Tiffany wears look horrible on her! -
Was just thinking about this. A few episodes ago when Submit came back from visiting his "parents", while he was getting a street shave, Jenny lectured him about leaving her alone and said she felt like a mistress or a kept woman. How ironic that she would say that!

Oh, Caesar! Either this guy is doing this for the cameras or there is something seriously wrong with him. Now, the beautifully feminine Maria with the altered male voice wants to meet in Cuba. Another 2 RT airline tickets, hotel room, fancy dinners and, of course, new chocolate panties and shling swing. I somehow missed the segment with Rebecca & Zied. Her family has to be embarrassed of her sitting there begging him. -

I've have only watched up to Mangela's and Mikeeeel's party (so funny, I'd type 'party' & my phone kept trying to change it to 'ovary'). All I'll say at this point about them is Mangela looks older than Mikeeeel's mom. My older sister married a man 22 years older, which made him 1 year younger than my mom. Mom said "no way are you calling me your mother in law!" It just sounded ridiculous with Mangela running up to her "mama! Guess what, Mama, I have a beautiful uterus!" Mama's probably thinking "bitch, you're the same age as me, no way in hell would I have a baby!" Just a couple more quick comments: No way was that a real house key. And, Tom kept saying "I've fallen in love with you!". Why? How? What in these past 2 weeks were so amazing, you fell head over heels in love with the sloppy drunk, constant crying, slut dressing mess of a woman. Akeena's dad would rather Ben pay him all of the money he's forked out to raise his daughter, not caring that he has a child to support in addition to a wife now! Avery is use to getting her way with her tears. Won't work here. It's funny, she's been saying all season that she's not afraid to move to Syria, now she's crying that she's afraid for him to stay there. She obviously never thought about checking the immigration process before quitting her job to marry this guy. -
I watched the 4th episode and found the characters intriguing so went back to watch the first 3 episodes. I really like it and find the kids to be fun. There are 4 of us kids in my family, first 3, all girls, I'm the middle, older sister is 2 years older, younger sister is 2 years younger, then my brother came along when I was 8. We always lived in large homes with a minimum of 4 bedrooms. Until us girls were in our teens, we always shared a bedroom. I thought her "office" was like a garage. I remember her saying something about it being cold in there. She did have a mini fridge stocked with those small cans of margaritas, also had some in the home fridge. I have only seen the pilot and the 4th episode but plan in continuing to watch.

Agree with those who say Dean & Tarik need to be the hosts for the Tell-Not-All... That sandwich Loren and Alexi (not sure if I havea the names right, the tall guy from Israel & wife) were eating looked delicious! Wonder if she made it or had it delivered. I went to the store this morning & bought stuff to make my own. -

Was it ever said how long Laura had been in Florida before marrying Aladin? What type of work did she do? I just watched the first 20 minutes before falling asleep. Laura was crying at ther beginning before they started recording how she missed Aladin and wished he was there, all of the other couples were having so much fun together. The only "couple" was Jihoon and Deavin. I noticed immediately Evilyn was not wearing her ring.
