  1. Except that the graphics they used to show Robin's death appeared to show his soul actually disintegrating, which confirmed what Hades said would happen.
  2. So will the Rumbelle baby be named Baelfire? What do you think? Three for three on the awkward baby-naming trend?
  3. The Evil Queen would have had absolutely no problem using Henry against Regina, Rumpelstiltskin, Emma and Snowing. You can't convince me otherwise! Also, chalk me up as someone else who thought the whole savior role related to Emma's role in breaking the Dark Curse specifically. That was how it was presented originally, but it's now a thing with other realms too? I'm interested to see where it goes. So this is probably going to be another role....a light version of the Dark One, perhaps?
  4. There's a difference between being mean and giving valid criticism.
  5. Reminds me of Robin's quote about the sonogram being a picture of "up inside Zelena." My reaction is the same as Hook's..."Whoa, mate!"
  6. I wondered how long that would take! I'm not sure what he hoped to accomplish. I thought it might be a tactic to quash some of the vitriol.
  7. Yeah, no kidding! That's why I often could care less about some of these characters. I need to get to know them first. The same thing goes for couples. I can't get into an insta-romance because I can't feel much for the characters together if I haven't seen that emotional journey. I would love it if they would slow things down and whittle down the cast and limit the number of guest stars each season. More isn't always better. There are a lot of things going on, but it all feels too shallow. I love this quote from the article, too: "But the problem now is it has this core of actually beloved characters and a lot of side characters. So it’s mostly offing these side characters. To me, it feels like the show is too fearful of killing off a big character except as some special event."
  8. Hey, this board got it right! That is part of their process :)
  9. But if they had developed it, that hostility could have been a great platform for some sparks between them. I really wish they had fleshed out that relationship, and the missing year would have been perfect for that. I ended up feeling like Robin Hood was just an afterthought.
  10. I think they're having to draw out these milestone "firsts" for the couple because they just aren't going to get their definitive happy ending until the series end. So you get all these emotional separation (Emma and her walls) and actual physical separation between the characters. However, I would like to see another CS adventure together because they are just so much fun.
  11. I just found this one! It's so good. http://archiveofourown.org/works/6638074/chapters/15186484
  12. Yes, but he did date his daughter :)
  13. Yes, I've seen pictures with all sorts of props and it is great that the actors are willing to play along with that. However, that can take up a bit of time (more than your standard picture pose) and should probably be scrutinised before they get in front of the camera.
  14. I think it was definitely set up to look like it could be a proposal. Heck, I was spoiled and when I saw the episode I held my breath a bit before she said the ILY. Especially with that wedding dress in the middle of the shot, it was a plausible conclusion. Still, disappointment doesn't give anyone the right to bad behavior or temper tantrums on the Internet. I must have all the right people blocked, since I usually hear about this stuff after the fact.
  15. I knew a couple who had set up their potted plants to be watered on their covered porch by hanging a soaker hose along the ceiling and letting the water drip down on the plants. The water can be put on a timer.
  16. Isn't that the end point of all their theories?
  17. But, it was so predictable! I agree, there's nothing to look forward to as far as the other main characters are concerned. We're going to get a bunch of new characters and the EQ taking up a lot of screen time, it would seem. The heroes will react to that....with bad planning and execution. Regina will save the day (again) by defeating the EQ in some way....probably by reabsorbing her as has been speculated. Hook will claim that Emma did it. As the Author, Henry may be kept pretty busy with these untold stories. We can speculate about splitting personalities, but we've already gotten Dark Hook and Emma. But you know, I would really love to see Villain Hook's reaction to Deckhand Hook.
  18. Robert Downey's Sherlock Holmes films have struck me as steampunk-ish too. I found an article: http://steampunkchicago.com/articles/the-steampunk-in-sherlock-holmes-film/
  19. I'm pretty sure I first saw the term when looking into cosplay. Also in relation to fiction/fanfiction.
  20. Totally agree. It was the focal point of the shot!
  21. At least she didn't tell Hook she wished he was dead. /Neal
  22. Could it also be that they plan to tell some of the stories over past seasons that were never told? I don't think it'll happen, but I'd love to see the story of how Hook outran the curse to get back to Emma. Or of how Mulan and Aurora rescued Prince Philip? I'm pretty sure Mal and Lily will make an appearance.
  23. I wonder if at some point next season, they will have the EQ pose as Regina? I mean that dress sort of sticks out in Storybrooke. I too, would love to see the characters all split next season. Does that mean Charming would become.....James? :) My thoughts exactly!
