  1. And at the time, Zelena was disguised as Robin's wife....who she had killed back in S3. It was just so wrong. The reveal made me laugh though. It was so soap opera.
  2. I'm saving up all the episodes after 7x02. I don't know if I'll ever actually watch them. I can't believe they tripled down on the dubious consent scenario. I'm seeing a lot of angry Twitter posts. I understand that the character is supposed to be an evil siren, yes. But the same device was used with Regina/Graham and Zelena/Robin, and it was basically swept under the carpet. Emma/Neal was statutory rape and it didn't help that MRJ seemed so much older than Emma. It's just gross, and it isn't portrayed as wrong or harmful.
  3. I found a good one! https://archiveofourown.org/works/12516680/chapters/28499100
  4. I feel bad too, but I don't know if I will be watching anymore shows run by this pair. Too little character moments v plot and too little payoff.
  5. White knight complex? A recipe for heartache, Henry!
  6. I'm going to admit it, guys.....I didn't watch. But it's waiting for me if I decide to. Sigh.
  7. Props to Colin tho' because there was a perceptible difference between the two Hooks even though they looked alike.
  8. I think I liked the idea that this was past and present Hook, and one would stay with Emma while the other went with Henry. I didn't imagine Old Hook reappearing again at all. I'm glad Captain Swan got a happy ending, but this is kind of bizarre. Still not feeling any chemistry between Henry and Cinderella. There's something to be said for the slow burn.
  9. I can see Rumple slowly corrupting Detective Eagle Scout, which could be fun. We know he's corruptible. I also think the main romance was rushed. The pacing is still a problem for me. We were short on character focus, which is not surprising given their history of sacrificing character moments in order to get to the next plot point.
  10. I want to like it. I miss the missing cast. I know that's nobody's fault. I'm not good with change, but I'm willing to.give it a chance.
  11. I can take a lot with this new concept, but NOT that. Not now, not ever.
  12. Honestly, I just can't quit this show. The cast deserves all the awards because I'm convinced that this show would have been over long ago if not for the quality of most of the actors. It is because of them that I'm so attached to these characters.
  13. I have to say, I enjoyed the callbacks to S1 and loved seeing Charming climb the beanstalk with Hook this time. I haven't seen "Neverending Story" in a loooong time, so I may have to rewatch sometime soon to get the parallels. I was really hoping for a Captain Swan TLK. I guess we'll have to be satisfied with True Love's Tackle.....unless they can work it into the S7 premiere. Since JMo will be coming back for that, can we make the premiere a 2-hour episode, too? At least they get "several years" before fresh hell descends upon them again. So, how old is Henry supposed to be at the end?
  14. I also remember thinking when I saw all the convention dates that it was looking like S6 would be it.
  15. It reminded me of the Psych musical when Sean's dad comes onscreen and he just says, "No" and walks off.
