  1. I'm not sure what you mean by " and I delivered every one of them" TLC had Michelle saying that, because it included a few c-sections. I also would think no less of a woman who gave birth by c-section than one who gave birth vaginally.
  2. I could see them as using an Au name like Aubrey or Autumn for a girl.
  3. So Joy could easily still be pregnant. My point was having the baby and keeping a secret for a while will only add fuel to the silly rumors already surrounding Joy. Also most of the mothers I know would consider going four days over a big deal.
  4. But they can't be that stupid? The internet has been speculating for weeks that they would lie about when the baby was born to hide the birth being not quite nine months and they decide let's just show up at TLC photo/vlog shoot and look perfect holding a biggish baby. That'll keep people from talking! I don't remember them ever announcing a birth or anything else on TLC before announcing on the internet first. Her sisters both went over their due dates with their firsts* and that's what I believe is going on. *By that I meant both Jill and Jessa went over their due dates with Israel and Sprugeon, not their second sons.
  5. It certainly doesn't look like a month ago. My guess is October or November. I can't be sure, but somebody compare the TLC photo with just Joy and Austin with the one that was taken around Thanksgiving with JB and Michelle and the arrow pointing to Austin.
  6. This was taken alooooonnnng time ago. Look how thin Joy is. She's conveniently hiding her stomach, although I like her outfit.
  7. Done for the purpose of viewing the fetus and/or finding out the gender. Without a doctor/nurse/midwife reading it, it doesn't count as medical. As for the boutique, I'm not sure, but there places you can go to get a blood test done and send it to the doctor. Some of them do ultrasounds.
  8. One of the them (Jessa, I think) mentioned that she hadn't received much prenatal care. They do take prenatal vitamins. As you say, prenatal care would have definitely picked up on a breech/transverse breech. (Late term ultrasounds would also show a breech baby.) Yes, usually they're able to tell the size of the baby before they're born, (I have friends who have the opposite problem to Jill. Their babies are very small, and their doctors can tell that before the babies are born.)
  9. Yeah except it seems in-line with both what the politicians and a good portion of their base actually want.
  10. In the photos, the women look happy and the dudes not so much.
  11. Wait, that was the same redditer, but the parts I read didn't sound like this person. There is really nothing earth-shattering about this thread and none of it sounds particularly fake, because it's stuff we already know.
  12. I meant that TLC should provide them with health insurance, since the Duggar girls are their employees and we tie health insurance to employment in this country.
  13. That makes some sense for fundies who don't have a lot of money. The Duggars have money and TLC should provide health care for the girls like Joy and Jessa who are the stars of the show.
  14. Anna Marie Maxwell had her fifth child. The baby was huge over nine pounds and probably past the due date. Since she has a history of healthy homebirths, they had the baby at home. (Her sister-in-law Melanie has not been as lucky so she has them in the hospital.) It seems just as risky as the Duggar girl births, but they seem to be doing well.
  15. I'm suspicious of anyone with only nice things to say. I notice most of the leakers fall into the Duggar fan mode. I wonder if they're just fans of the Duggars or who knows maybe JB is paying someone to strategically link nice things and help make them look more mainstream.
  16. Especially since it seems like they have enough money and property for it to be a riding lawn mower. I've always wanted to try one, but never had the space. Big difference between a motorized push mower and a riding mower.
  17. He also sings the alphabet backwards! ahhh! This is like the weird thing a guy does on a date and you're like "who does this?" and then you find it's a trend that some guy started and now they a lot of them do it because it worked.
  18. Refering to Italized portion...They've been brought up to believe they don't have choice or that choosing to abstain is chosing Satan and rejecting Jesus. Those beliefs are hard to shake especially with mom and dad still very much a part of their lives. Neither JB/Michelle Duggar nor Kelly/Gil Bates would accept that any of their children choose to stop after a couple of babies.
  19. I've been picking on Rob for his anecdotes, so I want to give him credit where credit is due. When Alex said the thing about Rob couldn't lose before Final Jeopardy, Rob had the grace to look uncomfortable and not gloat. I think better of him for not gloating.
  20. The car show/auction was a public event. Someone would have blabbed if it was an old video.
  21. I watched the February 21, 2018 episode and I know what I said Monday, but it was another bad game. The guy had part of the toliet paper holder in his pocket. Ok, in some ways this better than singing the alphabet backwards, because I could see it being true the spring rod for a toliet paper rack makes a better practice buzzer. It might be a helpful for tip for future contestants. But actually bringing the spring rod in! Is it from his house or the Jeopardy men's room? Also I hate that Rob goes in to final Jeopardy unopposed. I think I would feel that way no matter who the champion was. I like closer games than that.
  22. Okay I don't remember the hug, just him talking about it.
  23. My memory is he was going to do it somewhere outside, but it was raining and the restaurant was plan B. But you maybe right about the different rules for boys. Also I remember Josh giving Anna hug after proposing and him thinking it wasn't a big deal that it wasn't a side hug.
