  1. She probably showed more boob than the producers would have liked but not sure it was intentional. Other than wearing a really short cropped top, no bra and letting herself get twirled... maybe she just forgot.
  2. The alternative view is that if the show has alienated ptv forumites, it has stepped too far. When I say I'm out, I'm out. There is far too much good tv these days to waste time on something you don't enjoy.
  3. And I'm out. It's no longer fun or enjoyable in any way.
  4. Victoria Justice has a great voice (assuming that was her) but was otherwise awful. The whole thing fell a little flat but wasn't horrible. Whoever did Riff-Raff was trying a bit too hard. Columbia was the best of the recasts.
  5. Not a baseball fan either and I don't mind the exposition. I gather from your article that they are at least getting the explanations more or less right, which is a great deal better than those of us in the tech world have to put up with.
  6. I caught about 10 minutes of it starting with the warehouse of super cars and into the ridiculous chase scene that ended in the F1 race. Couldn't take anymore. I'm not sure what show our fearless recapper was watching, the one I saw was horrible.
  7. Same Jenna, she got the DWTS job off her run as a contestant on SYTYCD. She was on the SYTYCD finale. Probably lots of those dances were pre-taped. I note that Tate danced immediately after getting the boot, that would have been a remarkably fast costume and mood change for her.
  8. $250K plus the cover of a dance magazine, I think. Kida's family can probably make good use of that cash.
  9. My biggest problem with JT is that the kid is 10, but they played it like he was 4 or 5. He would have been amazing if his age matched his height. The other kids were only a year or two older.
  10. Given how well-travelled she already is, it's probably a solid guess that Tate's family is quite comfortable, money-wise.
  11. I was OK with any of the top 4 except JT winning, so a Kida victory is just fine by me. Tate was my favourite and ridiculously gifted but I can see the criticism of her being a little generic. I don't think 3rd place is going to hold her career back any.
  12. Kacy is the only woman to complete a city finals course, not the only person to complete national finals. I think she should have to prove herself next year by at least getting out of the city qualifiers. I like her, and it's no fun to see her crash and burn, obviously psyched out under all the pressure.
  13. The other problem is that it seems too early in the overall timeline for every single person to be carrying the virus. I always assumed that happened with continuous exposure to zombies: get splattered a few times with zombie blood&guts, get infected. I doubt any of the wedding guests had seen a zombie yet.
  14. On Talking Dead they clarified that the father had a massive heart attack and died. So this is from dead to zombie in 3 seconds, not sick from the virus to dead to zombie. Still too fast by what we've seen on TWD.
  15. I had read in another forum that NBC actively pursued her to run again this year. She initially refused, but ended up doing a whirlwind trip to make the run. She also did much better this time. I can see why she'd be miffed.
  16. Felice Herrig calls out NBC, NBC apologizes
  17. It's not as simple as that. Leg strength and skill enter into it as well. As you stated before, f=ma or alternately f/m=a. As generally speaking smaller people have better power to weight ratios (f/m) than bigger ones do, they have more a.
  18. According to this ama, none of the contestants know what the obstacles will be, and there are no trial runs. They explain the rules for each obstacle, a course tester demonstrates how to do it, and that's that.
  19. According to this ama from Ryan Strattis, the contestants are on their own for regionals but get expenses paid for Vegas.
  20. You've got it backwards. It is easier for lighter competitors. Lighter people don't need the same force, they need less force because they are lighter. Generally speaking, lighter people have better power to weight ratios than heavier ones.
  21. Every time they say "Mighty Kacy" my brain auto-completes "has struck out". Could they have picked a more ironic nickname? That log thing is brutal. I'd want a helmet and mouth guard before trying that one.
  22. The appeal in watching any of the top guys is just to see skilled athletes perform well, regardless of the backstory. Unlike many here, I've got no beef with Caldiero, I think he's an amazing athlete and I enjoy watching him run. If I want to see people biff, I'll go look for reruns of MXC. Right you are, Ken!
  23. Tate would have caught my attention on the adult show, she was gorgeous and expressive.
