  1. Meh-pisode. But I did like Kaci (sp?) Musgrave and I thought the final sketch was clever. The wedding preppers sketch sucked. (Two people saying the same thing together over and over just isn't funny to me.) PDD -nah. (I am convinced, however, that Pedro Pascal would make any sketch hysterical.) I wish they'd have a dog as guest host. Or maybe the 50th season could be all dogs and Pedro Pascal. I'm serious.
  2. Was anyone else distracted by Jessca's teeth? It might just be me. I'm kind of teeth obsessed.
  3. Someone who wants to be one of the shows next season?
  4. Forgot to say, I loved Janine's multicolored woolen coat.
  5. Good episode, as always. I teared up when Tariq started calling Nick by his actual name and little Nick smiled.
  6. I was actually a little sad about that. But that NYC apartment she and her sister were looking at? Has to be $5000/month or more. Could be $10K/Month. I hope she eventually makes her getaway from her mom's house. And starts reading.
  7. I can't believe the mom got cast without TLC help, though.
  8. I was a little embarrassed for her. She really needs to read more or take some classes. I do have hope for her, though, now that she's wanting independence. Can people really walk in off the street and be NY Fashion Week models? That seems suspect to me.
  9. Lexi kind of reminds me of Ava on Abbott Elementary. I really enjoyed the insult heightening between Lexi and Edward.
  10. So why did the kids act like they didn't know her? Line of the night for me: "Jeremy Allen Black."
  11. Didn't they tell her she could teach at Abbott twice a week?
  12. Also, isn't it good for motor control that's more advanced than printing?
  13. Doesn't Barbara teach kindergarten? So she wouldn't be teaching cursive, I think...
  14. So nice to have this show back! "Jeremy Allen Black" -- hee! Looks like sweater dresses are back, too.
  15. Just spitballing here... I'm guessing with women it's a communal thing. I can't really see a woman going to a Chippendale's type thing alone. On the the other hand, I can see where men would go alone (a la Jovi) or with buddies. I think it was even trendy as a couples thing. Here in the 69 club, too, next month. I can still wear things like that, too, but I can't take them off. I look like a sharpei. I don't know if it's age or weight loss.
  16. But not so much that we want another season of D&S, in case TLC is listening.
  17. Ironically, this is the first PDD sketch I thought was funny.
  18. I loved the old Bee Gees sketches. They may have been my all-time favorites. I hope they do one tonight instead of just teasing me with hope. Does Dakota look like she's had work done? Cheek implants maybe?
  19. Jamal's "Tim can't be your best friend" stance shows his immaturity. Tim's been in her life for what - at least 17 years? And he co-parented Chloe from pretty much day one. Me too. It's sad. Although I couldn't stomach the cougar moms show. And I'm not interested in Love In Translation.
  20. It occurred to me last night that they're portraying him much too benignly. If they're going to show him, they need to really highlight how dangerous he's become and how evil he is. I agree! She's like sunshine. I like Molly a lot, too.
  21. This. I felt like he was genuinely wondering, not attacking. His voice is the way it is, but I didn't feel he was hostile until she was consistently hostile. Sekinah is very defensive from the get-go. Maybe that's from growing up in a cult. (I'd forgotten that.)
