But there is a LOT more work for doctors and such than actors. Many actors whose work I admire greatly are nepo babies, but had it not been for the early, easy access to gatekeepers, we might never have gotten to enjoy them. "Nepo" doesn't mean everything they ever do is because of family connections; again, it just affords them that early initial access, which is crucial and difficult for others.

They're both very good in their roles, but nepo also refers to just having easy access to agents, directors , auditions and such via family connections vs people who have no such connections.

I wish they weren't making Santos so front and center. One of the things I've liked about this show is it hasn't been non-medically focused. I don't like spending so much time on her.

Love this show. But it goes by SO fast. Thought the brain-dead boy's mom's reaction was a bit too much of a worn-out trope, though. I actually sometimes feel a fleeting (stress on fleeting) flash of pityfor Santos because she's such an a-hole. Making it harder on herself. Weird, huh? She went too far tonight, though. I too vote for the nickname "Stabby."

I felt that, for Abbott, this was a kind of "med" episode. But a "meh" episode of Abbott is still fun and better than most other shows. I didn't like Jacob psyching out Mr. Morton. The guy was trying. Are they a little too comfortable being mean to anyone who's not in the clique? I did enjoy Ava psyching out Janine, though! Although I kind of saw it coming. Full Disclosure: I was working while watching, so I'll have to watch it again.

I dislike Santos more every week. Has Whittaker gotten splattered with s--t yet? Or is that still to come? Seemed shorter to me.

Made me sad she didn't actually do it, though. Felt like they played with my heart a little. Maybe next week it'll turn out she did!

The noodles scene with Gregory and Barbara was so sweet! And RJ found something he likes! I love Jacob for not resting on that laurel, instead sad he can't do more.

This has been a pretty fun show. Update was mostly on fire. I always like Ego and I enjoyed Andrew's bit. The dog park sketch was funny, especially Kenan's bit. I thought the podcast/doctor sketch was really inventive. I I find it hard to watch the comic version of trump, as there's nothing remotely humorous about him.

I think Janine had a Barbara moment! Near the beginning, when she said, "the music of the spheres" and then added a musical flourish. Very Barbara!
