  1. Supergirl's official twitter account has the new poster for Season 6.
  2. TVLine has slightly spoilery article about Chyler Leigh's directorial debut. She's directing episode 6 "Prom Again". It mentioned that she is doing double duty for the episode which likely means that it won't be all flashbacks. ETA: I just realized that it looks like Chyler is talking to the actress who plays young Kara in that set photo. It also looks like they might be at The Tower set but I can't tell.
  3. I think they had 3 days left of filming when they shut down last March.
  4. They probably needed to do these flashback heavy episodes because Melissa Benoist wasn't on set for the first two months of filming.
  5. Apparently the title of episode 12 of this season, which Azie Tesfai co-wrote and David Ramsey is directing, is Blind Spots.
  6. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think Wanda is aware he has his memories back. I don't think hex Vision told her before she undid the hex. Based on what she knows about him I can understand Wanda seeing him as a stranger. Though its true that she probably should still care about what happens to his now reanimated body even if he isn't quite the same Vision.
  7. I hope Chyler Leigh is okay with her husband posting about that cause those tweets seem like they could be drunk tweets.
  8. Spoiler TV released the titles of the first 7 episodes of next season. Interestingly we know that episode 5 "Prom Night" features the young Danvers Sisters and "Prom Again" is the episode Chyler Leigh is directing. The titles make me think it might be a two part story. I recall that Nicole Maines and Jesse Rath were seen on set with the young Kara and Alex actresses so I think time travel might be involved.
  9. I hope the next Avengers movie is about the adult Avengers. I think Young Avengers would probably work better as a Disney plus limited series than a movie.
  10. The WandaVision team talks with Tvline about the finale.
  11. I think Darcy was supposed to be involved in that plot too. Which might explained why she showed up for a few seconds and then disappeared for the rest of the episode.
  12. I didn't like that line either. I actually like Wanda and I'm fine with her not getting hauled off to prison and I understand why Monica forgives her. However, Wanda is a pretty grey character. She can be heroic and her intentions are not malicious but she did a messed up thing. Monica could have forgiven Wanda without sugar coating her actions.
  13. It's possible that they might move it to another available timeslot rather than wait until Superman and Lois ends.
  14. I don't know if she's supposed to be a mutant but the episode seemed to imply that she already had some type of power or capacity for magic and that's why Stark's bomb didn't go off.
  15. I could be wrong but I don't think they will wait until fall to begin airing it. I don't think they will want to air the show into next year when its ending and the CW is developing so many new shows.
  16. TVLine has the spring schedule for the CW and Supergirl isn't on it. The latest date on it is June 14th.
  17. I read somewhere that it was the house from Bewitched. The exterior has changed a little over the years so it looks a little different.
  18. Jeremy Jordan did an interview with etonline where he talks a little about Supergirl.
  19. Don't know if this is the right place for this but the Hollywood North.buzz woman indicated that they hadn't seen many location shoot signs for Supergirl this season. I wonder if they are being more cautious about location shoots due to Covid or if Melissa Benoist's absence was the reason for that? ETA: Ken at Pursuit23 on twitter did indicate that Supergirl is limiting location shoots, apparently more so than the other shows. He said its difficult to get into on twitter but Covid plays a part in that.
  20. I have not seen any photos of her on set but she was supposed to be joining the cast in January. She already missed two months of production before Christmas break so she must be in Vancouver by now.
  21. That's what I was thinking. The woman that was in his head might not have been Wanda. It did seem like she might be angry at Carol. I wonder if we will find out more about that in WandaVision or if it's something that will be addressed in some future film.
  22. So the GLAAD media awards nominations are out. I think I read that Batwoman is the only network show with a LGBT lead but for some reason its not nominated but Supergirl is? I like Supergirl but I don't think it deserved this nomination. Nia was pushed to the background and we hardly saw Alex and her girlfriends relationship.
  23. According to entertainment weekly Supergirl got nominated for another GLAAD award for some reason. To be honest I don't think it is deserved. Not when the same network has a show with an actual LGBT lead and they didn't give Nia or Alex much to do last season. ETA: According to Deadline Azie Tesfai, who plays James sister Kelly, is co-writing the 12th episode of this season. I think David Ramsey (Diggle from Arrow) is also directing this episode.
  24. IIRC at least one or two of JLaw's roles were intended for 30 something women so I understood that criticism. I don't blame her for taking them though.
