Even though this is an action series I honestly liked the finale better after the villain's were defeated. I actually did like Kara's ending and I was happy to see Cat Grant come back.

I assume Williams funeral comes at the beginning of the finale. It would be a downer if they did it after the wedding. Lena's makeup/outfit at the wedding looks a little out of place. The Wrap has a a slightly amusing article with Azie Tesfai on the difficulties of filming kissing scenes in super suits. Though I don't remember Alex and Kelly sharing a scene like that so unless it hasn't aired yet it must have got cut.

It looks good. It's interesting that they did a new photo of Alex in her Sentinel costume for the Flash crossover but they didn't update Alex's look for the Supergirl final season poster.

For a show that is supposedly progressive it can be fairly conservative in its treatment of LGBT couples, especially Brainy and Nia.

I think they had a kiss earlier in the season. They did have a moment this episode where it felt like they should have kissed. They've been underwritten this season. It wasn't even clear they were officially back together for a while.

I agree. The writers approach to this couple is to tell us about how great their relationship is and how in love they are instead of showing us.

I really dislike how they've treated Kara and Alex's relationship lately. They've barely had any real conversations since the episode where Kara got out of the phantom zone.

It's sad that this is the only story they could think of doing with Alex in the final season.

I understand why Kara/Lena appeals to people. Melissa Benoist and Katie McGrath have nice chemistry but I think its too late to go in a romantic direction with their relationship.

They both have more chemistry with pretty much everyone else they interact with. Those were my favorite moments too. Jesse Rath and David Harewood seemed to be having fun.

The showunners talked with The Wrap. They revealed that there will be a romance between Lex and Nyxly. Why? They also talked with Entertainment Weekly and discussed Lex, Nyxly, Lena and the totems.

Azie Tesfai also hinted that she knows what Diggle will be doing next. I wonder if she will be part of his next appearance?

It is weird. I like Lena but she could just have more of a supporting role this season instead of randomly getting magical powers so she can have a bigger role.

I don't like this plot at all.
