I did online dating for years, and Cicero is showing some red flags. First he cancels their first date at the very last minute. Then he shows up for the second date but bails early. Ever read the book "He's Just Not That Into You"? Cicero is not all that smitten with Darcy. And I don't think it's because she cried, as pathetic as that was. Either he's just not that into Darcy, or he's not that into dating in general and is hoping to fill time and get a booty call. The Matchmaker should be addressing his flakiness, for all the money she is likely getting paid. At least Darcy's date outfit was reasonably nice. I have to give her credit for that. It was a lot better than what she wore for the first meetup with Cicero. And I think Aspyn and Aniko are reasonably cute girls. I hope they don't go down the plastic surgery route like their mother. I still say Darcy will be back together with Georgi before the end of the season.

I saw hoodies on sale this weekend at Kohls in bright colors. There is no difference between those and what Darcy and Stacey are trying to sell. People need to stop trying to break into already saturated industries. And does anyone else think the House of Eleven log appears to say Hell? I can't believe Darcy is going to cry during yet another date. Its like her trademark from the very beginning when she was dating Jesse. I want to ask her ex-husband if she cried during dates with him too.

Did Jinger say that going to Ben's church started her on the path out of the IBLP, because Ben's church studied the actual Bible or something? I'm asking because Ben and Jessa appear to follow IBLP (homeschooling, having baby after baby with no family planning), so I found it odd that Jinger said Ben's church led her to eventually leave IBLP.

I just wasted a few minutes of my life watching Avalon dump baby formula onto her hands and then wipe it on Mykelti's face and her own face. From Mykelti's comments, it seems this is something Avalon is just doing these days. I guess their discipline is a bit lax? I wouldn't be surprised if Mykelti parents like Christine did. With 3 kids under the age of 2, they might want to get a better handle on things before the boys are up and running around too.

I didn't think the modeling agents were mean at all. It's a business, not a charity. How you look is the interview, since the photos are all based on appearance. Florian's poses and expressions were stiff and awkward, and he is way too pale to get a modeling job in Florida. And he showed up unprepared with no headshots or anything. If he wants to be a professional model, he needs to work at it. But I suspect he doesn't want any job at all, from his attitude. I think he is waiting until divorcing Stacy won't result in him being deported, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if he's on social media already lining up another Sugar Mama. The matchmaker needs to concentrate on getting Darcy to date her own age, and not focus on her outfits. Darcy's personality is set, and you're not going to turn her into someone else at this point. I thought her date was a pretty good match for her in looks and background. I would bet a million dollars that Darcy and Georgi are getting back together. She hasn't learned her lesson, and I can tell she doesn't like the idea of dating a normal-looking dude her own age. Georgi will be back.

Janelle Brown: Smarter Than Your Average Brown (Maybe)
Kellyee replied to Rhondinella's topic in Sister Wives
There were about 12 kids in the house for a long time, which is approaching a Duggar-size family. So I'm thinking tator tot casserole and Kraft Mac-n-Cheese (one box costs a dollar)-type meals. Christine was doing most of the daily parenting, and I'm thinking she wasn't taking the time to scramble eggs or cut fresh veggies for 12 kids. Janelle probably thinks Plexus makes up for all that. If Maddie started selling eggs, at least she would be selling something safe to ingest. -
They're going to have to give her a storyline, and it doesn't appear that Meri sees any of the other family members on a regular basis. Maybe they will show her having more "deep" conversations with Robyn, or arguing things out with Kody. Regardless, I suspect the upcoming season will be full of boring filler material from all the wives. From their social media, there isn't much going on that I would really be interested in.

Christine Brown Woolley: Nacho Sister Wife Anymore
Kellyee replied to Rhondinella's topic in Sister Wives
When I googled David's name, which was provided by Christine through tagging on her Instagram, the obituary comes up on the first page of Google search results. It would have been easy enough to keep David and his name and life private, if Christine or David wanted a private life. They don't, as evidenced by the camera crew in the background of one of their photos, and number of time they are sending each other public love notes on Instagram. I bet $10 that Christine's wedding is the finale episode for the next season. I also bet that Kody will claim to have been knifed in the kidney at least 3 times. And Robyn will cry, over and over, with no actual tears. I question whether Christine has truly been in a difficult life situation. She wasn't even seeing Kody during Covid, and was doing whatever she wanted. When she wanted to move to Utah, she up and did. The relationship was toxic, but Christine left when she wanted to, and in fact had the ability to leave (with access to money, supportive family, etc) for quite a while before she did. Kody didn't even fight her over Truely. -

Expensive houses and trips, but no health insurance. I'm glad she has her priorities straight. -

Am I the only one thinking this announcement is timed to keep the attention on Christine now that the latest Sister Wives season is over? Her entire livelihood depends on keeping her fan base buying the crap she sells via her many businesses. Plexus, Cameo, etc, all depends on keeping a steady stream of customers caring about Christine. And I would bet she's still hoping for her own spin off show. I just hope Truely is okay. That poor kid has been through a lot, and so much of it is made public by her parents. -
I don't find Stacy attractive at all, and she's also needy, controlling, and comes across as ridiculous and trying to be younger and wealthier than she really is. She could get another young guy from overseas who wants a green card, but other than that, she would have to start dating guys her own age or older. Which she isn't going to do. But she and Florian are doomed. It's just a question of how it will end. What job is Florian even qualified to get??

Unless they're going to have a real Tell All where they spill the dirt on why they really hate each other (with details) and show us the truth about their finances, I have no desire to watch any more Sister Wives, spin offs or otherwise. I certainly don't want to watch Christine try to date or see regular shots of Tony looking lazy and unkept. This show is at its end. Even the divorce storyline got really boring towards the end.

He has nothing else to do all day besides take a shower. Darcy and Stacy are each toxic and dysfunctional on their own, and together its just a thousand times worse. They're around the same age as me, and I would be embarrassed to present myself to the world looking and acting like they do. They are middle-aged women trying desperately to pass for 21 year olds. The matchmaker totally had Darcy's number. And why do they look so puffy in the face? Is that the Botox?

Christine Brown Woolley: Nacho Sister Wife Anymore
Kellyee replied to Rhondinella's topic in Sister Wives
I have no desire to watch a spin-off show with Christine, or anyone from Sister Wives. But I wouldn't be surprised if this new dating thing is a bid to get a new show. Her cooking show is average at best. I worry about how Truely is doing these days. Christine still seems to be all over the place, traveling, dating, whatever. But Truely is 12 years old and in school. Who is taking care of her while Christine is traveling and running all over the place? Truely's whole life has been turned upside down the last couple years, and now Mykelti is busy with 3 kids under the age of 2, so I assume she is no longer picking up the slack. -
Why are you so sure it's Joe who wants 500 kids? The vibe I got from Anna Duggar was that SHE was the one who was thrilled every time another "blessing" was coming, not Josh. We can't be sure Joe and Kendra's relationship is any different. I would bet money that the family planning going on in California is all Jeremy's doing though, not Jinger. I think Jeremy calls the shots, and he likes it that way. I would bet this latest book was mostly Jeremy's idea too, to continue to cash in on the Duggar name. I think Jinger is reasonably happy and glad to be out of the IBLP, but I don't think it was her idea. And I think she is still trying to come up with the "right answers", and not thinking completely independently now as she claims.

Are they planning to move?
-
I'm assuming that Paedon wasn't invited to the engagement party? I wonder if any of the other wives or kids (or Kody) attended.
-
Does Austin's family follow Gothard's teachings?
-
I'll probably go to hell for this, but I would totally go just to stare in fascination. No way would I turn that opportunity down. Jinger says Jeremy encourages her to think for herself, but didn't he once praise her "meekness" as one of her best traits? I totally remember a social media post about how great it was that Jinger was so meek and compliant. I can't shake the feeling that Jinger traded Jim Bob for Jeremy, and still isn't thinking for herself.

If any of the kids were abused, I hope they get the help they need. No one deserves to be abused, especially as a kid. But no one in this family has a lot of credibility with me. They started this dialogue as the season, and the attention, was ending. They're posting about the abuse on platforms where they get paid when people view their content. That doesn't mean they're not telling the truth. But it does make me wonder. Meri is a really easy target right now, and Mykelti in particular might be motivated to take the attention off of Kody and Robyn.
-
Meri posted a picture of herself on Instagram hanging out with Logan and I think Hunter in Las Vegas recently. So I guess not all the kids hate her? I would love to know the real truth about what happened with Meri and the kids, but we'll never know for sure.

What does Tony do for work?
-
They're trying to say enough to get subscribers and viewers so they can make money off Patreon and YouTube views, but also trying not to cross a line that will ruin relationships or even possibly say something they could be sued for in court (for slander). They are trying to suck you in to the continued drama without really making a mess. I hope Gwen graduates college and gets a real job, and doesn't end up selling Plexus or Lularoe. The adults are doing the same thing during the Tell Alls. They need to keep the show going, but they're not comfortable going into all the nasty (and possibly made up in some cases) details. OR, they are exaggerating what really happened, so they can't give us the details because then we will know they are full of shit.
-
Christine and Janelle never seemed to discipline their kids at all. The way some of the kids speak to their parents makes me cringe. By comparison, Meri was the one trying to pull them back in line. So then she gets marked as "abusive". I never understood all the love for Janelle and Christine. They are passive grifters who rely on a reality show and MLMs for money. And they're teaching Mykelti to do the exact same thing.

Kody has also been verbally and emotionally abusive (especially to Christine), and plays dumb and says he doesn't know what people are talking about when they say that. And yet Mykelti defends Kody. This whole family is screwed up, and everything any one of them says should be taken with some caution. The season just ended, and they can make extra money if they can get people to sign up for Patreon accounts. Remember that when you listen to them provide "revelations" and create drama. Neither Mykelti or Tony appears to have a real job, and now they have 3 kids to financially support.
