This is interesting, because it contradicts what Christine has said in recent interviews where she claims that Robyn and Meri haven't reached out to her. She never mentions that she told them to leave her alone. She may hate Robyn, but she needs to coexist for Truely's sake, since Kody is living with Robyn. 5 adults, and Truely is the most mature of the bunch.

The more I watch Janelle this season, the more I suspect that all Janelle's issues with Meri were not one-sided and not all Meri's fault. Janelle is passive-aggressive as hell. She doesn't communicate, then goes off and does what she wants. Did she even want to be married, ever? Because she doesn't appear to want a partner of any kind, except maybe Christine. Janelle won't admit she wants nothing to do with Robyn, and when questioned about it during last season's Tell All, she just said she was "thinking about it". She's only had like 12 years to decide if she wants to be Robyn's friend or not. Meri is a bitch, but Janelle is a snake in the grass. Kody really knows how to pick 'em. But Kody is an asshole, so in the end they all deserve each other.

If it was a reasonable price, I might be tempted to sign up. I've never been to Utah, and it might be fun, or at least entertaining in a WTF kind of way. But not for $6,000, and it sounds like that is for a shared room.

They are all in serious trouble once the show ends. The MLM businesses that Meri, Janelle, and Christine depend on for their current lifestyles are dependent on the fan base they get from the show. Maddy and Mykelti are also going the MLM route. They're all screwed once they fade into the background after the show is gone. But I suspect the show has at least one more season. I believe they are still filming right now?

Christine may have recognized what she did, but from this week's episode, it sounds like she did a similar thing with Ysabel. Poor Ysabel became Christine's confidant about her crappy marriage. You should never pull your kids into that kind of thing. She should have just complained to Janelle instead. Christine has a history of pulling her children into her problems and forcing them to be the second adult. Also, has anyone noticed how much Christine seems to travel now? Who is watching Truely while she's at school full time? I hope Mykelti and Aspyn aren't being forced to pick up the slack.

Meri saying in regards to Jen that it feels nice to matter to someone broke my heart. I wish she would stop clinging to a family that doesn't care about her. Janelle saying Robyn's kids are included because everyone hangs out on Christmas day is ridiculous. There are definitely alliances and cliques among the kids. Even Paedon admitted on social media that he was purposely rude to Robyn's kids.

For as much as everyone says Christine is the best parent of this bunch, 3 of her daughters (Ysabel, Mykelti, and Aspyn) had to escape her for a time. And both Mykelti and Aspyn (if I remember correctly) fled to Robyn's house. Not Janelle's. I find it really interesting that Christine's most vocal supporters appear to be Janelle's kids, not Christine's own kids. I still say Christine wants to move to Utah, and that's her primary motivation for leaving Kody.

Not to defend Robyn, but Christine went on and on about the joys of polygamy for years. On camera. There were obvious issues, but I personally never thought Christine would leave, and I suspect she would have stayed if Kody agreed to move to Utah. All this about how her kids have been treated is new, and reeks of justification for her move to Utah. Robyn is an asshole, but Christine is often full of shit with her rewrites of history.

At least it's a reality show job that doesn't allow her to exploit her kids.

Before Christine left Kody, the show was on it's last gasp. There are only so many times you watch people wring their hands over Covid or have a home birth. Even now, I'm getting bored. It's the same thing every week with no change and no resolution. I give this show one more season at best. However, if you took Kody/Meri/Robyn out of the picture, you would notice how dysfunctional and ridiculous Christine and Janelle are on their own. They only get a good edit because Kody is so outrageous that it overshadows everything else.

I think Meri would happily take in some of Kody's belongings and try to rebuild the connection between them. I think Kody is disgusted by Meri and wants nothing to do with her. And as awful as Meri can be, Kody is far worse. I think Meri is just desperate to salvage the relationship and praying for a miracle.

I find it really bizarre that Kody is so obsessed with Christine deciding to leave and wanting to keep her in the fold, but he doesn't give a shit at all if Meri leaves. I think it's more about Christine making an independent decision. Kody can't stand that she dumped him, and that she's taking her power back to do whatever she wants. Whereas he got to dump Meri first, so he has no attachment to her, because everyone knows HE got to do the dumping, and not be the dumpee. Kody really is the worst kind of asshole. I think Robyn really did want a big polygamous family for her kids, and she stepped into an already toxic situation instead, and didn't have the guts to run away before she got pregnant by Kody.

Fixing a marriage is hard work and requires both humility and accountability. No way is Kody doing that. He could also go see his kids and tell them his side of story, since he claims that Christine is only telling one side. But they would ask him questions and call him out on his crap, and most is not willing to work through that either.

If Robyn was really Meri's friend, she would want her to go find someone who will really love her. And she wouldn't have left Meri all alone during the pandemic.

Actually, I thought it was 7 bedrooms. And I don't think it's Robyn who wouldn't make the accommodation. I think it's Kody. Any time they talk about who needs so much space, it's always Kody. It's Kody who is refusing to even shower in the RV.

I finished watching the episode. Someone from the "manosphere" needs to tell Kody that if his dumb ass hired a lawyer, he actually has a lot of power when it comes to Truely and Christine's ability to take her to Utah. But that would cost money, and he doesn't really want to be responsible for Truely 50% of the time, or he would have followed through on having her at Robyn's during the months between when he first said he would take her and when this episode aired. He literally said that back before Ysabel graduated, and now they are coming up on taking Ysabel to college. So it's been MONTHS, and Kody hasn't figured out a room for Truely, or probably had her over for more than an afternoon, if that. Anything Christine does wrong gets overshadowed by what an asshole Kody is. There was a term for that I heard on Dr. Phil once, but I can't remember what it is.

He is playing us for the sake of the show. If you look at the social media and the pictures from Logan's recent wedding, it is obvious that he is in a monogamous relationship with Robyn. The other three "wives" are living independent lives. This show is 90% bullshit. I also believe he has good relationships with some of the kids and horrible relationships with some of the kids. I don't think he was ever an involved father, and I think Gabe's tears are real. I think Christine has been the second parent to most of Janelle's children, and I also believe that Mykelti developed a good relationship with Robyn at some point and she is likely the most amiable of Kody's kids, who sees him whenever. The show is just a mix of real life and made up drama.

If Kody and Janelle didn't even sit together at their son's wedding, then we are being fed bullshit that they're still married in any way, shape, or form. They're faking it (badly) to keep the show going, because the notoriety from the show feeds their other businesses (Cameo, Plexus, Lularoe, and probably even Kody's gun selling business). Without the show, they are just regular idiots making next to nothing off MLMs and side hustles. I'm glad most of their kids seem to have gotten regular jobs and/or are seeking higher education. Maddie and Mykelti need to wise up and realize the gravy train won't go on forever.

None of Janelle's family photos ever include Kody. Its bizarre that she still claims to be married.

I don't suppose it occurred to the douche canoe that he could have taken one of his kids or two of his kids with him to that wedding to spend some one-on-one time with them. The reality is that Kody has no interest in actual parenting or really knowing his kids. None. I can't wait to hear Robyn try to justify the trip, since she is the Kody Apologist. Should we take bets on when he is actually planning to pick Truely up for one of those multi-day visits he says he wants? I'm guessing never.

I finished watching the episode. I'm already starting to get bored with this storyline. If Kody wanted to blame his wives for sabotaging his relationship with his kids, he shouldn't have admitted that he would rather pay a babysitter $20 an hour than spend time with them. Or admit that he can drive to Texas for a friend's wedding, but can't spend more time with Janelle while moving the RV or take Ysabel to college. And I don't believe Kody is closer to Robyn's kids than he is to any of the others. He's home more, but I question how much he interacts with them. Hence the need for a nanny to pick up the slack.

If they went to court, the judge would likely say that Truely needs her own room, or they may consider it acceptable for her to share with Ariella or Breanna. But they would definitely say she needs a real bed in a real bedroom. Christine would win on that count. Where Christine would lose is that the judge would also likely say that Christine can't take Truely to Utah without Kody's consent. They are both screwed, which is likely why neither Kody nor Christine appears to have gotten a lawyer to file anything legally. Truely has been moved from Utah to Nevada to Arizona and now back to Utah (but not in the same place in Utah). And she's only 11 years old. I hope she doesn't end up completely screwed up as an adult. Christine is as responsible for all this as Kody. She let her kids keep getting yanked around by their father's whims.

He means that Robyn will need to figure that out. Kody doesn't make any effort himself when it comes to his children. He has always had his wives to do that for him.

It is true that you should not ask someone if they are pregnant, especially when they are a certain body type (I have a belly too). It is rude. However, Leon loves to be offended, and loves to post about being offended. I always thought it was a misguided attempt to be relevant on social media. I also think they have a lot in common with Meri.

It looks to me like Kody has shoved Meri away hard and wants nothing to do with her. He's allowed to have 4 wives, but her having one boyfriend/catfish is apparently unforgivable. I think he even said at one point that he's disgusted by her. Meri needs to get some self esteem and leave.
