I think you have to clear out the temporary files cache. I know that refreshing the page doesn't work. However, I clear out my temp files every time I log off my computer. Then the next time I go back onto my computer, when I go to that page, I am able to vote again.

Felicity is still in 2nd place, but now with only 35%, behind Regina Mills in 1st place with 49%. Bellamy Blake has increased her 3rd place count to 14%.

These two characters each advanced to the next round of our ongoing poll series and when you look at the vote tallies alone, this was really not all that close. The characters from Arrow and Once Upon a Time each dominated with a rather large percentage of the overall vote — the final result was actually pretty close between the two, but given that there are TWO characters advancing to the semifinals they were each able to advance.

It’s not too much of a surprise to see either one of these characters move on when you consider 1) the love that there is for both of these shows from some of their fans and 2) how much they each mean to their respective shows. With Regina we have what we like to consider a near-constant reminder that redemption is possible almost no matter who you are. She’s become heroic thanks to the love of those close to her and a better understanding of her own potential. Meanwhile, Felicity has helped to make it possible for anyone to be a hero — it’s not just about those who sport costumes and spend their nights heading out into the city to fight bad guys.

So where do things go from here in the tournament? That’s rather simple — Felicity and Regina join Alicia from Fear the Walking Dead and also Nicole from Wynonna Earp in the semifinals, which will begin formally on Tuesday, April 24. Over the course of a few days those six will compete in head-to-head showdowns before the finals begin on Saturday, April 28. As we start to narrow things down in the quest to find the #1 Unsung Hero on television, you better be prepared for things to heat up!

Felicity Smoak – Felicity had a pretty powerful run in the first round of the Showdown, generating a ton of buzz at a time in which her story was really starting to heat up on Arrow season 6. We’re now at a point in which that season is starting to get into its home stretch, which hopefully is going to mean some more big stories for her. It’s pretty hard to not feature her given her prominence both in Team Arrow and in Oliver’s life. She’s deserving of the attention as a multi-faceted character and really a prime example as a hero who doesn’t need a costume in order to succeed.

The first round of the People's Choice Awards' Ultimate Superhero Tournament ended this morning, and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) is leading the pack with 19.8 percent of the votes. Along with Batman (Ben Affleck) and Superman (Henry Cavill), she is just one of nine DC Entertainment characters to make it to the second round, compared to 26 from Marvel Studios.

Thirty-five characters made the cut—slightly more than planned. The bottom three—Black Canary (Katie Cassidy), Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) and Rocket Raccoon (Bradley Cooper)—tied with 0.26 percent of the votes, meaning they barely made it to the next phase of the tournament. So if you're a fan of that particular trio, now is the time to make your voice heard.

Voting for Round 2 will remain open until Thursday, May 3, at 5 a.m. PT.

Probably to get more fans voting. Head-to-head matchups give more of a sense of competition. 

I voted couple times, but the page has a clip with loud, obnoxious music that auto-plays and drives me nuts, Sorry, GA. You're just going to have to settle for being the only TV hero that made it this far.

In my opinion, no. Jes seems like a nice person but she plays Ava too robotic. Plus their interest in each other came out of nowhere onscreen and they were exchanging ‘I love yous’ after only a few weeks of sleeping together. Way too rushed.
