*It's possible that MMCS was claiming Mason with someone instead of Doppelganger, but she went to sleep so that won't be confirmed for some time.  

I would like to know what her original role was before I disclose who I swapped her with.  I have a suspicion she was assigned Minion/WW/Tanner and doesn't realize that she's Village now-- and that disclosing her original role lets us ID a WW/Minion/Tanner for certain.

I'm going to miss the vote later, so I'm going to take a chance that @Drogo was telling the truth about switching me with Spruce.   I was really a wolf.  

If Drogo was playing a long con, then my apologies to the wolf and minion team.   Even if Drogo was telling the truth, my apologies to the other wolf.  It feels like a cheater way to win.

Speaking as a player and not the game mod, my understanding is that players are NOT notified if their role is changed during the Night; that's why the Insomniac is "the only player who is sure of their role at daybreak."  So a swapped or stolen Mason would not know who their lodge brothers were, and the other brothers would not know that player was one of them.

No unfortunately- only the Insomniac knows their role for sure when the day begins. Ex: A1 robbed me but I only know because she told me.

Bob set the tentative end time as 3pm CDT today, so I'm figuring he just hasn't been around to make it official. But I think the end is clear.

Day 1

The meeting goes as expected for a while.  People questioning each other, accusing others, giving alibis, confirming other alibis.  Some people just listen...possibly having nodded off.  It was a long night after all.  Not a lot of headway gets made.

Then the phone rings.  It's from the hospital in the next town.  The call is put on speaker so everyone can hear.

"Doc Machia's pulled through.  We're going to keep him here under observation for a little while, just to be sure.  But it sounds like he can't wait to get out of here and back outside.  He keeps trying to say something about trees."

As he says that, all eyes focus on one person.  All the stories fit together now.   "Thanks for the good news, doctor.  Keep us informed about his progress.  Goodbye."

Village becomes mob, surrounding the one person Doc Machia could have been referring to.  He is grabbed, and held.  Somewhat surprised, he puts up little resistance.

The silver chain is brought out.  It is wrapped around him and locked into place.  When it makes contact with flesh, he yelps in pain.  Then again, and again.  Hair starts to rapidly grow.  Nails turn to claws.  The face starts to twist and elongate.

No more doubt.  You have found a werewolf.  Still writing in pain, he says the name of one other villager.  She backs away, shaking her head.  You realize that she might also be a werewolf.  Well, you'll test her later with the chain, to be sure.  Right now, you have to finish what has been started.

As apologies are made, the gun is raised.

*BANG*

Yep.  Spruce was a Werewolf in the end.   Congratulations on the first Village win!  And commiserations to Teams Wolf and Tanner.

You may have all surmised most of this, but here's the full breakdown of the Night.

• Mark Doppeled Lady Calypso, and became a 3rd Villager (just not as vanilla as the others.)
• MuuMuu and saorise started as the Wolves.
• Oinky went to the Lodge for a meeting, but no one else showed up.
• Spruce scryed on Drogo, and found he was up to trouble.
• CP scryed on the unclaimed roles and located the Hunter.
• aquarian1 stole said trouble from Drogo.
• Drogo made a lot of trouble, swapping Spruce with MuuMuu.
• egavasc was so drunk, she forgot about the Lodge meeting (she did indeed swap for the other Mason).
• Lisin kept waking up in the night, but nothing happened to her.
• Lady Calypso and Jesse slept soundly as Villagers.
• caprice dreamed of facing the chain in the morning, but unfortunately didn't (Tanner).
• Leaving the Minion as the final unclaimed role.

MuuMuu, don't feel bad about what happened.  To win this game, you need to first determine which side you're on.  Then you can use the information you have to try to get your side to win.  Since you were on the Village team in the end, you needed to use the information you had about the identities of the Werewolves to help the rest of your team.
