twoods December 9, 2017 Share December 9, 2017 (edited) I guess it's the same secret from last week. I'm going to be bummed when that nice philanthropist dies. She seems like a nice person, but is a pawn in Roman's twisted game. I wish Weller told Jane the truth. Did he learn nothing from how pissed Roman is that Jane lied to him? This is not going to end well for them. And with the ratings, this will probably be the last season. Glad that Reade is on board and didn't let Hirst blackmail him. I was worried he was going to sit back and watch her get away with killing Stuart (or having him killed). I also liked the actor that played Keith. He had good chemistry with Weller and Rich.com. I can't place where I've seen him. Edited December 9, 2017 by twoods 1 Link to comment
dwmarch December 9, 2017 Share December 9, 2017 So Reade goes to his boss for some clarity about some dealings that could be shady if looked at from a certain perspective and she comes back with "You'd better trust me or I'll destroy your career!" I feel like she might have missed a lesson in establishing trust and team-building. On the other hand, I loved the ending! Finally, the team is actually behaving like a team! All they had to do was get out of the office! I want to give the show a hard time for those propane tanks that turn into giant fireballs from the gentle caress of any nearby flame. I'm pretty sure real propane tanks can be fully immolated and won't explode right away. But these were movie-prop propane tanks so I guess they were supposed to do that. 1 Link to comment
paigow December 9, 2017 Share December 9, 2017 Roman is really after the nefarious wine loving Father...who is probably the real father of Jane Jr. Link to comment

WALT! It took me to the end to realize the guest star was Walt from Lost. I skipped the Roman stuff. I don't know or really care what he's doing with that woman. Shows like this where there is a threat to a major city are annoying, because you know the threat will always be stopped in time. New York isn't going to be destroyed. thuganomics85 December 10, 2017 Share December 10, 2017 The stuff with the movie set was fun enough. Hell, it was probably the most I liked Weller. Walt from Lost as the actor was awesome. And, of course, Rich would be a fan of all of his movies... even the bad ones! I hope Luke Mitchell enjoyed the hell out of his paid trip to Barcelona. Sure, "work" was involved, but spending the majority of it just walking around the city with a beautiful woman isn't a bad days work at all! Not sure how she and her dad will fit into all of this. Reade sees the light (mainly because Hirst pushes back way too hard), so he's now in the loop. Weller's secret is so bad that he thinks it will doom him and Jane. What did you do, Weller? Tell me you didn't have sex with her daughter! I would take you accidentally killing her over that! 1 Link to comment
omgsowicked December 10, 2017 Share December 10, 2017 Aw man, I'm sad Hirst is dirty, I was happy when she first showed up. Glad Reade got on board with the team and that he wasn't immediately attacked after questioning Hirst. If she had any hand in killing that lab tech for merely investigating a tattoo connected to her/her people, then Reade needs to be worried. Not sure what Roman's up to with that rich woman and her family... is her father their father as well? Nah, that would be too squicky, lol. Is he just looking for more money to fund his big plans? He seemed to be interested in her history with her father, maybe trying to get her to fall for him and turn on the dad? I don't know. And I continue to wish people would answer Roman's calls with an annoyed, "what." instead of getting all flustered because he says pretty much the same thing every time. ~I wanna see your world BuRn~~~ (I like the actor and while I'd prefer Roman to be a good guy, I'm OK with him being bad. I'm just getting tired of the repetitive, smirky statements. :P) I enjoyed Rich Dot Com, especially paired with Jane and the actor. "Peace be with you." Ha! I was worried Rich would be too much but he's been great. I obviously didn't pay attention to the opening credits so I was pleasantly surprised to see Paul F. Thompkins. Chuckled at the "child star" and "not cut out for Hollywood" jokes. I'd been thinking that Weller was just hiding the fact that he met Jane's daughter but I guess there's more to it... I hope he didn't sleep with her either, thuganomics85, lol. Maybe she got caught in whatever crossfire they came across and he feels guilty about not protecting her well enough. Link to comment

MissLucas December 10, 2017 Share December 10, 2017 (edited) Okay nice lady with nefarious father: did Morland Holmes he just teach tough lessons about raiding his wine cellar but none about handsome strangers who are too good to be true? Also: if her family is that dangerous why does she not have security detail? But who cares - I enjoy Roman and his side-plot full of gorgeous location porn. Rich and Jane make a great team. And as usual Weller gets more entertaining with a goofball side-kick. The daughter mystery really brings out the worst in everyone's imagination. Weller slept with her. Weller killed her. What else have we got? Reade's a smart cookie for figuring out what Patterson and Zapata were up to with that Trojan horse bottle. Speaking of Patterson: why are you wearing grey wedge boots with a mustard top and black slacks??? Girl, get some tips from Jane or Zapata that outfit was so horrible that it's a wonder you did not get caught for crimes against fashion alone. Edited December 10, 2017 by MissLucas 1 Link to comment

snuffles December 11, 2017 Share December 11, 2017 I loved Patterson's diss of the "movie star" by refusing to tell him what she does for the FBI and repeatedly stating "I keep it real". I loved the ending where they are having fun plotting Hirst's downfall. BUT, can we please get the team to be a team and be honest with each other for just once? Good grief, Kurt tell Jane the truth. Zapata tell them about the CIA tattoo. Reade tell them about the Hirst/Reade tattoo. They really never learn... And the stupid award of the week goes to Weller, again. Roman has told them repeatedly, he wants them all to suffer, especially Jane/Remi. Kurt thinks telling Roman that Jane will be devastated if she finds out about Berlin is a good idea? Dumb, dumb, that is what Roman wants. Remi to bleed. I wish someone would call Kurt "dumb dumb" like that alien used to tell Fred Flinstone. ;) I don't know how I feel about Roman being an omniscient villain. Being able to possess extremely high tech knowledge, being a badass fighter, being incredibly good looking, speaking unlimited languages, and having Wolverine healing powers was not enough...
