Finally someone started a thread on THIS I'm dying because I could not comment on TWOP and the posting there are so interesting,funny and sometimes plain brutal, all of the things I like . I was banned from TWOP after my first post because I did not read the rules, so I was surprised when I was banned for breaking the rules.Won't happen again, Where to begin..oh yeah,I'm not gonna say I condone  violence,no one does .but no one likes or condones bullying either bullying usually leads to violence either by the person who is being bullied or to the person who perpetrates the  bullying .The definition of a bully is "a blustering, quarrelsome, overbearing person who habitually badgers and intimidates smaller or weaker people" .whether you like Kenya or Porsha ,you know Kenya has repeatedly bullied Porsha. and Porsha like people who are bullied finally snapped IMO. Its very apparent Porsha is weak,she has been described as pampered,dumb, stupid,etc. We only see a snippet of her life, so we don't know what issues she is dealing with or how she is dealing with them, perhaps she was tethering on the edge, and Kenya with her bullhorn,scepter nonsense,gave her that big push resulting in "violence". It might not be an excuse, but it certainly is a defense, if this ever get to court and I'm betting it won't, there are too many real assaults on real victims for the DA to waste time and resources on this.I see civil suit against Bravo for allowing Kenya to continue with her abuse. Kenya created a hostile work environment, which in the workplace is grounds for termination and sanctions against an employer for not putting an end to it.Kenya even banished a gun and verbalized should she  take it to Savannah,its not clear whether she did or not,she has made comments in her THs that could be perceived as threatening,her comment to pregnant Phaedra last year was perceived as threatening,her employers Bravo knew this and did nothing to stop it. What did Bravo  think Kenya was bringing the bullhorn or scepter to the reunion for? They are not weapons, but certainly are tools to be used to intimidate or badger, which is how they were used.Andy is shocked and didn't see this coming? I'm sure Kenya didn't see it coming either,that's their lack of responsibility and Kenya lack of realizing boundaries. Bravo's shows has glorified(?) violence by repeatedly showing clips of the taping before and after the showing. airing of the so-called pajama-party debacle  was cited as the most watched episode ever RATINGS what do you think will happen to the RATINGS when this episode airs. Bravo will eventually have to take responsibility for allowing and promoting this kind of behavior under the realm of realty and face realty themselves with lawsuits

BRAVO and Andy Cohen are shady. They know full well how Kenya likes to provoke and they let her in with a scepter and a bull horn? Frankly I'm surprised Kenya hasn't been knee capped before now. Selling wolf tickets her butt couldn't cash. She deserved that beat down and more. Please note ALL the women immediately went to assist Porsha. 

Can we talk about Tommy from Martin Kenya's boyfriend? Then she tries to rope in Nene by saying she met him cause she sent him over without introducing them first? Chile Please!

Please note that Kenya went on about how she doesn't call women out of their names and yet a few minutes later she called Porsha "a dumb ho" - with a megaphone, no less - and they showed her calling Porsha a bitch in Anguilla. Kenya is a liar and a hypocrite.

And I totally agree about the props - first of all it's stupid (I fell out when Kandi noted that if Kenya was going to use them, she should have assembled them before she got there), second of all it's rude, and third of all it's dangerous.

It's kind of weird to me that they were in evening gowns. I know it's a special occasion, kind of, and they are on TV and want to look good, but it seems like they could take the wardrobes down a notch.

I personally think Andy gave Kenya the props.  It was clear to me she didn't even know how to use the bullhorn.  Kenya's role in the show is "The Villain" and she's playing it as well as she can.  But IMO she's going to be in the same boat as Nene, not getting any real Hollywood roles from this show; however I think Kenya is aware of it and is using the show to build up her brand (whatever that is).

While I don't think violence is ever okay, I can understand the frustration the ladies felt with Kenya.  If she won't let anyone else talk, what's the point of having the reunion?  She was clearly baiting Porsha....didn't she say something about "Get fired," whilie she was taunting Porsha about her marriage...?  It was interesting that all of the ladies (except Andy) flocked to Porsha's side after the altercation.

Loved Phaedra's and Kandi's little asides...."Casper the Friendly Boyfriend."  (Hee!)

For any of these women to sit up there and think they're above any other woman on that stage is laughable. They all suck equally. Well, maybe Cynthia and Kandi are redeemable. Maybe.

I can't stand Kenya, but Porsha can dish it out just as good as Kenya can. She yells and screams and is overbearing and obnoxious. She can blame whatever that psychotic break was on the stress of just being divorced and having cameras follow her around non-stop or she can make the choice not to be on the show if it's all too much for her. Please. She's a whore to the fame, just like the rest of them. I have no sympathy for Porsha. None. 

Kenya is cracked. Everyone knows that. Don't let the crazy get the better of you ladies, just laugh it off or better yet, pay no attention to her at all. The attention and drama is what she craves the most so just stop feeding the beast. Kandi and Cynthia seem to understand this to some degree and keep their mouths shut or just roll their eyes at her ridiculousness. 

NeNe needs to get bent. That permascowl is getting tiresome and the divalicious attitude was funny about three seasons ago. NeNe, sweetie, you're no Hollywood supastah and you never will be. What little fame and fortune you have managed to gain is oh, so fleeting, so don't bite the hand that feeds you, honey. Boooooooooop.

Phaedra is functioning with the mental capacity of a 10-year old. She's married to a felon with anger management issues and a roving, er, eye. Her silly little comments and crinkly puffy faces are about all we can expect from her as she's not nearly intelligent enough to converse in a manner that is logical or formulate any witty comebacks to the NeNe/Kenya putdowns. How this woman has managed to graduate from any educational system is beyond my comprehension. 

Cynthia is boring but I do think she's harmless for the most part. Her desperation to be best buddies with NeNe is sad and her marriage to Peter is sadder.  She needs to stop letting people walk all over her and grow some balls already. Her storyline never changes. I think if she cleaned house she'd be a lot better off. I still have hope that she'll end up with Leon.

Kandi just needs to get the hell off this show. She has actual talent and seems like a decent person. All these women are just pulling her into their vortex of suckitude and have been for years. Be free, Kandi! I hope this season is her last.

Last night's show was just a mess. I'm glad that we finally got to see what happened after weeks of speculation and rumors. Kenya's props should have been taken away from her the moment that she started using them in a bullying and intimidating manor. When she started saying "Get fired. Get fired.", that made me think that they had been warned against using physical violence, and also that Kendra decided to intentionally provoke the other women.

It's sad that Nene has now lost Cynthia as a friend, but it's her own fault. They barely looked at or spoke to each other last night. I guess the friendship contract has been broken, but you don't get to speak to or about another woman's husband unapologetically the way that Nene did, and expect that woman to remain friends with you.

I'm so happy that Kandi's show did well and that she's distributing the CD's and DVD's herself. She deserves her happiness. Mama Joyce's opinion didn't stop her wedding. Good for her!

Kenya's in a very different situation than Nene in that Kenya actually has acting talent and was a working actress before RHoA. And not just a few spots here and there. Check her imdb. Kenya has worked steadily since the 90's. I don't think she's talented enough to have a starring role on anything, but she's a great C/B-list actress.

F'ING BRILLIANT! Bravo, like everyone else knows Kenya is beyond extra and they not only allowed, but actively encouraged it. If anyone should be in danger of termination, it is Kenya and Andy Cohen.

Kenya sure can bring the crazy. I absolutely love props because they amplify the crazy. I thought the scepter was a dumb idea until Kenya asked Porsha to spell scepter. I nearly died laughing. 

The bullhorn was great in theory, but Kenya has been poking and prodding Porsha for the last 2 years. Yelling "You're a dumb ho" on a bullhorn was the last straw for Porsha.  A person can only take so much. If you have the opportunity to yank someone's weave and smack them, sometimes you gotta take it. Kenya had it coming. I must say, though, Porsha's mugshot was very pretty. 

So now that the smack down happened in Part 1, Parts 2-3 will probably be anticlimactic.

I agree that Kenya is a total nut bag. TOTAL. And I can completely understand why Porsha went all crazy on her ass. But.  Porsha is hardly perfect. She's gotten pretty catty with Kenya as well. She's naive and a little stupid, so I try to give her the benefit of the doubt. However, I can't stand when these bitches start throwing around the term bully and verbal rape (oh Aviva, really?) when they know full well what they're signing up for. This is Bravo people. We're about two levels up from Jerry Springer here. C'mon. Don't act all sanctimonious on me now...

The point of the original comparison was to NeNe, not competition in the general Hollywood market. I think it's been well established that Hollywood isn't friendly to women actresses of a certain age, and most Black actresses. The attitude that NeNe displays is so haughty for someone who (at that point) had not much experience/resume for her level of snottiness. Straight to DVD is a VERY lucrative market. Since Porsha is so stupid, she might ask something like that, but the dumb ho might get made if Kenya asks what her last foreclosure was, or her last video ho moment was. There is not much Porsha can say about Kenya that won't be absolutely annihilated verbally. But then people will want to cry bullying, just because Porsha is an idiot who can't hold her own. She shouldn't try to roll with the big dogs, then there's no need for pity or excusing her violent, stupid street trash behavior. Rotten Vagina, Kordell is an angry queen, etc. She has no problem flapping her gums, time to pay the piper. 

 

I still don't get the ass whipping comments. Yeah, she pulled her hair and then lost her balance and they both fell to the ground. There were no licks thrown, Kenya got up and her hair wasnt even mussed. Regardless of how I feel about either of them, there is NO way that I would classify this as a real fight, an ass whipping, getting dragged, etc. This was some bitch ass hair pulling after a dumb ho got called a dumb ho. Dumb hoes do that shit, check out world star hip hop.

I am fairly certain that all the Atlanta "ladies" (I use that term loosely) were instructed by Bravo to wear full length ball gowns because one of the RHOBHs said they were not allowed to wear anything but short dresses on their reunion that aired a couple months ago.

Someone up thread said something about wanting NeNe fired...ha! There's hardly a chance of that ever happening, IMO, since Andy Cohen likes NeNe almost as much as he likes himself.

I'd love to see Kenya go, but if Kenya gets fired then it's my opinion that Porsha is fired too. I don't dislike Porsha but there is no excuse for her behavior. She is a spoiled, entitled, immature little girl that has zero self control. I don't care how much Kenya provoked her or what is going on her personal life, there was no reason to attack Kenya when she could have simply walked off the set. That said, Bravo could bring her back as a "friend" and leave Kenya out altogether. If Porsha can entertain us as a friend then they can reinstate her HW status the following year.

At least 2 RHOBHs wore short dresses to the reunion. I believe the dresses are furnished by Bravo,they make such a deal about "who are you wearing." I know Bravo I does the makeup. When Andy was in the dressing room with Porsha, she was wearing that jump suit, she wore at her audition for Kandi's play.
