I've been in self-imposed exile for the past several years and learned just today about the Section 31 movie, starring my TV girlfriend Michelle Yeoh. I only stuck with Discovery as long as I did (2.5 seasons) for Georgiou's sake and am of two minds about this film. On the one hand I'm right chuffed that Georgiou is getting her time in the spotlight and will gladly take the two-hour crumb I've been given. OTOH, Paramount could have had Ms. Yeoh for *an entire, frigging, multi-season series* if it had pulled the trigger five years ago. But no, it had to dither and temporize and generally spin its fracking wheels while the Mighty Michelle became a hot property (again). I'll take what I can get, like I told Mrs. Idiotboy, but it could have been so much more.
