Based on latest filming location. I'm back to my spec after SA made that comment about where we find LL. Something about a surprising place and at an introspective time. 

They're totally going to find BS at the Pier staring up at the BC statue and have a talk. LOL

I wonder if that's why KC went Platinum?

I tend to think that trying to make KC a place on the show had a ripple effect that did hurt the show pretty badly.  She's what turned Quentin stupid and into a creepy stalker.  So that wipes off the

Joke spec: Oliver & Felicity find BS at the pier looking up at the statue of BC. She realizes the error of her ways (some stuff happens earlier). Decides she wants to be good and returns to her own Earth as BC. There's your "new" BC :P

I don't think that's a joke. I actually typed it out and then later edited my post because I didn't want to give the EPs any ideas.

I've been saying the BC thing was tied to KCs appearance all day today.

I believe it. You get your BC, your BS redemption story (oh that abbreviation works so well,) and when KC/BSBC goes back to EarthWhatever, it leaves the door that TIIC are so afraid of closing and nailing shut open for her one off return.

KC is in 510. I've been saying all day that MGs comment about the BC promise coming back up later in the season was tied to KCs return episode.

This has been what I thought was the most likely "new" BC story since we learned KC would be in 510--that BS would show up in SC and get halfway convinced to turn good or whatever, and then somehow she's going to go off with Sara, since KC is supposed to be on LoT for some episodes, and then she will either return to E2 or some other Earth or time period to be the BC there (off-screen, mostly). It's also my preferred option, so... The only thing is that it doesn't account for LL's creepy wish to be out in the field with Oliver, FOREVER.

I don't watch Flash, but did they reopen the portals to the other Earths this season? I was under the impression that they closed after last season, unless Barry fucked that up too.

Haha. The funny thing is the writers would totally do something like that and think it was groundbreaking. Wow, BS becomes BC. I'm amazed! In awe! Never expected it!

I hope you guys are right. It will be interesting to see how they tease that storyline in upcoming interviews. Maybe we'll be able to get a better sense of how long the BC might be back - a few eps or a permanent resident. I wonder if the big mid-season cliffhanger is LL showing up at the last minute and then I will laugh forever if no one comes back to watch in January. LL/BC focused eps were never big ratings draws.

I know KC is going to be on some episodes of LoT, but somehow I assumed that would be time travel or flashbacks, not as E2 Laurel.  But I'm not sure that's ever been actually stated.  

I would be thrilled if this whole mess was resolved by BS becoming BC and going back to her Earth for good, but I'm somehow thinking it's not going to be that easy.  Like you said, that doesn't address the part about the new BC being out there with Oliver. As bizarre as that was, the writers stuck it in for a reason.  Laurel didn't just want another Canary - she wanted another Canary on the team with Oliver.

Yeah, they're also kinda careless with dialogue sometimes, and they had to give Laurel a reason for wanting him to find another Canary. The one she gave was terrible, but maybe they just didn't want her to sound so self-obsessed about making sure her legacy would live forever?

It's nothing new..they repeat what they have been saying in interviews about the couple..

Emily and Colton also joke about the Oliver/Felicity/Roy triangle that never happened and that's funny.

I hope it's just an Easter egg. If Talia is coming I guess the LP will be brought up since Talia would be clearly a user. I don't want the LP brought up ever again..

And of course they would think BS is BC and maybe a user of the LP. We might be expected to assume as well. But surprise it's BS.

Maybe I just remember it wrong but didn't they use Nyssa because they couldn't use Talia? It was so long ago, so I could totally be wrong.

Random question because I don't watch the Flash: Is BS called Laurel or does she have a different name?

Also, from the character description of Tina, does it sound like she is moonlighting as a vigilante? Because it doesn't like it  to me but then again you never know where they take their stories.

I can't remember how to quote from another thread but regarding the filming yesterday. KP also commented on it, he said that they are looking for another BC that is not Black Siren/Laurel. CG also said it wasn't Sara, Laurel, Evelyn.

I don't think that dismisses BS becoming BC. They may not be looking into BS right now, but the doesn't mean BS doesn't redeem at the end.

That makes sense in my head.

As for the internet being very happy in a few hours. Regardless of what he is referring too, grain of salt. I don't think he knows the internet very well.

Really? That would be a super poor assumption on his part. I would have been much more excited about the character back in S2, but I know how much the LOA sucks now. Everyone does.

Same. It was weird phrasing too. I got a trolling vibe from the Kings account when they started tagging Laurel in there. Like maybe it isn't what we think and that goes in line with what the Paps said.

KC posted an IG video yesterday and the styling looked like Laurel. I thought the short blonde do could have been for Halloween (MM = Marilyn Monroe).

It's all jumbled. I got no clue.

I hope it is the Talia announcement.  I would also love it if the reaction is very muted because I am feeling petty.  I saw the picture that was posted here in several places too.

#Laurel could be the statue only.  Weren't they at the pier?

It is all very confusing.  I have a few guesses.  The Paps might not have seen it and are just going off of what they've heard

Talia is a big name comics character, though. I think the news will create some buzz in places likes IGN and CBR, which seems to be the audience the show has been targeting this season anyway.

This? It seems to just be a picture on Instagram stories (I checked Katie's Instagram on my phone and that is all I found but I'm not the most internet friendly person....)

Yeah, that was what I was referring too.

Did I understand it wrong? I figured she had posted a recent IG story and that was a pic from it. I don't follow her so I don't see her on IG.

It's recent (21 hours ago) but it's just a picture for me. I don't have issues playing Caity Lotz's Instagram story videos but I don't know >.<

That latest 505 sneak peek video confuses me.  I recognize Tobias Church and Prometheus, but who's the third guy (who protected Church)? 

Talia al Ghul coming to Arrow is very possible.  According to a recent Wrap article, there are no plans to include Talia or Ra's al Ghul in the new Batman movie or any upcoming DC film. So her character is available for TV.
