It's a thing...how much of the hand holding support was scripted/ what did they add?@ARROWwriters @JamesBamford
James Bamford ‏@JamesBamford
@Olicityx @ARROWwriters Those two seize the moment during the scene and it just comes naturally. Just when I'm about to ask....it happens.

Arrow didn't make the Nielsen Twitter TV Ratings top 5, second time only this season (per SmoaknArrow)

I'm not surprised. Tweeting activity during the East Coast airing seemed par for the course, but I noticed it plunged during the West Coast airing. Some folks on my TL deliberately didn't tweet because they were pissed.

I'm surprised they aren't changing things accordingly. I know it's hard because of advanced filming. But this is obviously bad as to not make it on to Twitter which is one of it's supposed to be a good thing for them.

I guess people grew tired of the lie and bamford's direction.

Usually the East Coast is the most active during the show IMO (I could be wrong). I noticed during the West Coast airing of "Code Of Silence" MOST of the tweets I saw were coming from the Arrow Writers Room. East Coast normally gets the show trending and I know its a 3 hour time difference but majority of the time there is hardly any interaction with the East Coast. I guess one way to determine if Arrow is having trouble with SM is if we start seeing the cast "live tweeting" until then I guess TPTB must think its not really necessary. But I will admit that I have seen Marc, Wendy and the Writers acknowledge fan accomplishments for promoting the show this way (i.e the trending and Nielson Twitter Ratings).

Does SA do the cons abroad? He did one last year right? But then again he will probably be busy enough promoting TMNT 2.

I bet Colton ends up going and they make a vacation of it.

I'd love to do something like that too... :-)

Hmm, good thing I didn't book my summer vacation yet and I've never been to Paris

Doooo eeeet! The Euro to dollar exchange rate is pretty decent right now and Paris is awesome. Edited by lemotomato

I've got to say, though, while I do believe that she doesn't owe anyone anything and doesn't have to do cons if she doesn't want to, it's gotta suck for US fans. I mean, she usually doesn't go and the one she chooses to go to is abroad. :/

From the footage from last year, that particular con in Paris seems much smaller than any of the cons here in the US. John Barrowman said that EBR is shy and gets anxious around crowds, so I don't blame her for at all for finding an event she's comfortable with and going back to it.

Everyone should see Paris at least one. I spent a weekend there in September. I got see the major sites but I really wish I had time to go to the quiet, less commercial parts of the City.

Does anyone read French? They have Extra Guest listed by her but no one else. I can't figure out what it means.

So based on this Emily sessions and things are priced higher than some of those attending with her. I need to find a foreign currency converter unless someone knows already how much each of these things equal to and can just let me know. Are the foreign con's more structured or smaller than the USA one's. Just asking cause I think it was both Stephen and John who said that "Emily gets easily overwhelmed" as being her reason for not attending con's. Not sure and I'm not trying to put words in the mouths of either of them, but it something I think I recalled them saying. Glad Emily is attending.

I do wonder how SA picks who he answers and who he doesn't reply to. Simply because I assume he gets so many messages. Frankly, I have to admit that I'd never send him anything. Actors can remain private to some extent for me. I am weird that way.

So SA actually did talk to the paparazzi guy. I assume that was a fun conversation for everyone involved. I don't understand why they don't have security around the set telling him to leave or at least not give him the time of the day.

Judging from what that guy said it was a friendly conversation and I'm not surprised at all. The cast, despite some of the quite awful comments he made about all of them, always sign autographs for him and acknowledge him so it's obvious they don't want to antagonize him. I wouldn't be surprised if Stephen asked him to not spoil big moments and to be more diplomatic in his opinion because the fans always exaggerate.

Personally, I don't know why fans were asking SA to talk to CG guy. He's a troll, personally and professionally. Getting the star of a show to acknowledge him is like an achievement unlocked badge for trolls. He's not going to stop trash talking, or taking spoilery paparazzi pictures, or antagonizing fans. Douches gonna douche.
