I can't believe the Austwins unbreakable threesome will be in the Final 7, and literally ONLY ONE HOUSEGUEST has specifically said they will target both of them and has every intention to do so. ONE. YALL why do I watch this show?

Gosh, it's so painful. And I will stop liking you, James, if you make me admit that Austin deserves to win!

I mean, I can't really blame James. Austin put in mad work with him and I can't blame James for trusting him. Meanwhile Vanessa's social game sucks and she nommed James. I wouldn't trust her either. And as katesus said, James thinks the replacement will be John or Steve, which it will, so his best bet is to try to convince Austwins to keep Meg and get out one of them.

I think James thinks Steve or Johnny Mac will be the replacement, and telling Austin he's coming after Vanessa will help convince the Austwins to keep Meg. Also, he's really pissed off at Vanessa.

Here, the question is whether the Austwins see Vanessa as a threat. Her leaning hard to put up a twin, might lead them to believe she is.

Anyway, I'm sure Vanessa will come up with something I didn't even think of and all will be roses and sunshine for her, and I will have to pout in the Why Can't We Have Nice Things room.

James doesn't have a relationship with Vanessa, and he doesn't have much of one with JMac either. He does have one with Austin though. I mean, he's fucked regardless but it's not like he has many options at this point.

Right, but why go with the option that is three-strong?? LOL they have 3 weeks left in the house, maximum. They're playing for 500k. Who cares if he hates Vanessa? She doesn't have a showmance or a twin in the house who is unwilling to cut her loose. 

 

Yeah, screwed if she does put up an Austwin and screwed if she doesn't. But every week I say she's done, so good on her for making it this far or further.

I don't think James or Meg will win HOH on Thursday if it's a questions comp. I could be wrong, but history says I'm not.

Yeah, she's basically been screwed since Audrey left. But unlike Audrey, she's managed to save herself through either comps or just convincing people to target other people instead of her.

 

I hope Vanessa realizes how screwed she is, especially with the Austwins wanting to protect themselves, and if John/James wins HOH next, she could be the next going home in order to save their own asses. Then I hope she goes 'fuck it' and throws up either Austin or Liz. I say go for Liz, because her eviction would create the most drama.

Isn't Vanessa's MO to play the odds and not go for the all in move?

I heard someone who follows pro poker say Vanessa was known for emotional outbursts there too. Which is funny to me. I used to have a neighbor who was a professional gambler and he could have passed for an accountant.

She has to know the Austwins are not trustworthy for her. James said to Meg that he will threaten Austwins if they vote out Meg he is going to put them up. Vanessa has to know this is the line. I think Vanessa just needs to put up Austin to save her game. Anything else and she's done.

Hell yes! Go James! I clapped so hard when I read he won veto, I surprised myself that I had become so emotionally invested in the outcome.

 

Now as much as I appreciate James trying to keep Meg in the house, at some point he is going to have to lose that albatross hanging around his neck and play his own game. I know he won't do it because Meg's his ride or die partner but if he doesn't wise up at this crucial juncture of the game, they both will be riding off into the sunset.

I don't think she'd ever put up Austin. She and he have a weird connection/friendship, and I don't think she'd put him up. She'd put Liz up before Austin IMO.

While telling Vanesa ten times they'll do whatever she wants, Austin throws out "if it's Johnny Mac (who is the target)" and also "we might be able to work even keeping Meg". Hopefully Vanessa is smart enough to pick up on that. I know she thinks she's that smart, but I don't know it.

I dunno. James will choose Meg, and Steve and John might see it as a big opportunity.

It's a big move that will benefit you for a little while, and you know the Austwins will never take you and will get you out sooner than you think. Plus, they've tried to get you out several times already and are willing to throw you under the bus for their own games, no matter what. Stick with John/Steve, get out Liz to ensure you have Julia, and have a temporary alliance with Meg/James to get that showmance out, because the longer you leave them in, the less chance you have to get to the finals. Be smart, Vanessa. America will love you if you do this.". Boom, that might wake her silly ass up.

I really don't think Vanessa will put up JMac, who won't put her up if he wins HOH. Maybe I'm overestimating her, though. But, my gut is telling me it's going to be Steve.

 

No I agree. She is definitely gonna put Steve up. I'll be legit shocked if she doesn't. What will be interesting is what Austwins do. Austin definitely wants to keep Meg.

Vanessa just asked Austin about putting Julia up. 

 

I think Vanessa making it known to Austwins that she doesn't trust they'll vote out Meg is kind of a really terrible move lol.

I don't think Vanessa cares at all what America thinks. Austin is the one who cares.

The only Reason Vanessa needs is that Austin and Julia have never been on the block. As a thank you to Steve and JMac for their repeated times as pawn, she wants to put up someone else and, at this point in the game, only Austin and Julia have never been in jeopardy, so the Austwins can decide amongst themselves who is going up as a pawn and let her know. Easy-peasy and done.

I don't see how you can say this comp was rigged for James. He hid his under the rug in the living room (not exactly a super genius spot). It was a crapshoot like most of these comps. Also, it helps that the twins suck and just gave up. 

As far as comps go, this one would have been James' best chance at winning. I don't think it was rigged, but I definitely think they potentially pushed back stay/fold or something like that, in order to give James a better shot.

Even if she puts an Austwin up, they won't get evicted. The other 2 Austwins will obviously vote out Meg and we all know now that John's target is Meg, so he will, too. 

 

She really seems to be leaning towards putting up John and having him evicted. But then 10 minutes ago I thought for sure she'd just be safe and put Steve up, so who knows!


Oh man, James is saying he wants to confront Vanessa. Wait until she gets drunk to do it, please!
