No comment on the Warriors thrashing of the sorry Sixers? 😀

Quote

Where's Magog?  🤣

I'm still here. I'm just recovering from a head cold today. And yes, I know about those Warriors beating up on the sorry sucky 76ers. That's not much of a surprise being that Joel Embiid & the 76ers are absolute garbage this season.

Speaking of not being a surprise, Steph was being Steph in the game by making all of his 8-3ointers (8-8) for the first time ever in his career. That was so much "fun" to watch. Not!

If you want to watch fun games @MagogIMO biased opinion check out the Cavs.  They're playing happy, excited, confident ball.  Just mowing down all teams .500+/-, it doesn't matter.  In fact, they're undefeated on the road against the West.  They only need 13 more wins to clinch a playoff spot.

This week's game against the Thunder should be so good one.

That Thunder will be very interesting & a big test for the Cavaliers. Hopefully, it'll be an NBA Finals preview. Of course, it'll be on ESPN Wednesday Night. I seriously doubt ESPN will be hyping it, much less give a damn about it. They rather spend more time giving us more brain rot GOAT debate bullshit. BTW, LeBron has just past Michael Jordan for the most 30 point games a few days ago (Yay.), so that has another layer to this brain rot debate.

They're also too busy bootlicking the Celtics, Knicks, Lakers, & those Warriors.

Speaking of those Warriors, Draymond was being Draymond last night & I'm loving it.

Draymond Green absolutely destroys Keon Ellis with screen and tells him to "get up p**sy"

BTW, they lost to the Kings 129-99.

Then the day before that, Draymond showed Zack Edey (Grizzlies) once again why you should never poke such a teddy bear like him.

Zach Edey gets heated and shoves Draymond Green for flagrant 1 foul over shoulder

Also last week, it was against the Suns & Draymond showed us once again how very lovable & classy he is. Steph would never.

Draymond Green goes OFF at Buddy Hield "wake the f**k up or go sit the f**k down"

Cavaliers 129 - Thunder 122 😃 😃 😃

The game went back & forth pretty much all the way to the end. The Cavaliers pulled away at the end to win the game. it was a lot of fun to watch & hopefully this will be a preview of the 2025 NBA Finals.

I know that I'm being premature but what would it mean if the Cavs won a title without Lebon?

Maybe now they'll get more credit and recognition.

Just watching immediate reactions and STILL analysts are saying the Cavs are only good during the regular season.  Except Perkins, he seems to believe in them for the most part.

But they all say how the Celtics are the defending champs and deserve the top seed despite being blown out by the Thunder who just lost to the Cavs, despite Cleveland being up 5 1/2 games, despite the Cavs being healthy when last playoffs everyone was injured on the Cavs (hell Garland had his jaw wired shut and still played), despite Kenny Atkinson winning Coach of the Month two months in a row, despite being 9-0 against the West, 15-0 to start, 11 wins in a row currently, 19-1 at home, league leading 32-4 and on a pace to win 72-73 games.

Use the lack of respect as fuel, boys.

OKC is so impressive. Completely smoked the Cavs tonight without Holmgren or Hartenstein. Such a big gap between them and any other team in the west.

Sadly, last night's game was an absolute dud for the Cavaliers. OKC started that 30-2 run around the end of the 1st Quarter & it was basically over at halftime. The only good thing about this blowout is that it was on TNT. If that game was ESPN or on a Saturday Night on ABC, it would of been an automatic nap time for me at halftime. Besides, its not like ESPN/ABC gives a damn about either of these 2 teams. If they both meet in the NBA Finals in June (hopefully), ESPN will be downright disgusted about it & a certain someone from there will be extremely unhappy about it. Plus, he will definitely root against the Cavaliers if that happens. BTW, both the Cavaliers & Thunder are now 34-6.

Hell, they talked more about some non-newsworthy story about LeBron & Maverick Carter (an ally of LeBron) than last night's game.

Last night, the Lakers got a very nice win by beating up on the Celtics 117 - 96. LeBron got 20 points with a couple of very nice dunks & Street Clothes got 24 points. Overall, it was an OK game. BTW, the Lakers will be playing at those Warriors on Saturday Night on ABC. Yay.

The Mavericks also got a nice win last night. They beat the OKC Thunder 121 - 115. But, the main highlight of this game is a fan hitting a half-court shot for $20,000. Good for him.

House of Highlights - OKC Fan Hits HALF-COURT SHOT for $20K 😱🔥

Bleacher Report - Thunder Fan Makes a Halfcourt Shot for $20K & Then Does 'Horns Down' in Oklahoma City

Also, Nikola Jokic hit a 3/4 court shot & basically shrugged it off like its nothing. I always like his play & demeanor and it really sucks that the NBA & ESPN don't seem to promote or give a damn about his greatness. If this was Steph hitting that shot (🤬), we will never ever hear the end of it from ESPN.

Chaz NBA - Nikola Jokic INSANE 3/4 COURT SHOT buzzer beater vs Kings and doesn't react 😂

Another nice win from the Lakers last night. This time, they beat those Warriors 118 - 108. LeBron & Street Clothes help get the done as usual. LeBron with his 25 points & 5 rebounds and Street Clothes with his 36 points & 13 rebounds.

Meanwhile, Steph only got 13 points with 2-7 from 3 pointers. There was no Steph being Steph last night. Awww......

Right now, the Lakers are in 5th place in the West & those Warriors are in 11th place in the West.

Well, the Cavaliers are now in a 3 game losing streak. I'm sure that ESPN is enjoying it & laughing with glee about it even though that don't seem to give a damn about the Cavaliers.

Still a lot of time left in the season; there are still several months remaining & I don't know if it's sustainable.  However, the good news is if things stay the way they are, Los Angeles would avoid that play-in segment of the postseason.  The bad news is that Denver is currently in 4th place.

Golden State?  Meh.  They are dealing with injuries I guess, but they might have to hope for making history.  Don't think there has been decent success for those that finished the regular season in 10th place

Rockets just won a clutch road game against the reigning champs and have been a real surprise team this season. They're not quite contenders yet, but they are well-coached, strong defensively, and their record against the league's top teams has been impressive.

1-1 vs. Thunder
2-0 vs. Cavs
3-0 vs. Grizzlies
1-1 vs. Celtics
1-0 vs. Knicks

They've done really well rebuilding through the draft and it's been so refreshing to watch their unselfish, high effort play after years of suffering through Harden iso ball. Can't wait to see how they do finally back in the playoffs this year. 🚀

Yeah, I have no idea whether the Celtics can just turn it on in the playoffs or if they’ve just fallen off as a group.

I think I'd bet on the former.  IIRC 30 years ago Houston was in a similar position.  I'm not saying they were bored at all despite the reason for sorta underachieving before a decent trade, but as long as they get things going I think they'll be fine.  It's not easy to repeat so I'll give them credit there.  Assuming things work out but later than their fans would prefer it's not going to matter who the 2 one seeds are since they might not be playing as well as Boston could be playing down the stretch.

Still, I don't think I'd get too concerned in January.  Too much time for nothing to happen that'll change the forecast in the NBA.  Not that anything is guaranteed either.

Apologies for yet another joke, but speaking of guarantees, I don't think there are any guarantees for the Washington Wizards or the New England Patriots being put up for sale, but if that were the case, I still don't think (or know) if I'd bet on John Middleton purchasing both.

There is no way in hell with how impressive the Rockets are this season (they won again last night 100-96 against the Hawks), that I will ever root for a scumbag like Dillon Brooks. I'm not here for his constant bullshit on the court & he is very unlikable. He thinks he's Draymond, but he is the complete opposite of Draymond. Dillon wishes on his best day (which is few & far between ) that he can be the difference maker like Draymond is to those Warriors. Also, Dillon Brooks will never ever be as smart, charming, & classy like Draymond. Draymond has always have teddy bear type demeanor & tendencies. Dillon Brooks has skunk type demeanor & tendencies.

It really sucks that Dillon Brooks is still a part of the Rockets. The Rockets can do even better without this loser. Plus, the Rockets still got that 0-27 stench that is still lingering. (🤬)

Ah...the Celtics have a plan.  A secret plan.   They will play everyone on their roster.  Giving them significant court time.  This will make them even storonger than last year.  |
Yes...that is the secret plan.  Pretty cool, eh?😎

Last night, the Grizzlies beat the Rockets 120-119. It was a very close & entertaining game (except for Dillon Brooks as usual). The Grizzlies were trailing through most of the game & they found a way to win it at the end.

The Cavaliers beat up on the Hawks 137 - 115. It was a nice game to watch & to see the Cavaliers taking care of business.

The Lakers beat up on the sorry sucky Wizards 134 - 96. That game was over at tipoff. LeBron was toying with those losers all night long & it put a smile on my face. Also, Bronny also scored a basket in the game. Bronny play much better than his last game (76ers) when he scored 0 points, went 0-5, & had 3 turnovers. Even with his struggles, Bronny is still having a better rookie season than Alex Sarr. BTW, the Wizards are now on a 16 game losing streak (🤣) & they'll definitely losing their next game, whoever that team is.

Saturday Night on ABC (😒), the Lakers are playing the Knicks (🤬) at MSG. Yay. I can hardly contain my excitement for this game. I'm only here for Lebron. I'm not here for ABC/ESPN hyping up this game & I'm sure as hell not here for the rotten scummy Knicks.
