S10.E16: Reunion, Part 1

The trailer for the two-part reunion certainly seems dramatic enough, all starting with Madison LeCroy’s surprise news that she’s expecting a baby girl. Andy Cohen wastes no time asking Craig Conover about his split from Paige DeSorbo- and whether she left him for her alleged “new guy.” Plus, Venita Aspen holds JT’s feet to the fire as she brings receipts to clear her name amid their drama.

JT's still implying that Madison's husband was pressed & deposed him on the phone so I don't see how Craig at all misconstrued his comments at the golf simulator. JT purposely brought up on camera to brag to the boys, then tried to play victim. Same thing he did with the barber. Leva needs to stop defending him.

Craig/Austen's Toronto show was December 2nd. At her Giggly Squad show on December 7th, Paige said Craig was good and at her apartment with Daphne (her cat). So it either wasn't a clean break or they both agreed to keep it under wraps.

I enjoy  this groups  reunions, more than the show. Madison  looks lovely  pregnant,  and she said she wants more.

Was Shep more taken with Sienna,  because  she was Miss Bahamas? Omg, when he said one of the Dever Broncos  came out with his black, pause,  credit card, I'm pretty  sure they were all waiting  with baited breath..lol

Craig is smiling,  but he isn’t  smiling  with his eyes.( he has a lovely  smile) I think   Paige wanted a break, and one thing led to an, that being, it was finished.She had a date for NYE didn't she? I'd feel crushed.

JT loves having  two girls fighting  over him, twit. I think  Venita  looked beautiful  tonight,  and she can certainly  do a lot better  than him.

I like Salleys hair , the colour suits her, Taylor looked a little harsh, she's  definitely  not over Shep imho. Leva defends JT to the end, I read she's not back next season.

I can't tell who's the bigger liar - Craig or JT, both are shady AF. And I can't follow theirtimeliness. JT says Ce Italian k ew he had an off camera gf and she agrees she knew, right? So what's she so pissed about? It sounds like she k ee he had a gf snd she pursued him anyway, snd when his gf found out he decided to stop seeing Venita. What am.I missing here?

I think there was an extra step wherein after filming, JT and his girlfriend broke up. JT and Venita started dating for a month. The then ex-girlfriend found out and started mean posting at Venita on Instagram. Venita told JT to make her stop. JT said no, so Venita ghosted him for a week to “think about it”—but presumably unspoken to teach him a lesson. And so instead of “fighting to get Venita back,” he assumes Venita is no longer interested and ended up just reconnecting with the ex instead. And Venita found out about it when he “hard launched” the girlfriend in an Instagram photo. But, yeah, if you ghost JT then you can’t also be mad that he thinks you’re broken up. Ok, maybe that was a few extra steps… But in all of this, the girlfriend is the one who should be pissed at JT! Why would she take him back?! Why would she stay with him after seeing this play out on TV?!? I know women far outnumber the men in Charleston, but yikes. She seems like a lovely woman. Even without ever hearing her speak, I’m sure she could do better than JT. I would say the same about Venita, but after seeing how desperate she was this season, I’m not so sure.

The waiting on Brett's scan turned out to be a nothing burger, just another fake story on top of a pile of fake stories on this show.

Craig didn't look distraught at all for someone who just got dumped by the woman with whom he wanted to marry and have children.  The woman who may have cheated on him leading to his dumping.

In fact the bros were yukking it up on Andy Cohen show right after, Craig repeatedly flashing his big whitened teeth smile.

Even if he  came across as heartbroken there would be little sympathy for him sine he's an unrepentant liar -- the whole JT called Pat a bitch thing.  We can only guess whom he voted for president, given his doubling down on lies.

Speaking of heartbroken, Shep also claimed to have found the love of his life.  What a load of bull that plot was.

Now they're trying to sell the JT and Venita thing.  Andy referred to people online calling it fake and Venita said "fuck off."  Yeah that's not proof that it wasn't fake.  She admitted that they didn't even fuck.  So she can fuck off with that BS.

 

Really the only response to this show, or all Bravo shows, is to call out the BS they keep trying to shovel.

Oh man, I totally forgot about this bullshit! Having just gone through a cancer scare, and having a dear friend who's going through the wringer with this, I found this 'OMG he's got cancer....string it out all season for a story line...oh yeah he doesn't have cancer!' was just gross. Madison claims she knew nothing until Brett told her ON camera? I'm calling bullshit on that. Brett doesn't appear that media savvy, but Madison sure does. I was disgusted thst the show made that a central story when it was a big fat nothing burger. It's insulting AF to people who've gone through that experience, regardless of whether they're tests resulted in negative positive results.

I'm so tired of hearing about Craig and Paige.  I need Southern Charm and Summer House both to be over so we can all just finally move the heck on.

Why did Leva wear a dress that she was so obviously uncomfortable in?  Plus, she looked like crap in it.

Madison usually has such beautiful clothes and there are so many wonderful, feminine dress styles out there right now and she chooses to look like she's going to a funeral to debut her belly bump?  Odd choice.

Salley seems to have negative, mean edge to her.  I wouldn't care if she doesn't come back.

I like Molly.  I think she's too good and interesting of a person for this show. 

I really could care less about the Venita and JT storyline.

The editing was so off.  One minute Venita was holding her phone, the next minute she's going backstage to get her phone.  Come on, editors!!

When Venita  dated him, JT said he was on a break from his GF, that's why Venita  dated him.

I thought earlier in the season Madison said he did have cancer. I can’t remember what type. It was my understanding that the later scene where he got a biopsy was because a spot was found somewhere else, implying the cancer may have spread.

Madison revealed on Season 10, Episode 2 that Brett had been diagnosed with Thyroid cancer "toward the end of last year, around our one year wedding anniversary.

When Lava came down the stairs at the beginning of the show she was holding her boobs in place to keep them from spilling out. Every time the camera was on her she was one slip away from a full on wardrobe malfunction. She needed straps to hold that dress up over her boobs. And I agree about Madison. She said that she was 4 months pregnant but the dress made her look chubby. And if she is a hair stylist she needs help with her own hair. She was a mess.

What did i miss?  Seriously, is this about the political laptop story or the white powder somehow tied into Brett not having cancer?  Since this isn't a political forum, I'm missing the point you're making.

This season has been so boring that I'm taken by surprise we are at the reunion already.  We had a season and we're ready to wrap it up?   Huh?  Nothing happened to "wrap up."

Bravo is choosing these outfits for them.

At a minimum, they're doing the professional hair and makeup to glam it up for the show.

So why wouldn't they "style" the cast who appear on the show?

It would be a hassle for them to bring fancy dresses up to NY on a flight.  It's even a hassle to transport men's suits, because you may want to use your carryon allowance for other stuff.

He lies CONTINUOUSLY...but maybe so many words spill out of his mouth, his brain can't keep up and (therefore) can't remember them.  He's SO ADAMANT that he doesn't lie...even when videos are shown to/for him.

I wanted to give your comment an emoji...but didn't want to "comment" on Madison. SO..here's my emoji-response.🚫🚫 🚫 Not for your comment, but for the bodice.  The camera-work made me wonder if Leva is unpopular with the crew.

Craig looked a lot thinner and in good shape. His face was not puffy- he looked good, especially compared to how he looked this season.

Venita looked great. Taylor didn't.

I don't think the Paige/Craig romance was fake. They liked each other, but it was convenient they could promote themselves and their businesses on three different Bravo shows. 

JT couldn't explain his relationship to Venita, or the girlfriend we didn't see on the show. I guess he was breaking up and making up with that girlfriend.

Shep loved that Sienna was a beauty queen, and very young. How delusional one can be to think that this was a good match.

Why is she even at the reunion?  I barely remember her being in the show this season.  She's always butting into other people's conversations and interrupting people, all in an attempt to remain relevant.  She's just not relevant here.

Edited to add that Venita's dress was just perfect.  When she did that little shimmy at the very beginning, wow.  And I just loved how she was so gleefully OVER JT.  Smart young woman.

Whitney might have gone on in the early seasons to promote the show since I believe it was his "baby".  Truthfully, I never watch WWHL because I literally cannot stand Andy Cohen.  

I'm devilishly curious to see what Miss Patricia brings to it all in Part 2.  I wonder if she gives Shep the lowdown on Miss Bahamas.  Frankly, I was pretty neutral on her but the Loathe-o-Meter is starting to tilt to the left.....
