I wish I was from some culture with so much delicious food.  The closest I suppose is German.  Scottish just means potatoes and weird meat dishes.

THere's a lot of good Scottish food. I have the Hebridean Baker's cookbooks, and it all looks amazing.

I can't believe how much I crave salad now. I eat it almost every day. when I was sick and couldn't do anything but drop some bread in the toaster I was fainting for some crisp, cool greens!
