I generally like facial hair on men (hippie chick, I like long hair too) but Jonathan's beard is dirty looking and is not neatly trimmed. Even a trip to the barber for a groom would be an improvement!

It seems with the first checkup that those who are shown following the diet and are SURE they did everything right will not lose any weight but those who aren’t sure or are anxious if they lost weight will be the ones who lose weight.

Month 1-641

Month 3- (after a cheat day, with wife Tzena with pizza,  which usually means a cheat month)  554 lbs. down 87 lbs.  I'm shocked he lost that much. 

Is Jonathan delusional?  Fast tracked for surgery?  In his dreams.  I was wrong, approved for surgery, if he keeps losing for two months.

I’m watching Silo on AppleTV now. Finished the first season and just started the second. I’m enjoying it, but I usually like dystopian plot lines.
