Dr. Now also needs to include helpful hints in his book like "When moving to Texas, make sure your belongings are secured to your transport. This will keep mattresses from flying off and causing chaos" and "A greenhouse is not a home."

“Always bring an extra pair of pants with you wherever you go.”

OMG, did you guys just see the commercial for the new show about a girl with Tourette's? They showed a scene with her at the airport in the line to go through TSA, and she says, "I don't have a gun." Twice.

I can’t believe they’re producing a whole show based on someone who can’t avoid their inappropriate vocalizations due to a neurological condition

I wonder how long ago this was filmed, the office looks the same, and I know they redecorated by last spring.

New, S13.E01 Jonathan 1/1/2025.

"Once, Jonathan had his dream job, saving other people’s lives through his work as an EMT. Now, he rarely leaves his room. His wife must work full-time to pay their bills. If he wants to stay married and keep his life, he’ll need to break his unhealthy cycle of eating. "

Jonathan, alcoholic father, had lots of food, but no electricity.   400 lbs by high school.   EMT long enough to meet his wife Tzena, a nurse, and then got too big to work as an EMT or gas station manager.    Both parents died within four months of each other, and he quit work, and eats a lot constantly.

Age: 36      From: Macedonia,  IL

Month 1 weight: 641 (BMI almost 90)  Goal is lose 80 lbs in two months.

14 hours driving distance from Houston, but it took them two or more days. A huge drive thru visit two hours into the trip.      His breathing sounds awful.

I respectfully disagree with Dr. Now saying the couples' relationship doesn't revolve around food.  They do everything together with food.   His breakfast could feed 10 people.  Just because he cooks for himself doesn't mean the wife isn't an enabler too.

Just over a year ago, Vianey of Vianey and Allen died, and Sharon of Lacey and Ricky died also.

I'm tired of the Baylen ads.   There's a lot of controversy over the legitimacy of her TV protrayal of her disease.

Apparently it’s an actual neurological disorder (I work in a special needs group home with one who has it but it presents very differently than the tv show)

but the amount of people that have been caught faking Tourette’s is astounding and that is what I have questions about.
