Monica should just turn around and leave!

I get why someone might stay with their spouse even if they gain hundreds of pounds, develop a terrible depression and stop caring about hygiene or cleanliness, but why would someone walk into it already seeing how  bad it is???  Obviously not working since that wasn't an obstacle to just picking up and moving, terribly overweight, messy... WHAT is attractive about this man?  Was she so desperate to leave Columbus she was jumping at any chance to do so???

638 lb for her, 786 for him.

Hello, all! I woke up to two inches of snow on the ground. I'm off Wednesdays so I just stayed home and got a few things done around the house. My eating habit tonight was tater tot casserole and a couple Lindt Lindor dark chocolate truffles.

Not much snow here for me in CT, just miserably cold!

We had insane weather this weekend.  4 inches of snow (on top of plenty already on the ground) followed by ice and then by rain and then it all froze solid so I can feel like a frigging elf because I barely sink into the snow and I am over 170lb at the moment.  I have solid inch thick layer of ice on my deck, some of it covered by snow, some of it not.  I put out food for the birds and bunnies and squirrels came to partake too.  I don't usually feed wildlife, I believe in natural selection, but this weather is just cruel.

We don't have one here. Although my wife is super excited that we're getting Wegman's in the summer.

I love Wegmans; that's my usual grocery store. I have a couple ShopRite gift cards so I'll have to go there (which is actually closer to my house but I like Wegmans better), but I'll save them for things I can't get at Wegmans. We got an Aldi in town a few years ago but I still haven't been there. They're also putting in a Lidl which I thought was supposed to open last Spring and still hasn't...

I recall a mention in the original episode that Monica (the girlfriend) was getting out of a bad situation.   Michael (Shantel's husband) and Monica (Carlton's girlfriend) both had jobs, which is a nice change for this show.

My weather here in lower Alabama has been strange, with a snowstorm of 8" (4 times the previous record here), and then tomorrow night into Friday morning, lows in the mid 20's, really strange for here.

Me too! We can’t buy them or the whole bag would be gone in a day

I was plenty fat at the start of COVID lockdown, and during lockdown I was eating those delicious Clancy's chips with a will. Imagine my chagrin when I was weighed at my annual checkup in the summer of 2020 and had put on twenty more pounds! That's what kick-started my weight loss. I'd still like to lose forty or so more but at least I don't look like a bureau with feet these days.

Feeling like an elf!!

I gave the squirrels some cheap bread. They threw it in the yard. Snobs.

I love Wegmans but the closest one is about 12 miles away in the direction I don't normally go.  I usually do most of my shopping at the Price Chopper in my town or at Stop & Shop on my way home from the gym, but I visit Aldi and Trader Joe's every few weeks for some special stuff I usually get from them, and Wegmans every couple months to treat myself.  I checked out a new store I've never even heard of before, Big Y, this weekend and they had lovely French bread, still hot when I picked it up.  So lovely I had to restrict myself so I wouldn't eat half of it in one go with butter and honey.
