So Shep & Austen miss their friend Craig so much, they reminisce about how great it was when he was addicted to adderall & hung out with them all the time so they could belittle him. Great friendship there, guys. Oh, and on WWHL, they're apparently still upset because Craig wouldn't join in on the compare penis party they had. Seriously.

Here comes Whitney piling on. Why do trust fund men like Whitney/Shep/Thomas have such disdain for people with an actual work ethic?

I don't like Rodrigo, not even sure why he (or Leva) are even on this show. Plus, another dog party? Sigh.

I seem to remember something about Gaston & Sally from my binge of Southern Hospitality. I "think" she's the one who hurt Joe Bradley by hooking up with Gaston. My guess is that Gaston wants to avoid being filmed as Taylor's official boyfriend, so it doesn't scare away all his side pieces.

Paige & Madison wearing literally the same outfit was cute. I like them together. Madison's outfit when she eviscerated JT was gorgeous as well.

I THINK this is the same Salley who ALSO went on The Bachelor but left on day 1 because she had basically called off a wedding to go on the show, and I think it was the day they were supposed to get married or something?? Between that and bragging about sleeping with Shep, it seems like she’s the ultimate fame-seeker. Being friends with Molly who is also bragging about trying to get with two different cast members, has me giving them the side eye to them both. Last week I was going to forgive Molly for pretending to be interested in Whitney because she seemed pretty funny, but Salley is bringing her down in my estimation by association.

Spoiler

Then of course every cast member has been splashing around the media that Shep’s new “girlfriend” also targeted him to get on this show.

Hope the embarrassment and (likely?) STDs are worth it, ladies.

ETA: Yes, same Salley from Bachelor, Bachelor in Paradise, Southern Hospitality, and Southern Charm. I’m sure she has pure intentions…

I think Austen and Shep talking about Craig's poseur past, from Adderall-addicted party boy, to wannabe lawyer to now some kind of Martha Stewart wannabe, was probably prompted by producers, who wanted to show that montage.

Then others wondered if he could be trusted, for claiming that JT called Pat a bitch.

He has a certain problematic relationship with the truth on camera, despite his claim last week on WWHL.

Andy said this week if it was on tape, production certainly would have shown it.

Craig was mostly preoccupied with skimming the pool for Madison's visit.  He asked Paige if he should run the leaf blower again to clear up a few more leafs which had fallen on the deck since he ran it earlier.

Paige seemed bored.  She could be at some glamorous NY-area locale instead she has to put up with this yokel talking about pool skimmers and leaf blowers.  Well that's apparently the price of being on TV, keep up her influencer profile or whatever it is that makes her money.

The dog show, another staged event for the show.  Nice that they set up a little runway to shoot every arrival.  After all, this show is about dress up and this time, dogs are accessories.  Was it Madison or someone else who borrowed a dog to be in the shoot for this "event?"

Yeah I'm sure it was totally a coincidence that Taylor and Shep both had the exact same scarves and so did their dogs.  Show must have stylists now who pull all these outfits for the cast member.

But no, this show isn't scripted.

Austen & Craig are such douchebags. They miss Craig being an addict so he would always be partying with them & they could control him. What great guys. Who cares if Craig wants to spend a lot of time at home. Shep is closing in on 50 like you don’t need to be partying nonstop.

I don’t buy Shep’s new gf.

I also don’t buy Austen & Audrey. I’m sure he’s cheating. He’s just a stupid dbag too.

Enough with the cane JT.

Whitney looks idiotic everytime on camera. Now that someone said it all I can think about is his hair is a toupee. He’s an old dbag.

I feel bad enough for JT that it makes this show a tough watch. He’s too awkward for TV, sure, but he doesn’t seem like a bad guy, and I hate a pile-on. The accusation about Patricia was clearly a lie, and it seems like there was at least a little truth to the FaceTime event with Madison & her husband. The yelling at him was all done for dramatic effect, especially since no one thinks she hooked up with JT, but then she went on to say that her husband does actually check up on her (unless I misconstrued that). JT is trying to stir the pot, which is what they all do, but he’s just going too hard. Nobody on this show is a good time anymore - they’re all such snobs.

Thank you.  Madison is too much--the smug Have you seen my husband--bit was  just mean.  Yes, Madison, everybody wishes they had a hair dresser fame ho like  you in their lives.

I think this show is missing a few likable people in the cast......

I hadn’t watched this show in years. Stumbled upon it channel surfing and decided to watch, mainly for the beautiful Charleston scenery.
I was absolutely shocked by how aged all the “men” (term used very loosely) are. Their behavior, which was marginally passable 10 years ago, is now so pitiful on middle-aged people. It’s as though they have all been emotionally frozen in time, so much so that the one who has made any effort to move forward, Craig, is deemed by the others as off.
I’ll keep watching for the scenery and because I am absolutely mystified by how stunted these man-children are. And for Miss Patricia.

Yes, every website that names the cast members and their resumes mentioned she was on The Bachelor (I don't watch it).

It seems that since the show became successful, the men and women of the cast find partners via social media (DMs), or celebrity dating apps, like Shep did. It is becoming ridiculous. Bravo was airing reruns, and Austen hooked up with Chelsea in order to be on the show. Then Madison did the same with him. Tom Ravenel met Ashley the same way. Madison met her husband the same way. The two new female cast members were on other shows, and they connected/DM with cast members.

Madison is the usual arrogant asshole. She really hates JT.

Good way to get past all the auditions or whatever process they normally use to first cast a new show.

In this case, sleep with members of the cast including Whitney,, who's a producer, though I don't think he makes decisions about who is cast for a given season, how the show is edited, etc.

However, maybe he knows the other producers so his opinions carry some weight.

That might be what this new girl, who's being set up as a love interest for him this season, may have been willing to do, be linked with him on the show, maybe tried to cozy up to him before they started shooting the season.

The two of them showing up in the same kinda basic outfit tells me that neither of them are the fashionistas they want us to think they are.

She attempted to eviscerate JT.  She needs a storyline/someone to hate.  So she’s going after JT who really didn’t do anything wrong.  HE didn’t insinuate that they were hooking up.  Her dumb husband checks up on where she is/was - she admitted it!  They called him together and he mentioned that to others.

Madison is not an intelligent woman so she’s not understanding what he said.

Love it - so true 😆

Shep's girlfriend was described as looking like a runway model. Huh?  Looked about as average as you can get to me.  With a personality to match.

I actually felt bad for Taylor, and I'm not even a fan.  Making her seem like an ugly troll when compared to the "runway model" (say what you want about her, but I think Taylor is probably considered pretty attractive to most).  Sienna being snotty to her.  And Gaston could care less about her.

She IS a pretty girl, but nothing to stop traffic.  Perhaps Shep never dated "a woman of color" in his own backyard and he doesn't realize how silly and inexperienced he's portrayed right now.

I think it's more about a boutique in their city.  These shops usually know their clientele enough to keep something like this (TV!) from happening.

Or someone hired by the show dresses t he cast, pulls all these outfits for them to wear when they go to the fake events filmed for the show.

You know, it takes work to come out with these outfits and the "stars" can't be bothered to figure out what fashion trends are in.

Plus there's always the possibility of product placement or promotions of certain designers and brands.
