Castaways must choose wisely as they split themselves into pairs at a crucial multi-staged Immunity Challenge.  The deck is stacked against castaways when they embark on a journey that can drastically affect their game.  Then, different names are tossed out at camp as paranoia ensues, leading to another crazy Tribal Council.

This is the episode's live chat thread.

I think it's Andy's shitty 12 year old mustache that annoys me the most

Andy has annoyed me from day one. I’ve been waiting for him to get voted off it feels like forever. Plus he gets a lot of airtime.

No Andy, Rachel didn't not feel the same as if she didn't want to work with you.

She just realized you were putting a big ass target on her back early in the game by being a clingy weirdo.

Guys, it’s Survivor, you never trust anyone! Don’t they watch old Survivor episodes? Everyone lies.

Considering how some of this group has played, I feel like they might think they are the first group ever to play and are leaving a blueprint.

I'm happy Andy got Sam/Sierra first but he should probably realize they didn't need his vote.  Even if Gata voted 4 strong the other two tribes had the numbers.

This! And why I blame Gata for their dumbass decision to vote out John instead of him, thinking he'd be easier to control. Yeah, sure.

I can't believe that Rachel is actually considering trusting him again after he blindsided her twice.

Rachel never felt that way about Sam.

Totally agree, they’re giving Andy a good edit last couple weeks. If he wins when he should have gone week 1, I’ll be disappointed. Rachel is also getting a good edit and I’d feel better if she ends up the winner. Anyway long way to go, good luck on that alliance where he’s burned you multiple times.

Why are we spending so much time showing this conversation between Andy and Rachel?

I was just wondering that myself.  Unless its going somewhere but it just seemed like typical 'you got me before but maybe I need to trust you' conversation.

Sam realizes Tuku also voted between him and Sierra too?  And Lavo could easily tell Tuku that Sam wanted to take them down so not sure what his plan is here.

So I take it this is going to be one of those challenges that takes the rest of the hour to accomplish right?

Oh, there's a reward too.  BLTs, soft drinks and chips.

Seriously with losing their votes Probst!?  What is it with you and this element?

What? No Applebees?

They were probably scared to sponsor after Liz's meltdown last season.  Personally, I think that was the best free publicity any business could ask for.  Some girl is going bat shit crazy for her bacon mushroom burger melt (whatever it was).  I mean I wanted to go to Applebee's the next day and I haven't eaten there in years!

I was so annoyed by the last two couples losing their votes because I thought for sure it'd be Gabe/Kyle/Sam/Andy keeping their votes.  But Sam/Andy and Caroline/Rachel lose their votes instead!  I'm happy Teeny/Sol and Sue/Genieve got in there.

Those losing teams should be embarrassed

I'm just glad Sam is among the losers since he seemed confident going in and picking Andy.

I'm not sure what you're disagreeing with. I wasn't implying anything romantic between Sam and Rachel. I was referring to the flashback of their early days in their tribe when they first decided to work together. Sam mentions in his ITM that Rachel didn't want that.

My comment was that she was fine with him until he kept being overly clingy to her which made her uncomfortable about the tribe members seeing them as too close and a dangerous pair. This all happened in the first two episodes of the season.

But that was Andy, not Sam.

Sam has no one but himself to blame.  Sure he may have been able to beat Andy at the end, but he forgot the have to get there first, and Andy isn’t exactly an immunity powerhouse.

It actually surprised me that he was so matter of fact in picking Andy and thinking he'd have a shot.  I thought maybe there was a method to his madness, but I think that was it.

Damn, I was hoping Kyle and Gabe would lose that one.  Hoping Sol or Teeny pulls this off.  I'm getting bored by Kyle winning.
